Seriously the worst experience ever. We purchased a refrigerator from them, and has not worked 10/18 months we have had it. Literally have had to fight with the “extended warranty” they offer, which is also a joke, and to get it serviced was a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and do not buy major appliances from open box places. Ended up getting a settlement from the warranty $300 LESS than what we originally paid for. Would not recommend their company or the CPS warranty they offer.

We purchased a refrigerator from them a few months back and they were kind enough to store it for us while we finished building our house. The day they delivered it, it started leaking water from inside the fridge. We frantically called them and they said to come back to the store and they would credit us what we paid for the fridge and to pick out another one. We picked out a new one and they paid for the old fridge to be picked up and the new one to be delivered. The new fridge works great!

Terrible, Will sell you a janky TV with a 30 day return policy on the 70th day the TV will start having malfunctions and they will act like they can’t do anything about it. Salesman don’t explain you need to buy a warranty on top of the initial purchase. Save your money and goto Best Buy.

Bought a TV back in Feburary and it went out a few months later. I thought to myself thankfully I bought the warranty so maybe theyll replace it in no time ... WRONG!!! its a total hassle trying to get through to the company the warranty is under. Ive called and called and nothing so finally I talked to the manager asking what can I do since the warranty company wont answer their phones the manager ended up emailing the company asking them to get back with me and finally they did. The company told me to send them an email with my receipt so I did just that but guess what?? Its been almost a month later and still NOTHING. So Im currently sitting here with a broke 65 inch TV that I cant do anything about. I really need TVS4LESS to help me out. I paid over 450.00 in your store and a few months later I have nothing to show for it!

I have bought a TV and refrigerator from the OKC location and have nothing but great things to say about the products I received. And let’s not forget about the price can’t beat the prices. The employees that work there were very helpful and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this place before going to these big brand name store who offer the same products for a much higher price.

You can find appliances and TVs really cheap!! I bought my washer and dryer here and I love it! Bought a 55’ inch tv here months later and definitely gonna buy a bigger tv!!! Recommend 100% if you’re looking for a great NEW cheap tv!

The people are nice, but they dont have anything in stock that is stated on the website. I have been trying for weeks to get any of the 3 specific fridges they show online and nothing. They requested the item be sent from the warehouse and nothing for 3 weeks now. I am done with this place. I was going to get a fridge and 4 new tvs all at once, but if they dont really care neither will I. I will order off line!

I have purchased two TVs and 2 kayaks from the Tulsa location. I have not been disappointed. The products have been great! I will never buy from traditional stores again!

Dont believe them when they say that items have been tested to ensure the cosmetic damage doesnt effect function. Also dont believe them that if something goes wrong right away theyll work with you because they guarantee the quality of their products Bought a washer that obviously has a drum issue. The first time I used it 2 days after I purchased it, it runs terribly. Now they are saying it is up to us to call Maytag to get it fixed, or we can haul it back ourselves in 7 days for a possible store credit. Just save yourself time and overall money and buy new. I uploaded a video of my washer running for the first time in Google maps if you want to see what you may be potentially buying if you shop here.And no, there are no shipping bolts in place (all manufacturers use those bolts to bind the power cord in place in order to prevent the washer from being started with them still in place, its pretty much impossible to do), we are not idiots...just suckers I guess.update** after numerous calls and a repairman visit we have now discovered that the 12 month warranty is also a lie. They are not certified sellers or any brand (in our case whirlpool) so your purchase date will be backdated to whenever they purchased the item from a reputable store. For us that now means we do not have a warranty. The problem with our washer is the direct cause of the cosmetic damage.

Great prices but take your stuff with you when you leave. Delivered the wrong refrigerator and when we called to tell him he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about and that the one we watched him take the tag off (which is the one we wanted and I videoed the fridge we wanted cause of the glass shelves in the freezer and extra shelves in the fridge) he said that he didn’t take that one cause it was already sold when we were the only ones in the building for a good 30 minutes looking around waiting for him. Then took another hour atleast to ring us up. We paid $120 for delivery and he pretty much told us we were pretty much out that money. Pretty much have great prices but lesson learned take your stuff with you cause you might not get what you bought.

This place is amazing! Great prices on open box TVs and scratch and dent appliances. They stand by their products. The TVs have a 30 day warranty, so if something is wrong, you can swap it out. You can also buy an extended warranty in shop. The appliances carry the manufacturers warranty, and youre able to get refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and more at a serious discount. Do not go in here for window shopping! You will leave with a huge TV, lol.

Great place to go for TVs I have purchased my last 4 TVs from here (all still working, oldest is about 4 years old) and will be returning soon for another. Havent needed anything else they offer, appliances or anything, but when i do this will be my first stop. Always great deals and very easy to get in and out. I got my TV from them last year, and I have to admit that I was a little leery about it. I am so happy that I did. I got a 65 inch TCL and it is amazing. The picture quality is very impressive. I cant believe it was only $419. I bought the 2 year warranty, and the price came to just $10 under what Walmart had priced I. I would have had to buy it at Walmart and had no warranty, and if something happened 6 months later, I would have been really upset. I encourage anyone to give them a chance. If you are looking for appliances and are willing to have them with scratches or dents, then this is a great place to check out. The blemishes really arent bad on most of them. I would say it was around $400 cheaper on average, at least on the refrigerators I looked at and compared to new ones.

Will lie directly to your face, they post that they have a item in stock for one price when you come in the item is on the floor but for $300 more than listed. They tell you the one you are looking for isn’t in stock but their item numbers are the same

Selling tv that arent correct size. The Tv they were trying to sell us was a 27 and saying it was a 32. I feel its all a scam and advertising on there own Website is False Advertising.

Bought a 55 inch smart 4K tv, a 2 year warranty and a wall mount for less than $500. Can NOT beat that. I do not have a pic, but it is the first drive on the right after you come around the bend. Almost all the way to the back in the building on the left....and yes it is in a repurposed truck dock.
