Went there to buy an appliance, and we ended buying item worth $800. We shop there after seeing their commercial on our local news channel. We checked out their website, and it does not keep an up to date inventory on what they currently have and the prices. We had to call to ask them whether they have a particular item. We went to the store, saw an item we liked, but it was not available! We settled on getting something else. We went to the mens bathroom, and the toilet was absolutely disgusting! Not to be too explicit, but there were brown stain sprayed all over the toilet!All that to say, here are some of the thing to improve customer experience:1) Have an up to date inventory on the customer facing website, so customers do not need to call in to inquire about an item.2) If an item on display in the store is out of stock, place a sticker on the item indicating it is out of stock. That way customer can be prepare to make adjustments to their shopping plans without being surprised by the inventory status.3) Periodically check the bathroom and ensure it is clean!!! You can have the most beautiful layout of appliances, but customer experience can be ruined by the 5 minute experience in the bathroom!** Aside from all of that, the staff was very helpful!!!
Five star phone purchase on 11/3! After searching almost everywhere in the metro, Hahn came to the rescue. I needed an unusual size double oven for my new house, before Thanksgiving and no one was able to offer delivery due to the shipping crisis. Instead of waiting until Dec/Jan, Hahn will be delivering and installing on 11/15!!!! Thanksgiving is saved! Sid was amazing and my purchase could not have been easier. Information was clear and he was quick to schedule. Talk about easy!! Hahn definitely has a new customer that will be returning.
Currently remodeling my house. Was using another vendor and was getting the runaround on a wall oven. Placed the order 4 months ago. Order repeatedly placed on back order.Reached out to Hahns Appliances and was able to purchase a wall oven at lower cost to be received within 1 week.Customer service representative was open and honest and provided me with what I needed. If the wall oven delivers within a week, this will be the best experience ever.

Their service and selection is great. They actually have things in stock unlike other retailers. They offer a military discount so we will defiantly be using them again for future purchases. Being able to conduct the entire transaction online is great.

I had been looking for a certain Traeger smoker for quite some time and had had no luck finding it locally. Called Hahns, they had it in stock, went to purchase it and was in and out within 30 minutes. Best shopping experience ever and sales person was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely use Hahns for future purchases.
Hahn Appliance is a great place to purchase appliances. Place is always spotless and always has a great selection. This time I was just in to purchase a filter for my refrigerator and usually a salesman is there to greet you as you come in. I usually go to the Edmond store but was on south side of town so went there. I walked in and no one approached me. I walked over to the desk where there was a gentleman on the phone. I waited, and several other women behind the counter, but still no acknowledgement. I walked over to the other side of the store where there were two men sitting behind a desk and finally asked if someone could please help me. I was informed he was helping someone but maybe they could back there. Looks like they are just visiting. Finally one of the guys came up and helped me. He was very courteous and fast but I will return to Edmond store from now on because they are courteous and fast and don’t make stand around 10 minutes before they approach you.

Purchase was fast, easy, no high pressure. Chris Fawcett was helpful and knowledgeable, and again no high pressure sales BS, THANKS CHRIS. A big plus was that the washer was IN STOCK and we were able to take it with us, our 20 plus year old Maytag died and we needed a washer. We also purchased the matching dryer, which will be delivered at no extra cost plus they are hauling off the old set for free as well. So far, happy with the purchase and happy with Hahn Appliance.
We bought a whirlpool dishwasher 949. Dollars. The washer pump went out in two weeks. Called to get repair and was told to contact Whirlpool which I did,sent repair man out from them. Had to wait 4weeks when repaircame back out he couldnt get the dishwasher out to put new part on it.....I called customer service and yes Im very upset about this informed me he wouldnt be talking to me again. Worst service I have ever had and Im 67 years old! Dont waste your money buying from someone who doesnt back their products. As of 10/21/21 the dishwasher has been fixed. They did come back out out uninstalled it so the whirlpool guy could fix it. So Im happy .Thank you .

Best prices on washers and dryers (I did a lot of research). Beyond pointing in the right direction, however, the salesman was not overly attentive or helpful, especially for someone on commission. So do your research before you go. Very little information about each model is shown on the price sign. The difference in prices is worth the service level to me. If you value assistance over thrift, this may not be the place for you. Things moved very quickly after I went to the salesman with my decision. Almost two weeks for delivery, which was also not an issue for me, but might bring a truck if you need it immediately. COVID has them behind, understandably, which would be no consolation if youre replacing a broken machine. Other places may be just as backed up.
Jerry was a very professional sales representative when we were looking for a new refrigerator. His knowledge was helpful. After our purchase, we discovered we needed a different unit, and Jerry was courteous and eager to help us exchange it. We will definately do business here when we upgrade the rest of our kitchen appliances.
Hahn Appliance had several Dryers in my price range and all were in stock. Friendly people and was in and out in a short amount of time. Easy to get to the distribution center to pick up the dryer. Great experience.

They have a great selection of better quality washers and dryers than other stores. Cid, my salesman was very good at showing me the pairs that would fit my needs and explaining the pros and cons of the different options. I was able to get the best bang for my buck within 5 minutes of walking in. The only thing that I wish could have been better is that their delivery schedule was backed up for two weeks. They offer delivery and install for $50, which is a great deal. Overall, it was a good experience, the salesman was not pushy and the options were good.

We thought the dryer was DEA...everyone involved at Hahns really went above and beyond to get us taken care of! Including attaching a new power cord wired correctly for our old house, and redelivering the next day!Jerry (Reno location) was our sales person. If you need advice and help with selection...he really knows his stuff!

We originally bought a washer and dryer through Lowe’s and it was a COMPLETE MESS and never delivered on time. Ended up cancelling the order and calling Hahn’s, and in grand total ended up spending around $300 LESS with Hahn’s and given the best warranty that is refunded if not used. Will never shop anywhere else! Customer service is exceptional and the whole process is like using a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!!

I dont know how it could have been any better. The salespeople definitely were not hovering and were available when we needed them. They were more than just helpful to make a sale. Our salesperson was able to take us to a model that we were looking at that was already plugged in and being used by the employees. We were looking for a refrigerator and he was able to show us the different types of ice and other features on a unit that was already plugged in which was very helpful.I then asked several more complicated questions that he was able to either answer them directly or find the answers. He was very helpful and even was able to provide a system insight as to the ordering and delivery process as far as timelines.This is our first time buying a refrigerator. This was also our first time shopping for appliances at this store. After our experience, I believe we will be buying future appliances at this location as well. Highly recommend
Do not purchase anything from Hahns appliance warehouse. We bought a dishwasher back in December, it finally got installed in January and wasnt working right off the bat. There was an error code and they told us they could not replace the unit, that we would have to bring out a repairman to fix it since it was still under warranty. We did that and three months later it isnt working again. They told us it is now up to the manufacturer to replace it. The manufacturer told us we should have had the unit replaced to begin with through Hahns. It is now running halfway through a cycle of dishes and then just stopping. Including a picture of the door. Im normally a person that has a lot of grace and understanding for companies, I understand chain of command and processes you have to go through. But its really hard to work with a company who you feel like will not help you try and figure out a solution to a problem. Its possible we will be out $1000 for a dishwasher and no one will help us.
I went in to Hahn Appliance to browse. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I found a gas stove that seemed promising. After a few days of looking for stoves and not finding anything, I realized that the stove I had seen at Hahns was a great buy. I called and was able to order that stove over the phone. They looked up the stove and I was able to get the Memorial Day savings even though it was back ordered. Pleased it was such an easy process.
We have been doing business with Hahn for several years. Every time we go in the customer service is excellent! The prices are really good and competitive with other stores. If they don’t have what we are looking for usually they can order for us. We would recommend Hahn to anyone!

Awful customer service! Specifically Keaton Crosby, says he’s the store manager but couldn’t be farther from doing good business for the store! Even told us he didn’t want our business and we could shop elsewhere! Well we will be after all of that, he raised his voice at me and I was asking him questions about the return policy only. Then started being rude to my husband who is hearing impaired. Picking on someone like that is just a sad excuse for a human being! Could not be more disappointed in Hahn’s choice of a manager!!In response to the owners response….show me where the return policy is. There isn’t one it’s totally subjective to whether or not the manager is in a good mood! Today he wasn’t, Feeling bad for the other people that went in there today! Guessing sales are down because of Keaton and that’s why he won’t take returns!

Warning: if you dont pay for installation, they drop off the appliance on your porch and will refuse to carry it in. The refrigerator was attached to a pallet that needs a special tool to take it off. It took us hours to figure out how to separate the refrigerator from the pallet and then carry the refrigerator inside.

We’re moving from Texas to Oklahoma City in a couple of weeks and needed a new fridge, washer, and dryer. After a little online research, I called Hahn on the recommendation of a local buddy, and was not disappointed. Eddie helped us figure out what was in stock and got us all squared away for delivery at our new place within a couple days of our move in, and all over the phone. Great customer service all around! Cyd was our salesman and did a great job. We bought a washer and dryer, but they didn’t have the dryer in white. He was able to get the same washer and dryer in a color but at a discounted cost. Additionally he threw in all of the hookups which saved an additional $60. We will be back to buy our kitchen appliances when ready to redo our kitchen. The process of buying was nice, sales people are knowledgeable. They charge for delivery which is fine but it takes weeks to get things delivered which is frustrating.

I needed a refrigerator. The choices were limited due to the pandemic, but I found one that met my needs.I was told that delivery would take 2 weeks even though they had one in stock. I needed a refrigerator so L went ahead and made my purchase. I was very disappointed with the delivery time which was 18 days away. I searched online and found the same refrigerator at Home Depot. The refrigerator was in stock and available for delivery in 1 week. Plus the price was lower so I had to cancel my order from Hahn’s. The sales staff was great but the delivery time needs improvement.

Called for a fridge quote since I needed a new one. Sales rep who referred to himself as old Chris gave me the price and said come by and asked for me. I said bye but before I hung I said, oh I forgot to ask... is the model in stock? Chris No and I dont know when it will come in. Why would you not mention this when someone calls to inquire about it? Sure feels like a switch and bait! Ill shop somewhere else since I dont like this type of customer service.
This place has pretty good prices from what I can tell. I have been shopping for a washer and dryer and this place had a $400 to $500 difference for everything that I had been looking for. However theyre only in Oklahoma. I was visiting so I couldnt purchase what I wanted. The staff was somewhat attentive. However I felt she became disinterested when we were looking at cheaper washers and dryers. They offer financing and thats good but you will have to have good credit for zero financing. I pray the Lord bless this is establishment and its staff I also pray that they are tentative to potential customers from beginning to end of customers visit in Jesus name. Amen! 😇

The salesman was very helpful explaining the workings of the washer we were interested in buying. He made certain that we got access to the users guide so we might be well acquainted with the controls before the washer was delivered. Delivery and setup of the washer was done well. The delivery folk were competent.

I checked out Hahns appliances after learning home depot does not stock appliances anymore which was disappointing and I needed to get the appliances quickly. Hans has a large selection to choose from my only complaint is they do not show on their website what they actually have in stock at their warehouse. So my order for the range was canceled because they had no ETA on it. And the microwave I ordered will take a bout a week to get here hopefully. The dishwasher I was able to pick up the very next day.
Stood around for about 20 minutes before Sid asked if I had been helped. After that he did his best and I ended up w/ a good deal on an outdoor DCS grill. Haven’t picked it up yet but they have assured me they will call when it’s ready today.

I was looking for a particular gas range and had spent lots of time looking for it. Everyone had to order it and it would be at least 3 months. Hahn’s appliance in OKC had it in stock. This is the place to go if you want to compare brands and models. They are the only ones that have multiple brands and models on the floor for you to compare! We will use Hahn’s again for our next appliance purchase!

The store was set up great and the refrigerator we got was great. Unfortunately the guy that was helping us didnt listen to anything we said about our price range. We said our max after taxes and any other fees then he shoes us stuff that was right at the max before extra charges or over what we said it was frustrating but even with that problem we still got what we wanted in the price we could afford.
I had a new dishwasher installed on Monday. Tried to use it on Tuesday, it wasnt working. I went to the Edmond store to see if they could send someone out. I was referred to Guy, their customer relations representative. Supposed to call me back in an hour. 2hrs later, I had to call him. He basically tells me itll be 2 weeks before they can send someone out, but they were calling the manufacturer to see if they could send someone sooner. They thought it was time dishwasher itself not working. Fine. Takes him another THREE hours to call me back, at which point he gives me the same run around. I ask for a manager. Basically tells me the same thing, and then he decides he wants to argue with me. Says hell call me back today to see what can be done.Today, we decided to have a plumber come out to make sure it wasnt an issue on our end. Lo and behold, they didnt install it properly, and the plumber and my husband fixed it. When the manager called me back today, I told him that, and he acted shocked. He offered to cover the plumber cost, but that was it. No apology. No nothing. Also told me that I wouldnt find that Dishwasher anywhere else, except Lowes had a few in stock I could have gone to pick up.You need to train your installation crews, and 2 weeks to wait on a new install correction is ridiculous. I wont be coming back.
I unexpectedly had to purchase appliances for a new build and had a budget I had to stay within. My salesperson, Cid Carrilho, was extremely helpful and understanding. He helped steer me toward appliances that were very functional and attractive yet within my budget. I was give monetary consideration on installation and deliver which further helped my budget. I have purchased other appliances fro Hahn in the past and felt I would receive the best service and value if I shopped there for this big purchase. I was not disappointed and will always take my business big or small to Hahn. Cid is a credit to the company and should be recognized as such.
Walked in to buy everything needed for an outdoor kitchen. 3 salesman looked out me when I came through the door, but didnt bother to talk to me. My regular guy Jerry was busy. After 30 minutes of looking and no help I walked out. Guess Ill spend about 15 grand somewhere else.

We got here about 15 minutes or so before they closed. Just wanted check prices and what all options they have, thought in and out. Well, we found they have some great competitive pricing and they had what we wanted. Not many people said anything to us since it was closing time, but Eddie (as he was walking to leave) stopped by and asked you guys have any questions. After a few questions we bought a clothes washer and dishwasher. We left happy with what we got and the great customer service that Eddie provided.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Hahn Appliance Warehouse in OKC. The salesman was friendly and very helpful despite being very busy. (I had just come from another place where I couldn’t even get a salesperson to help me!). Their prices were the best anywhere. I shopped all over before coming to Hahn’s and they had the best selection and the best price! The only thing that I found issue with is, the delivery time is 2 weeks out. I feel they really need to hire more delivery people so that the wait time is shorter. Despite this, I will definitely shop there again!

After checking around I felt like Hahn appliance had the best prices. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful but not too much pressure to buy. When I told her that I needed to do some homework she gave me her card and I came back the next day and bought a washer and dryer. SENT PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF LEAK AND SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LACY NAYLOR AT HAHN APPLIANCE AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN EMAIL WITH ANY UPDATES FOR A REPLACEMENT. FINALLY GOT TIRED OF WAITING FOR A RESPONSE SO I GOT ONLINE AND ORDERED THE HOSE THAT WAS LEAKING AND REPLACED IT MYSELF. ITS RIDICULOUS THAT I HAD TO SPEND MY OWN TIME AND MONEY TO BUY PARTS TO FIX A BRAND NEW DISHWASHER THAT HAD A PROBLEM FROM THE VERY START. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in quite some time. No one will answer the phone and now I can’t get a email response either. If it wasn’t for the particular washer machine I needed I would never do business here. Please check with David’s or Harry’s Appliances you will find a much more friendly buying experience...
Wife and I went in to purchase a gas range for our kitchen remodel. We had been looking at different places and Hahn had the best selection and good prices. Jerry helped us out and answered our questions and best of all he wasn’t pushy or all up in our business. He gave us the info we asked for and let us mull it over on our own. Not the first item we’ve bought there and won’t be the last. Probably going to get a dishwasher next. Good job Mr. Dirickson!!
Have bought here before always better prices and service. Sales rep Chris was very helpful told him what I was looking for he looked up on his computer and found the one I wanted. Was very friendly not like other places like Lowe’s that hide from customer s that need help! This is the only place I will shop😀
I was trying to order appliances online but got to a point where I couldnt figure it out. I called the store and spoke to Phillip. He was absolutely awesome! I gave him the item numbers. He placed the order for me and actually saved me money and got all the services I needed to ensure Id enjoy my new appliances. I cant wait for delivery and set up so I can use them.
So far very pleased with our shopping experience. Our sales associate, Evan Lee, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We did not feel pressured but she was available for our questions. Will definitely shop her again as our appliances slowly need replaced. The stove is scheduled to be delivered next week and I anticipate everything will go well.
