My past experiences of shopping at Best Buy has taught me to find whatever I was there to buy, by myself, then buy it and leave. Otherwise, you could spend forever walking around past countless employees who act like they all have better things to do than help you. So, anymore, I dont give them the opportunity to ignore me. In all fairness, they may have changed how they do business, try it and see for yourself. Just be sure to allow yourself plenty of time.
Always get great service from everyone at this location. They seem to work well as a team. They work together to help me get the info about the products they are selling. Great job!!

So, the staff here is super nice, and they seem to get along great!That being said, I went in to purchase a washing machine from here, and I was in this particular store for an hour and a half. I was able to find the washing machine size I needed rather quickly, thanks to both being able to see where the appliances are, and with the help of the mobile app. Trying to find someone to help was a bit difficult, as there didnt seem to be too many staff members working that day. When I finally caught a member, we went to the checkout center and I tried using a check. Their machine, literally glitched out their console as it was reading it.In the end, my purchase went through, maybe dont bring in checks however, from the mouths of the staff members, ( Our machine will find whatever reason to decline checks over 500 dollars.)I will still come here again, as Ive had no problems before otherwise!Again, great staff!

Looking for a adapter for starting a new job. I called and he checked at least 6 stores for this adapter. We could not locate it but he went above and beyond for me. Any technology I need shall come from here due to the excellent service I received. Thank you
I will never step foot in this Best Buy location again. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for a very long time and bought many appliances and electronics there. I went in to buy appliances with a price match from a local competitor. It met all the price match requirements. The manager would not honor the price match. He said it met the requirements but it was his discretion to not honor it. I left and drove across the city to another Best Buy and had a great experience there. The manager at the other location actually looked at my purchase history and thanked me for being a loyal customer. He honored the price match policy and clearly understands the cost of customer acquisition, unlike the manager at this location.
This place has very nice and inviting staff, if you cant find anything then you can just ask them for help and they will help you as soon as they can
I usually hit this place up for any extra equipment that is needed for my workplace and users. The staff does an amazing job at finding what I need and even in trying to find what Best Buy doesnt have that I need, like specialized video cables that convert to specific endings. They are truly what makes this place one that I frequent for anything I need that is local.
I cant say enough about this place. One guy here went out of his way to get us the exact laptops me and my wife wanted and didnt stop till he got it Literally. Even though they were discontinued he still got 2 for us Just really awesome people would definitely recommend this best buy.
Worst experience poor customer service. Clerks on their phones and not helping customers find products. Shelves pretty much bare.

Had to buy a hard drive for my PS4. It was the wrong size at first (I bought a 3.5, but for anyone else who needs to get the same, you need a 2.5). The guy who helped me at first was cool 😎. The lady who helped the second time could get it, 5 stars that is 👌🏾 I’d go back.

Associate was very helpful. I wS walking around trying to find a chord for my XBOX and associated asked me if I needed help and took care of what I needed.
Pretty close to useless. Asked a blue shirt for help and was told I dont do that, someone else can help you. Not a Best Buy location I will go back to soon if ever.

They know there stuff. I walked in told them what I needed but didnt know the name of the item. They took me right to it. Showed me how it works, I paid for it. Was in and out within 5 minutes.
Didnt have to wait anytime, pointed in the right direction to get what we wanted. Once we got over there a young man named Brandon came over and started helping us, he was very polite and courteous and he knew the answer to all my questions. He even hooked up my Bluetooth for me and showed me a lot of stuff on it and how to use it. We are in and out there in about 15 minutes or less, Im very satisfied with this Best buy and I would recommend it to anybody that wanted to get some kind of electronics.

I usually spend at least 200 dollars or more everytime I go to best by. Its usually on some new 🎧 that just came out it or something music related. The last 2 times Ive been here I get followed around like Im going to steal something. It seemed like they werent even trying to hide the fact that they were doing it either. Wont be shopping at this best by again free
Best Buy has really gone downhill. I came in and they’re not really busy at all, but there’s no cashiers. I put my stuff back and walked out. There was four employees standing at the entrance. I told them I was leaving because there’s no cashiers and they didn’t bat an eye. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I won’t be back.
Maybe its Covid but this store really never has anything in stock.. That being said its not a bad place. Overall layout is nice. Open box specials literally everywhere so if you are looking for a deal they are definitely on display.

Online order was ready within 15 minutes. The associate was courteous and attentive. I showed to her the barcode from the confirmation email I received from Best Buy along with ID, she scanned it the bar code, and gave the product to me. Easy and fast!
Its usually pretty good in there. They didnt have much in the way of TVs in stock. But they were willing to order the one you wanted.
Staff was quick and attentive, even going so far as to find several options when we asked for a product.

Almost every time I come to this store I usually get ignored. I went to purchase a phone yesterday and it felt like I had to beg for help yesterday by waiting for about 15 minutes while looking at the phones with no one checking. I still didnt really get much help until walked to the register and asked for the phone I was interested in, good thing I had an idea what I wanted. Ill no longer visit this store cause its the same thing over and over.

Pros: quick pickup options, paypalI placed an online order to replace my fitbit for a Samsung galaxy active2 for $206.99. It was a smooth online ordering and pickup process. I saved money since the box had been opened plus they accept PayPal so I was able to use PayPal pay in 4. I am happy with my purchase.
Out of stock on a ton of stuff but a few of the employees were helpful with anything I asked about.

Back around black Friday of 2020 I purchased two items on a black friday price guarantee. This isnt to be confused with price match guarantee. Which somehow all of best buy employees including the manager at this store didnt have any clue about thier own promotions. So this promotion was if the current price was cheaper at other stores I. E. Amazon before or on black Friday they would reimburse you the difference. I bought an 75in samsung TV and $400 head phones and was never giving this promotion. When I called no one helped and when I went to the store that I picked up at they turned me away. It got to the point that the manager at this location hung up on me. I tried to contact thier Corp office but they sent me right back to the manager. I ended up wanting to just return these items and buy them at the lower price since they were both extremely cheaper at the actual store but I was one day too late according to the manager and was turned away. Ive been an elite member for years and this is what you get after years of loyalty. I will never shop here again or online.
Went in there to buy house cameras didnt know which one to get but the guy that helped my husband and I out was awesome he answered all the questions we had asked. Had santation station hand sanatizor and face shields if we wanted one. Cool place.
Bad customer service. I brought a phone in and asked for a cover and screen protector spent like 75.00 and the cover dont fit right and the screen protector was not a good one. I asked them for a good cover and a good screen protector. I dont even have a cover no more for my phone.
They could not help me with my tablet. Ended figuring it out on my own.
Went in for an apple care service. They looked at it for 2 seconds and said we cant fix and would need to mail to apple because suction cup? Then had nerve to say with my apple care plus plan it would be $99 not $29 deductible. Wow skip going here go to apple store for service. Thanks for the waste of gas and loosing my business for years and years.

If course it was crowded and very busy there since it was Christmas Eve and Im sure people were getting last min gifts. But still with all that the employees showed great customer service and were kind and took care of your needs right away. I was in and out within 15- 20 mins.

This place has gone down hill fast, spent 30 mins on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone just to ask if my warranty on my TV was still good, it wasnt. Then went into the store, asked someone for a tape measure guy said let me find you someone that can assist, then 2 mins later see him talking to 2 other associates while their was 3 people needing assistance, someone went over to yell at them then finally one of those associates came and asked me if I needed assistance. They finally bring me a tape measure and everything measures properly. I buy it and take it home. Find out that its got a backlight buzz. Next day take it in to return it, go to TVs to find another one and ask an associate if they have a tape measure, they said no you will need to go to service desk to get one....so I go to the service desk to get one because the other associate could not be bothered to get a paying customer a tape measure.
Great information from Specialty Manager. We came in knowing we wanted a television but not which one. The manager came to us and gave us the best product in our price range. There was no up-selling which was a great relief.
