Shane got me together within the day of needing a washer, his wife was super understanding and helpful. He delivered a washer to me in Edmond for a small fee with face covering when Covid first hit, then a dryer a few months later. I had an issue with the dryer not heating so I brought the dryer to him and he fixed it for a small fee in less than 30 minutes with only a short notice of me coming to him. He values his customers. My first time here and was in a pinch for a washing machine and he had a single Kenmore for 160 and it comes with a 90 day warranty. shane is straight forward and I will see if I need to use my 90 day warranty but the first run of washing machine was fine no problems.....*** Adding to review almost a year after purchase and washing machine is still going strong!!

This store is the best store in Oklahoma city hands down. Shane is honest and will sta d on his head to make you happy. If it breaks they fix it also and will come get it and bring it back to you home. I could buy anywhere but I will never buy anywhere else.

You get what you pay for. I just wish the man i spoke to would have been taken seriously when i called inquiring about my loud spin cycle (apparently I am not use to old school washere even though that is all i have EVER used.. but now i definitely will just spend the extra on a brand new washer. I felt very disrespected for being young and I feel that was taken advantage of. However while purchasing the washer, a woman helped me out and she was a saint and she treated me like an equal human being, never once talked down to me or treated me like I was stupid.Long Story short. Learned how to fix the washer myself for a short while. Which is not hard its just a pain in my arse to remove the back every cycle so I will be replacing it after just 7 months of use.
