These guys are LIFESAVERS.My car was hit in a parking garage and I was left with my car bumper hanging off with no way to get around. I had been playing phone tag with the person who hit me’s insurance company for 6 weeks (yes you read that right) because they refused to provide me a rental car until my car was taken to a shop for repairs.The problem with that is the shop they provided me with couldn’t get me in until January… I had called dozens of others in the OKC area in hopes that someone could help me. Everyone around here including Freeman’s were absolutely packed and unable to get me in for weeks or even months. I had already gone 6 weeks without a vehicle, and my family lives over an hour away so I do not have help getting places. I am a full time employee for a nonprofit as well as a full time masters student among other obligations, so honestly the past 6 weeks have been some of the hardest of my life due to this situation that was not even my fault to begin with.I struggled with even knowing where to start when looking for a place to go. I am 25 and know nothing about cars. My dad is a mechanic and is usually my go to in situations like this, but he recently moved over 15 hours away so I was lost.I brought my car to Freeman Autobody today. The woman on the phone was very kind, but let me know they were very booked out, but if the repair was simple they would try their best to work me in sooner. I didn’t have high hopes, because I could tell they were very busy. They checked out my car and seemed so caring and concerned about my safety, they didn’t even want me to try to drive it home with the condition of the bumper. They worked me in that day and probably didn’t even realize how incredibly helpful it was to me, but now I can get a rental car while they work on my car and a huge weight is lifted off my shoulders. Having reliable transportation is something I will never take for granted again, and I really owe these guys for helping me out.Not only did they do that, but they took the time to even explain the process of getting a rental car and gave me a sheet with helpful phone numbers to use when doing so. That isn’t even part of their job, but it really showed that they cared. Based on the reviews, the work will likely be fantastic, but I am giving five stars simply based on the helpfulness and kindness. Working at a nonprofit means that I do a lot of networking around the community, and I will be telling everyone I know about these amazing people!

It has been over 20 years since we had an auto accident, both times we took our cars to Freeman Collision, and both times Todd did excellent work in taking care of our needs. The first time we had a Lincoln Town Car, this time it was our Lincoln MKX. He pays attention to details including and especially the little things, like badges, cleaning the car inside and out, polishing the head lights, and during this Covid 19 time, he even fogged the inside to kill germs. I have in the past and will continue to recommend him to anyone I meet that needs his services. He takes his time gets it right every time. I consider Todd to be a friend, and if there is ever the need, I will see him again!

I have a 2014 Subaru legacy with a carbide metallic grey color paint job wich is multiple different colors mixed to become carbide metallic grey. Well ive had both my front right fender, and my rear driver quarter panel replaced by them and you cannot even tell now that these are after market parts on my now brand new looking 2014 Subaru legacy. They are the fairest priced and most professional in their line of business! Freemans collision center gained another loyal customer! Todd made me feel like we were a priority! We were headed out for vacation and hoped my daughter’s mustang couldn’t be repaired while we were gone. They did not disappoint. They were only doing body work, but before they gave it their final approval they called about two different mechanical issues they had found to make sure we were taken care of. They were “Pre-existing conditions” so they weren’t covered by insurance, but I appreciated them making sure!

Incredible service I received, Mr. Freeman himself helped me figure out to get my door to shut again after a little accident. I brought it to him at 1:30 and he had it done by 4:00. I would recommend anybody needing body work to come see Mr. Freeman he reasonable and he gets the job done!

As part the blacking out project for my new Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road, I had Freeman Collision Center replace both the factory front and back bumper lower valance panels with black valances. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous explaining what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost, all of which they met. The work and the finished replacement was top notch professional. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Freedman was so great to work with! After the ice storm of 2020, a branch took out my front bumper. We found it would be most affordable if I bought the bumper from the service department and brought it to Mr. Freedman to be painted. The paint job was fantastic and when I picked up the bumper he told me to come back once we put it on to do a final run over of the bumper. Since we were replacing it ourselves too, he let us know if we had any issues with the clips to secure the bumper as beat we could and they would help us finish up. Just wonderful to work with and so affordable!

I took my 2015 red ford mustang to these guys to fix my front bumper and repair other damaged pieces and also get a paint job, the job they did was unbelievable my car now looks new and drive Iike I just got it from a dealership. Brought my car in to get an estimate to have the rear quarter panel pulled out so the tire wouldnt rub, no painting, just get it back to a normal-ish shape. 3 hours later, they had fixed it for about the price I figured it would be - great work, done really quickly!

They did excellent work on my car..a blackhole driver backed into my car..left three good dents on back passenger side plus back window..Freemans gave the best estimate..when I pick the car up after work was done, they had washed the car to a shine, polished the headlights, vaccuum inside plus sprayed covid-19 cleaning..I give them 5 stars & big A plus.

Came in with some good body damage on my Tahoe. The guys were quick to get my car in the shop, and were very transparent with the whole operation. I communicated directly with the owner the entire time. They worked with my insurance company and made my life easy. I chose this business based on Google reviews, and was not disappointed! I was involved in a small accident where someone hit me and had to use their insurance to fix my car. Freeman worked with the insurance company to get the right parts for my car when the insurance company wanted to be cheap and use generic parts. They communicated well with me throughout the process. They also worked with me so that I could pick my car up after hours since I work a 7-7 shift. They had the car detailed inside and out, and it looked amazing!! Would definitely recommend them to others!

We have a very small window to have repairs made to our vehicles. The turn around time is far greater than I could ever expect. As one can assume when a daycare is driving around a with a banged up vehicle it doesnt look good, even if it wasnt something we did. The vehicle was drivable so we were able to wait until work was ready to be done to bring it in for the repair. Todd, Bruce and the rest of the staff had us back to transporting in a what looked like a brand new van. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in need of another collision repair.

Ive used Freemans in the past for my driver side door that got messed up from a hummer and they were able to do the same job the dealership was going to do FOR HALF THE COST saved me over $1,000 coming here and also came in today on 12-12-19 to get my headlights buffed and polished and the look brand new. Todd Freeman is a great guy and you wont go wrong coming here.

The place to take your vehicle to get the body work done! They gave use a estament and repaired it and did more for that price. Front end the grill the two fenders and lights and latch was damaged the doors was bent from opening to get in. They fixed them at no extra charge. They also cleaned the inside and waxed it checked computer for faults. The paint matched the rest of car. It was a excellent job they done.When others gave us a more expensive quote and said it would probably be even more. Freemans did a excellent job at the price quoted.At least give them a chance go by and get a quote.

My son had an accident right up the street from where Freemans is located on May and damage the front of his truck. Turned out his insurance didnt cover the accident so Freeman worked with us to get us the best price to get the truck back on the road as quickly as possible. I am completely appalled by the way I was just treated at this establishment. I walked to the office door and it was locked, but there was a gentleman sitting at a desk near the door on the phone. I continued to look around near the front door for store/office hours, and did not see any so I walked around the parking lot for a few minutes. Shortly after wandering around the parking lot for a bit, another gentleman in a Cadillac CTS drove up and got out. He saw me walking around and asked if they were closed. I let him know that I was unsure because I did not see their hours posted but someone was in there. The man proceeded to walk towards the office door as I proceeded to return to my car, and as he walked toward the door the gentleman from behind the desk opened the door. So I stopped and started walking towards him, but he completely ignored me and engaged in conversation with the man as they walked over to the Cadillac. I stood very respectfully and waited to be acknowledged, but they had a 5-7 minute conversation about the repair needing to be done to the tail light. As they wrapped up the conversation the employee began to walk back to the office until the man with the Cadillac said to him, This young lady was needing some help as well. The employee never greeted me, just said, Yes and just stood in the middle of the parking lot. I said to him, I am wanting to see if someone could take a look at my side view mirror. He goes on to tell me, Were closed and youll have to come back Monday. I am really trying to finish up so I can get out of here. I looked at him in complete disbelief and was stunned that he just witnessed me watching him assist a customer and then turned around and blew me off. As I walked towards my car, he said one last time, Come back Monday. This was absolutely unfair and horrible treatment. I would have been okay if he would have given us both the same attention and asked us to return Monday. But to service one person and not another is not right. From the looks of previous reviews, lots of people have good things to say about this establishment, so I know my business wont be missed. However, I at least hope this review is acknowledged and addressed.

I had the best experience with Freeman’s! I was going to go to Collision works and they estimated that it would take 1 to 3 months until I would get my car back due to everything going on. And then I decided to take it to Freeman’s and I had it back within the week! Staff is very friendly and helpful and they even detailed the inside and outside of my car for free! Took my car into Freeman Collision Center after another vehicle merged into the driver side of my car, which required the entire driver side paneling to be replaced. The other driver’s insurance covered the cost, so I can’t speak about pricing.The car came back looking excellent. The paint match is superb. They went above and beyond, clearing my vehicles codes as well as polishing and cleaning my headlights. Best part of someone running into you is getting your car detailed (not a terribly cost or time effective way of getting your car cleaned).Car looks brand new!
