Horrific experience. We scheduled an appointment to have our car serviced, but our car took hours for a simple job. I understand being understaffed, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication. We had over a quarter tank of gas, and it was nearly empty when we got our car back. Our visit was over priced and the service center lacks quality customer service; we were lied to about the price we were paying. We once trusted Nissan with our vehicle maintenance, but never again.
Very knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know what needs to be done to fix my car!!
Customer service was better than other KFCs.
You can fill out a lengthy form online, or chat with someone, but no one reads what you enter or answers your questions. They just keep repeating to make an appointment. They even asked me if my name was the technicians name listed on the appointment confirmation, which makes zero sense.
Booked an appointment and when I showed up was told it would be a 2 hour wait, because others showed up early for their appointments and walk-ins, whats the point of making an appointment then?
They said in add that the car was running and driving then when we got there they asked if we had a tow dolly because it didnt run the motor was blown waste of time

To the ceo and general manager....i want to express to you about my experience in the service department.....3 weeks ago i took my car to the service department and there were several things wrong with it....i happened upon a young lady named angela in service.....things didnt look good but she sat down with me and broke my issues down into phases....i am happy to say that all phases have been successfully done.....i want to think angela for caring and making my experience wonderful.....because of angela i will continue to use bob howard nissan
Called to have a couple of questions answered, the man who answered was very courteous and professional, and answered my questions to my satisfaction.
Showed up for my appointment on time, only to be told it would be two more hours. 😕
Parts people that dont know anything about parts, or the vehicles that they sell them for.
