I will pick C & J every time for my automotive needs! I was happy to see Craig show up today to help me jump my car & replace the battery. Please note, Craig doesn’t do mobile calls anymore (he just happened to be in the right place at the right time) but he is still in the shop! Service is always friendly and timely, and the prices are competitive. I cannot recommend C & J enough!

Fair pricing and good service. Would definitely give it a chance especially with the mechanics nearby and their pricing. They changed my alternator for $150 less than the 2nd cheapest mechanic I found and they actually got me free alternator because I had a warranty with Autozone.

This place is amazing!! GREAT customer service. They looked at my car and found out what was wrong with it in less than 30 minutes. He took the time to explain what it was and why... and he showed me why it was what he said it was. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.

Didnt do what he said he would. While my truck was in his possession my cadiletic converters were stolen and also my my censors were stolen. Now its going to cost me $3300. To replace. He also told me I needed a cam phaser lock out kit. When I found a machanic that knew what he was doing. It was my brake booster. How can anyone trust someone like that. I got my truck back in worse shape than when he took it.

Talked to Craig, the owner, on the phone, and he was a straight shooter, so I headed down his way even though it was further away than some places.He told me it would be the next day. The mechanic there said he would stay late and get it done(he didn’t have to do that), and my radiator was replaced and everything was good to go.Honest and a good price. Would recommend.

I called to see if they would come out. My father has an F-350, but I was told they dont work on anything over a half ton.Was referred to a guy named Daniel for the repair, but the person he referred me to doesnt work on anything older than 2000s.Edit: Context wouldve been good. The referrals wouldve been fine, but neither panned out. Unfortunately, Im on a deadline, so not being able to have someone come out to look at the vehicle means I have to work to get it moved to a shop instead.

Craig has helped me out tremendously with my 2007 Cadillac that is very difficult to work on. Only charged me 120 bucks for an electrical issue that I thought was a starter, he could have bent me over and he didn’t. He has my admiration and performs excellent quick work, and he comes to you or has a ship. If you’re using anyone else for car maintenance you’re doing it wrong.

I like how you can tell that they care for the customer and not out to get your money. They are very helpful, if your car does not need a part they will tell you. They are friendly, and I will be having them work on my vehicle every time.

When my car wouldn’t start at a Oncue these guys were parked at the pump across from me. They graciously come over and helped with my alternator. When my car recently stopped working, he put me in on his schedule and came out and fixed my car in good time. I will always call these guys if i have any car issues. Fair prices, very knowledgeable, and highly professional. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I called C&J after being passed around from one major auto service company to another, getting false diagnoses from all of them. Craig and his assistant found the problem, which was so minor, in 20 minutes and FIXED it! I was scheduled to go to have yet another diagnostic done at $194 a pop but decided to search the internet and read their reviews. Every review about this company is positive - and true! I experienced their excellent service for myself and will only do business with them from now on. They are honest and fair and very nice people!

I was hesitant at first time to use a mobile mechanic but wow Craig knows what hes doing. I have an 86 C10 and hes done a wonderful job for me on it. First he came and replaced the drive shaft bearing at my house. Did a great job. He has since replaced my ball joints, fixed my brake lines and springs. All for a very affordable price. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He is now replacing my fuel pump.

Recently C&J did the 90,000 mile service on our 2006 4runner. So VERY convenient, as the mechanic came to our house and worked in the driveway with a really professional setup in that van you see here. No driving the vehicle somewhere across town & getting a lift home and back again for pick up. That was important during the holidays.Work was done as scheduled despite weather issues.And the cost was less than half the quote from the dealer.

Craig was great! We were stranded 400 miles from home. He was here 3 hours after we called. He told us that it may be more involved than just our broken belt, but when he got here it was just the belt! He did not make unnecessary repairs. He was also cheaper than anyone else quoted. It was an AWESOME experience! I highly recommend him!!!

Called and explained some help I needed for a vehicle. He told me on Wednesday hed be able to come out Friday. Sent pictures as requested and called back Thursday to confirm hed be out Friday. Asked for some information on my vehicle Thursday afternoon to buy parts.Never heard back Thursday to confirm he was coming nor Friday. Now its Monday and Ive had to hire someone else who came out immediately. Sounded promising talking to him on the phone but then he disappeared without any further contact.

Pros: The mechanic who came out and did the work on my vehicle was awsome and did a really great job, quick and effiecient and the estimate was less than what was originallly quotedcons: poor communication. I texted them to set up an appointement, which they did however they did not specify what time. Upon texting again was told they would have a time for me after doing the schedule that evening and let me know. They did not. They just show up, had my vehicle in the air and said they were the mechanic. didnt call, text or anything prior to arrival. it would be nice if they give you a time so you know when to expect them.overall great company,, we will be using them from here on out

Hands down the best exprience with a mechanic. He had 5 cars on the Northside and because he told us he would be here Friday, he was over on Friday 30 mins to an hour before he closed shop!. That is what you call integrity!! We will definitely be using him again!!

He came to the house and did all of the necessary repairs, along with educating us on how to avoid a particular issue in the future. Most professional and honest person I met. I had an issue with my car and i knew any garage would probably charge me over $1000. He came Saturday around 1700 and by 1900 everything was fixed for less than $200 and my car is now running even better than before. Thank you for your help and you professionalism. If you are looking for a fast and affordable mechanic the Craig is the one to call. He has fixed so many things on my car from brakes, rear defroster, front struts and tie rods, turn signal switch and most recently an oil leak in my front seal. He is always punctual showing up and is works very efficiently with his assistant. He is very fair in his price and stands behind his work. I wont use anyone else and would highly recommend for your car repair needs.

I called 4 other shops before C&J. I needed a knock sensor replaced and I knew I couldnt do the work myself in a reasonable time frame. Their prices were very reasonable. They broke out part costs & labor, and were completely transparent about what parts would be going into my truck. Many shops around town LOVE to mark up cheap parts and bake in extra profit. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I went ahead and had the work done and added on some rotor and break replacements. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work done, and Craig took the time to give me some very useful tips and suggestions while working on the vehicle. I will use this service again and recommend to others.

Its so refreshing to meet good honest people anymore. Craig came out to fix my car that I thought needed a new altenator, he informed me when he got here that it was spark plugs. In less than an hour and for half the price I thought I was going to pay my car is fixed and running like new!! C&J is my new mechanic!!

They helped me a while back with my old 1994 Honda civic! Straight forward and fast! Actually going to call them again cause I need help with my new car!

I would give this mechanic a very high review. He works hard to get the job done on a reasonable timetable and will give you several options depending on your budget. You have no doubt after working with him that he is honest and not trying to hamstring you. I fix the majority of my cars problems but C & J will be my first option the next time I have something to fix that is above my pay grade.

2001 Buick Century broke down, couldn’t figure out what was wrong, even after replacing several parts and having other people look at it. Called C&J, they came to my house and had it figured out in no time. It was a failed a/c compressor causing the car not to start. EVERYONE missed that one, didn’t even think of it, wished we would’ve called sooner. Very honest and knowledgeable, and charges a fair price! Will definitely use for future repairs. Craig has worked on several of our cars over the years. He did timing belts on two of our Land Cruisers, and one for my mom on her Lexus GX470. Plus a radiator. He also helped me on my 1989 BMW 325i project car. He replaced the old gas tank with an upgraded galvanized tank. He always has a great attitude and does excellent work at fair prices. You can count on Craig to be fair, honest, and respectful.

We called Craig today to help us out with the battery in our Nissan Altima. The battery terminal was completely corroded and broke off. He took the time to explain what had happened, tell us a few jokes, some lessons life lessons, and was able to fix it all under 30 minutes. This guy knows his stuff and is extremely efficient! I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Wouldnt start, and absolutely no sound at all when I tried to start it. Battery is in good shape and only 2 months old. Everything worked, horn, lights etc. The car simply wouldnt start.Craig diagnosed the problem under 15 minutes and told me the starter needed replacing. He replaced my starter and had my vehicle running in under 45 minutes. The man knows his stuff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND C&J mobile Services.
