My wife and I always have a wonderful experience at this target on N May. Employees are very kind and helpful, especially the cashiers. The renovations they’ve recently done are also particularly nice. I feel like I’m always finding exactly what I need and the store layout stay very consistent.

No self-checkout. Long lines

Target have great deals and the cutest stuff! High end products for less. Their drive up/pickup process is super easy and love ordering online and sitting in my car and waiting for them to bring it to me!

Good groceries, many check-out lanes, good selection, but since remodel, store brand is greatly reduced.

I love their drive up EXCEPT that they switch the store location without letting you know (and thus without letting you decide in advance whether you want to complete the purchase), when their inventory turns out to be different/less than what they show online for your selected store. It happened once before that I showed up to pick up my purchase after buying online, and they told me that everything I bought was at a different store. I knew I hadn’t purchased the items at the other store, and I was angry that I’d wasted time driving to my selected store and waiting for them to bring it out, when unbeknownst to me, they’d transferred the order to a different store. This time, I was very careful that every item in my cart reflected that I was purchasing it at my desired store. When they emailed confirmation of the order, it reflected my desired store. But they didn’t have certain items in stock, so they transferred part of my order to a different store. So they need better inventory tracking and they need to stop moving orders to a different store, since a customer may not want to drive to the other store. And a customer may not want to drive to their selected store for a partial order. Perhaps the customer would prefer to buy it from a different retailer, rather than driving to two different Targets.

Store is under construction but still very shopable. Was able to find all I needed with a lil help from a couple of friendly staff members.

Pros: free curbside pickup, target circle rewards and savings coupons (use the app!)Target is my favorite department store. I enjoy their apparel (a new day, Knox rose and goodfellow). Good quality and priced right!

Absolute garbage service here, wanted to buy some beats studio buds and the incompetent employees in that section took way too long to do a simple task, and asked me to wait even longer so he could answer a phone call. Sorry, but time is money, I’ll just get them from the competent staff at Norman.

The Target is the department chain store. It has various items ranging from grocery, clothing, shoes, utensils and others. The product quality is excellent but the price is also very high. We went to buy school bags, the bags are in different corners of the store. It is not in a fix place. We also found some nice mountain bikes in reasonable price.

Usually this store is well stocked and clean, my last visit wasn’t so pleasant. There is some renovation going on but I didn’t see any signs displayed that could warn customers of the renovations and to avoid any potential hazards. Avery the Target personnel is the reason I’m giving this store a 4 star rating .Excellent customer service and friend demeanor earned this store 4 stars.

We usually like to shop target, but were disappointed that they did not carry a vinyl covered wire, over the door shelving system that they advertised online as having four in stock. Some of the employees were vaguely aware that they had seen them in the past. They must not keep their records, as, et al, up to date.

Visit here 8JUL2020. This is not Super store. No dedicated Bakery. I came here to buy Birthday cake to my kid. I haven’t find any as there is no bakery.This store is good for minimum shopping requirements.I even don’t find Lid motion Dust bin at competitive price as compare to Walmart.The price difference between Walmart and Target is about 10$.I went back to Walmart and purchased 10.5 gallon LID motion Dust bin at price of 55$.

This is a very nice Target. It is very well organized. The aisles are nice and wide. You can easily shop with many other shoppers around. I used to strip and wax floors for a living, so I appreciate a clean, shiny and waxed floor. They take very good care of the store. They have a nice selection, even though they are not a Super Target. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our cashier at customer service, (Melody?) was absolutely amazing. We had to return several pairs of jeans that did not fit our son and although we had the receipt for one set the other receipt had blown out the bag on our way into the store. The cashier was able to pull things up using our Target Circle account and fixed everything for us while also making sure we kept our discounts on the new pairs of jeans we purchased.

Sent my order to another store. Again. The store at Rockwell and NW Expressway is THE worst stocked store in the city. The app automatically reroutes your order, in whole or part, to the next nearest store, without asking you. And the bag of litter had a hole in it. Leaked all over my house. Never using the app again.

When someone buys a product for $1,600+ dollars, they should be told prior to the day it is supposed to arrive that it is going to be late, especially when it is going to be late by 5 days. Extremely poor work ethic with no consideration to customers!

The person working at customer service might benefit from training on the concept.

A great place to shop for household goods without having to endure Megamart.

Adrian the manager was very friendly and helpful today. I had some trouble checking out, he re scanned each one of my items quickly and made sure I got out fast!

This is the 2nd time I’ve picked up a order and was greeted by a kind worker named Jason both times he was super friendly, kind and when asked a question about my order he was very diligent in answering my questions. Pleased with my experience and Jason’s kindness.

I always love going to Target! its like a Walmart where people have dressed in clothes and gotten out of bed more than an hour ago.

This Target location is consistently clean inside and out. Depending on the time of day finding help can be a real choir in some departments. Though Ive never been greeted or acknowledged while shopping, they have always been courteous during checkout.

I love coming to this particular target, the employees here are always extremely polite and courteous. In particular, my cashier today well I think her name was Kimberly perhaps. She was simply outstanding & her friendliness made my day.

Wow. I am not normally a fan of big box or chain stores. However, today, Target really impressed me. Its the middle of the coronaviris pandemic. As I walked in the store, an employee was sanitizing the carts and let me know which two rows were already sanitized. Thats much better than many of the other stores, where you pick up your own cart, get infected, and then find the sanitizing station to sanitize a cart you have already touched. They scored big with me there. Then as I walked through the store I noticed that every single employee had on a mask. Not only that, every single employee had the mask on correctly, covering both mouth and nose. Thats the first time I have seen that, in the all the stores I have been in in the past few months. Great job Target, you have won a customer. Thank you for caring about your fellow Americans. My only hope is that your employees feel appreciated and feel you are also taking care of them.

Clean and well run during the pandemic. additionally front end employee Melody has been personal and someone I look forward to seeing when I shop. She is excellent at her job but also has the human touch which I appreciation immensely.

Severe Privacy Concern: They will try to scan your Drivers Licence to buy age-restricted items. You do not need to let them.Id rather not have a company whos already suffered a major customer information leak have even more Personally Identifiable Information.

This store is very dated and they seem to hire people who are slower than usual. I wonder when they will put in self-checkout? Lines are usually really really long.

In the past month I had made a return of baby items that were a gift to me for my son. Upon making the return the associate said she credited the amount onto a merchandise return card which can be used just like a gift card.Yesterday I went shopping for some regular grocery items and planned to use the return card. The associate checking me out said it had a zero balance, there was no credit on the card. I insisted that yes there was, I had just made the return within the month and hadnt been back since. She apologized and called the manager, I explained to him the situation, and told him I know the balance was between $40-$45 and he had another associate look up the card number to verify whether I had already used the credit.They found that there was no balance history on the card, meaning there was never a balance credited to the card! I almost assumed they were going to make this right and credit me $40 to the card, but they did nothing, they said they could look it up if I knew what day and what time of day I made the return. Which is a complete joke, I have two kids 3 and under, and work full time, do you really think I know what day I went to target a month ago to make a return?So I basically gave them back the baby items for free, and all they could say is Im sorry. Needless to say, I was not a happy customer.

Loved all the large selection of items. Very top of line in there clothing and other departments. Seen it as an upscaled walk mart almost lol but very impressed

Overall good target. clean, cool, organized, nice peeps. problems are clothes sizes only go to 2xl, and grocery selection is VERY limited, would be better if it opened at 6:00 am.

On the smaller side and a bit of a shock since I am used to shopping at Super Targets. There was no logical order to the layout of the store.They didn’t have the item we were looking for and overall seemed to lack variety and quantity.

Do not sign up for pre-order notifications of hot upcoming products where you will be the first to know once the product is available for pre-order. They always launch the pre-orders and sell out before ever sending out email notifications. Best Buy does the same thing, what is wrong with these places?

I love thar you offer pick up from ones car without a minimum order amount.

Good selections, decent pricing, convenience, mostly good service. I am a regular at this Target and they have very conveniently placed the fresh popcorn near the check out, and oh that scent! Seriously have shopped at this Target for 20 years and because of the way I am usually treated there, I often then choose Target when I am out of town shopping also.

Selection of merchandise available. Speed of checkout. Came in during the Christmas season and the store was packed with customers. I thought it was going to take forever at checkout. I actually ran in to pick up a birthday gift and needed to get in and out quickly. While waiting in one of the long checkout lines an associate offered to check me out with a handheld device and I was able to get through checkout in under 5 minutes and was able to get to the birthday party on time.

So easy and fast, I wish I had done this before. Such a time saver and I didnt have to get in long confusing lines.

I just want to say my experience with Target today was amazing. Found what I needed, and when I looked for help I got it within 1 minute of trying to find someone. Craig was the person who helped me out, beyond customer service. 5 stars for him.

Every store I have been to has been clean, well organized, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I love using the target app especially to order for store pick up, pulling up and having someone bring it to my car. That service comes in handy on days you’re in a rush or not feeling well. I also love that they carry my favorite deodorant (Native) that I would otherwise have to order online, wait and pay for shipping.

Target has been a great store since 1969, however over the last year stock has been good and not good. Currently the store on May in Oklahoma City is missing so much merchandise I have been going else where to find most of what I need. Not sure if this store is closing or not, but this is not the Target I grew up with and shopped at in the past 40 years. It is very disappointing.

We love Target and if I could only ever shop here and use Order Pickup, I wouldnt hesitate. Ive only ever had a couple of orders messed up and everyone gets them fixed pretty quickly!

The Super Target is awesome, Store visible from road, spacious parking, Social distancing maintained well, over all great shopping.

By far my favorite Target location!The staff are friendly and knowledgeable in each department. All of the aisles are clean, neat, and well-organized. I use Google’s “busiest times” graph to determine when to go so my wait time is nonexistent. If I do go when it’s busy, even then my wait time is short because they quickly open so many registers.Great experience every time!

My daughter & I were in Target today to have her older IPhone setup. Ashley in Electronics helped us; she spend well over an hour setting it up. Never seemed rushed or upset that she had to spend so much time on it. She was very friendly and helpful answering questions and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Its so refreshing to see such helpful & friendly people at this busy time of the year. Ashley deserves a big raise !!

The pick up service was exceptional. I went to pick up my order and as soon as I got there an employee was ready to help me. It did not take that long, I was in and out.

Its a good store, good selection for a smaller target. Parking is difficult for me as I cant walk that far without pain, so I need to get a close space. Theyve given the close spaces to people who dont have to get out of their cars (preorders that come just for pickup). Not everybody who has a handicap has a placard, so we have to park close. As well, theyve moved some of the electric carts to somewhere I cant find and staff has not been able to tell me. Thus I usually use a different Target now.

It’s clean and good customer service but I’ve found a few food items that have been way out of date/expired and I’ve noticed the employees take up most of the up front parking spaces instead of leaving them for customers. Good store tho.

Very quick and helpful service when picking up an online order. SO kind and even gave me a complimentary granola bar, which is so above and beyond and was perfect at lunch time!! I will be back to this Target and choose it over one that is closer to me.

Shout out to the staff at this May Target location! My 15-year-old daughter and I were followed and harassed by a man yesterday in the store and when we went to check out the security without us even knowing were already aware of the situation and in the process of escorting him out the door . 3 employees of target including two security guards surrounded my family while he was ejected from the store . Thank you Target for being on top of your game and keeping your customers safe!!!!

Very good Target store. Convenient for me, staying in the hotel right behind it. Clean, bright, organized. Very nice staff. 3 complaints that actually apply to all Target stores: they do not offer big and tall sizes in clothing, max is 2XL, meager choices in grocery, and compared to Walmart Target is overpriced.

This place is my typical grocery store. There is a nice selection of groceries, plus there’s the usual superstore items- from furniture to office supplies to clothes. It’s a huge store. It’s safe, clean, and convenient. They sometimes have specials or coupons on their iphone app. There are very rarely lines. It’s a large store to walk around but has tons of stuff. They even have a little restaurant/fast food place with popcorn there.

Quick and easy

Customer Service is always the best here. They might not have everything available in grocery that is on the Circle app, but what they have is great & not overwhelming to shop. Employees here are mainly what keeps me coming back :)

Decent place to go shopping for assorted home goods, clothes, and foods. Small selection of fresh produce is available, but dont count on it having every variety of vegetable or fruit. Prices are slightly more expensive than a WalMart, but I would rather go to a target than a WalMart 10 times out of 10 due to the environment, cleanliness, quality of goods, and staff helpfulness.

This is the Walmart of Targets. If you are wanting a good target experience, youll sadly have to go all the way to the Target location on Memorial and Penn.

This location has a good selection of items with a small grocery footprint. Starbucks in the front. Checkout lane wait times are usually short and staff is kind and courteous. This location would have a perfect 5 stars if the grocery selection was expanded.
