The couple that own this shop are awesome. It took a little time for our beds to come in. Our adjustable bed did not make it before we needed it but they gave us a loaner bed until ours came via FedEx. Definitely recommend Boxdrop to anyone.

Brett is great. The most helpful and caring man.. Genuinely cares about the customers needs . We got a beautiful pillow top for 10$ down. And the exact same of mattress we financed is selling for almost 1200$ on other sites. And we got ours for 579$! Literally half price for a brand new pillow top. I highly recommend Brett at this boxdrop!

I dont recommend it at all, be really careful the put expensive price and they give a fake warranty, I start to visit a chiropractic and he told me that I have a bad matress because it goes down, and when I asked the guys on boxdrop for change it they start shunning, and finally they ignore me, Ill go to the court for it, really bad experience I dont recommend them, poor quality and poor stuff.

Me and my husband bought a bed set from them yesterday. They made it very easy, they were very helpful, and walked us through everything. They even delivered our bed right then and there! I definitely would recommend them.

If you guys have couple more mattresses in the range of $200- $250 will give a chance for customers to select one but anyways i had a good experience with them. First, they delivered and had some minor issues with the Box Spring so they exchanged with other and redelivered it but 1 day late so they gave back $20 back for being late delivery. I recommend my friends :)
