Needed help locating a bike part that I couldn’t find in my hometown. They went above and beyond and ordered it for me from the manufacturer. After they received, they then shipped to me. They did all this for an out of state customer they didn’t know. In addition they didn’t make much on the deal because it was for an inexpensive part. I wish they were in my town.

Celestial is the best. Great service, good prices, and a friendly staff. They never try to sell you more than you need and are extremely knowledgeable about what they have!

Great neighbor hood bike shop. Ive been looking a friendly, community -oriented bike shop for some time and now i have found it. I was needing a bottom bracket lock ring and some other stuff and they had exatly what i needed, at a fair price. Very, very happy with the friendly service.

This is definitely the place to either have your bike worked on or get help with a DIY repair because you lack the tools or parts. Sheridan has helped me a couple of times and has taken care of me. The guy is a true wiz when it comes to fixing bikes and always makes you feel at home! I’ve tried other bike shops and have come up empty handed.

Needed a bike assembled on a Saturday, I don’t live in town so if it couldn’t be done in one day I would’ve had to pick it up the next Saturday. Not really a problem considering how busy bike shops are these days. These guys took the time to get me done on the same day. They also fixed a brake hose that Marin kinked when the boxed it up to ship. I will continue to use these guys from now on. Best shop in OKC!!

I drove over 4 hours one way to buy my hightower 27.5+, Sheridan and the crew are great. He answered every question I had over the phone and was in my price range. I would highly recommend calling him not matter how far away you are. He will shoot you straight.

After doing a lot of research on bicycle shops in the city area (I live in Piedmont), I finally worked up the courage to pop into the shop this week. Im an obese woman looking to make a lifestyle change and get healthy, so Im not exactly sporty. Between that and being exceedingly shy, I was worried and embarrassed to go in, but Sheridan put me right at ease. He seemed genuinely excited not only to sell me a bike, but also excited FOR me and my goals, and to have another person join the cycling community. He patiently answered all my questions with enthusiasm, showed me what he recommended I start with and why, and talked pricing with me so I could get an idea of cost. After speaking with him I was confident they could get me riding no problem, that I COULD ride, and any questions I might have as a completely inexperienced novice will be answered. It was a really great experience! EDIT: Ive since made a purchase there, and once again, cannot recommend this business more! Sheridan bent over backwards to assist me in picking the right bike, changed out the saddle for me, and got me all hooked up with everything I need to get started! Im confidant that any issues i may have in the future, theyll be there to help! This will for sure be my go too place for all my biking needs!

The best shop in the OKC area as far as I’m concerned. Browsed a bunch before finally meeting Sheridan the owner (and his pops). All the employees and mechanics are approachable and friendly. Felt welcome from the first time in. Prices are good and the service is outstanding.

The other reviews are spot on. Took three bikes here in the past week to get tuned up and couldn’t be happier! This shop won’t needlessly up-sell you. They will give you sound advice and often times it is for the cheaper option. Keep being awesome guys!

Hands down the best shop in the metro. Sheridan and co. really know how to take care of their customers. Shop is always clean and neat (and smelling good!) and the selection of actual bike gear/accessories is great (personally like not having to walk around a bunch of clothing racks to find a tire/tool/pump and plenty of other shops in the metro do clothing). Willing to order things for you if they dont have it. Love the online service scheduling and the one-day and concierge services are great if you really need them. 10% off purchases when you buy a new bike is a great add -on as well! Love being a customer here!!

This was my first time coming to celestial cycles to get some work done on my bike. They got the work done perfectly, on time, no issues at all, great communication, reasonable price. The fact that they are open till 7pm meant I didn’t have to try to leave work early. Great experience. I will be back.

I had a bike out at Hefner with a seat too high to accommodate my niece and the seat would not go any lower so I called Celestial and they said no problem, bring it over! They cut the pipe under the seat to allow for a few more inches of movement and now the seat is the perfect height. I love a business willing to think outside the box to find solutions to problems. Ill definitely be back to this place! A++++

Best and most friendly bike shop around. Ive been riding bikes for over 35 years. I cant tell you how many shops I have been in where all you get is attitude. Sheridan and Bryan are a phenomenal tag team when it comes to repairs/maintenance and I have referred all my friends to them for all their bike shop needs. Love this place! Bikes are cool, but the people make this cycle shop fun. I have been a fan for a long time. The gear advice is always practical and tailored to me or mine. The Mechanic Shop time and price are always where we thought that it would be. And did I mention fun?

I first visited about a year ago after checking out a few other shops in the area. As a someone who was looking to get into I wanted to find the best ride and shop for me. Upon entering the shop, Sheridan and his staff were extremely helpful and offered their help with what was the best fit for me. I have since exclusively bought my biking gear from Celestial.

I was a walk-in who had 2 bikes that needed tune ups and new tires - then shipping to Philadelphia PA. They did a great job, treated me like a customer that had been with them for years and took care of everything quickly. The cost was very reasonable and my bikes are due at my house tomorrow (after dropping them off last Saturday). My only regret is that they arent around the corner from my home in Philadelphia. My boyfriend needed new wheels on his road bike. I don’t know much about cycling but everyone I talked to at Celestial was super helpful! I wanted to get the wheels as a gift so they talked me through options and helped make the prefect choice. He LOVES the wheels! Professional staff, competitive prices and everyone had a wealth of knowledge about cycling. They tuned up my boyfriends bike and put on the new wheels so fast he didn’t even know it was gone! Friendly service and always greeted with a smile. They won’t try and sell you the most expensive bike just so they can turn profit. They find out which bike is best suited for your riding style and make recommendations accordingly. Not to mention lifetime free services on bikes purchased here. Im very happy with Celestial Cycles. The staff has always been really helpful and friendly, and whenever I have taken my bike in to get something fixed, the repairs have always been very quick and cheap.

I live two hours away from Celestial Cycles but happened to be in OKC running an errand so I decided to stop by and see what they had to offer. I had visited a few bike shops prior to my visit to Celestial and was really disappointed in the lack of bicycle knowledge that the sales people had at those other shops. Sheridan knew all about the bikes and was able to offer me real advice based on my needs. He put a bike on hold for me since I didn’t have any shoes or clothes to test ride that day. I was so impressed with him and the shop that I returned the next day, test rode the bike, and purchased it. I highly recommend visiting these guys if you’re in the market for any type of bicycle or accessory.

What a great shop. Im certainly not a hard core cyclist, and in my experience many bike shops cater to only the hard core cyclists and Ive felt a little lost in those shops before. These guys believe that theres a bike for everyone, and everyone can bike. They certainly can meet the needs of the serious cyclist, but they dont talk down to the occasional cyclist. Great place to shop, get your bike serviced, or get educated.

These guys are the best! I was visiting from out of town and wanted to rent a bike. The Santa Cruz full suspension mountain bike they gave me was very nice. They took the time to set the bike up for me including setting the shocks for my weight. Highly recommended!

This is a great bike shop! I enjoy coming into the shop because being a novice cyclist with lots to learn, everyone is very patient and helpful. They are willing to listen to and answer my questions without making me feel like I dont belong in a bike shop just because I dont race in crits or mountain bike races. If you want to go to a bike shop where they make you feel at home no matter your cycling experience level, this is the shop to visit!

There are bike stores, and there are bike shops. This is the latter - an old-school bike shop with great mechanics, great service, and a plain-spoken, straight-forward approach to the cycling world. Sheridans passion for bikes in all their shapes and sizes is matched only by his love of Iron Maiden.

My wife and I bought a bike for our 8 year old for Christmas. We didnt bring him with us as it was a gift. We bought the wrong size. Three months later we brought our son in with the bike (Not too many riding days between January and March with an ill fitting bike). The only questions asked were related to sizing (and accessories) to make sure he got the right bike.Sheridan and staff went above and beyond to make a young rider very happy. I am very appreciative and I look forward to visiting the store again soon.I could not more highly recommend.
