Fantastic service and very personable employees. I got my Doc Martens here after a bad experience at Journeys and was impressed. The solid 5 stars are deserved, I will be getting almost all of my shoes here from now on.

The employee I had was very helpful with shoe insoles. As well as trying to cater to other customers as the store was very full. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Two weeks ago while walking through Penn Square mall I originally had my eyes caught by a pair of shoes. I had never shopped in Trade Home so my wife and I stopped into look. My wife mentioned a brand carried by the name HOKA and said they were supposedly very well recommended orthopedic shoes. Jordan helped me with evaluating my feet using their machine and recommended an insert with the HOKA shoes I had selected. I’ve not wore any other pair of shoes since. My wife and I both bought shoes and today I returned and purchased a more rugged pair of OBOZ work hiking boot with inserts. My wife and I have never been more pleased with my shoes and hands down the customer service was top notch. Jordan is amazing and I will be returning.

My feet are still thanking me. The staff know their shoes and are going to make sure you have the correct style, size, and type of shoes for the activity you will wear them at. From flip flops to dress shoes they carry the best. They are a bit pricey but, you get your moneys worth.

All 3 of the guys that were in there helped me and my dad find a great pair of shoes. Customer service was excellent and I’ll definitely go there to get more shoes.

Evan, Stephanie and Drake all appear to be very friendly people. Went in with no intention of purchasing anything and was treated with respect and dignity. On top of this, Evan is one of the most TRULY informative salespeople I’ve come across. no games, just simply finding something for YOU. if you want good service, make the trip to Penn square, it is run BETTER than any other location in Oklahoma.

This is the only place I’ve ever been to where the salesman actually helped me and knew what he was talking about. I thought I would normally wear a 9.5, but Mitch the manager told me I was a size 10 due to my arch. He actually got down and measured my foot and made sure he knew exactly where my arch was! I never knew! Mitch was able to get me in a really good pair of Brooks, and I can’t wait to try them out. The customer service is awesome, definitely will be going back anytime I need new shoes!

My nephew and I drove up to Penn Square today from Del City because I wanted to try a pair of Oofos flip flops, we walked out with four pairs of shoes!! Colby Brackeen is the manager and he was also our sales person. Colby is amazing! He easily spent a couple hours with us! Im not the easiest person to deal with and he was so patient, attentive, honest, fun, funny and professional. Ive spent years in customer service and sales and Colby is exceptional! This store has high quality inventory at a fair price. I was able to walk out with shoes that feel amazing right away without being told I need to break them in. The manager, Jason, is awesome. He worked really hard to find me the shoes I wanted because they had none in the store. He also knows his running shoes which is great. This guy worked with me for 3 weeks in order to get me what I wanted. He went way beyond what I could have hoped for from anyone in a shoe store. 👍

Im so excited!! Drake was so friendly and helpful! I am really picky when it comes to shoes and usually end up frustrated without finding a pair. Drake was patient and came out with multiple boxes until we found the perfect pair!! I didnt feel rushed or pressured into picking a pair that werent right for me. Thank you Drake!!!!

Wow...what an impressive selection of Birkenstock and Chaco sandals. My daughter was very excited with her new shoes. The employees were great too so I purchased a new pair of Ecco work shoes. You dont find service like this anymore. Glad to see a great store that still values customer service!
