Went in with a nail in my right rear. Knew it would need replaced. They examined my other tires and gave me a couple of options. I picked one and they gave me a really deal. When I went to pay, I found out I get a $100 rebate too! Skyler did a great job getting me on the road!

Got a flat fixed from this location, upon gettig my vehicle back i noticed that one of my 5 lugs was broken off. So i called and spoke to Skylar, his response to my issue well it is safe to drive on, and you can come pay to get it fixed so what you are telling me is that you broke the lug nut and pin and want me to pay for your mistake. Will never be using hibdon again and advising everyone i know to so the same. Shame on you for lack of ethics and character.

Do NOT buy tires from here! I just bought tires a couple of months ago and got the roadside protection on them. Got a nail in my tire and cannot get it in to get it fixed. They tell me its first come first serve and that I will have to drop it off. And that it may be a couple of days before they could get to it. The previous place I bought tires ALWAYS got me in to get it fixed.

We made an appointment and bought 4 new tires and had a front alignment done...they did great job took 2 hours.

Made an appointment on line Friday. It was made for Sunday afternoon. I get a call Sunday morning saying they could not keep my appointment. Said to bring it in ASAP and it would be done by the end of the day. I made an appointment because I did not have someone to do a drop off and pick up. Now I remember why I stopped using them. Poor customer service!!

Got there 730am now4 back in line for tire rotation and balance. Not happy with the wait time. Maybe somewhere else next time . Always buy tires here!

Bought a new set of tires for my truck and was told that the rotation of tires was free with the purchase. When I needed to get my tires rotated I called to set up an appointment and was told that I needed to take the truck in, wait for it or drop off and they would get to it when they had an opening. I took my truck for the rotation the following week at 9am thinking they would be able to rotate my tires and get my truck back early that day, their response was to drop it off and pick it up at FIVE PM. I said no thank you and left very upset. Will never buy another set of tires from here!I figured since I was a customer and spent a good amount of money they would get the rotation done in timely manner, not the case they seemed to care less.

I stop by this morning to try to make the appointment for my vehicle, I got my tires there like 3 months ago, so it wast time for the rotation when I ask the guy if he can help me he said that there not doing that by appointment any more that I have to left my vehicle there and come back the next day, because they don’t have enough peopleHe also said that they are taking care of priority stuff first and stuff like that .Thats make me feel so Unconfortable and I just left the place and look for another place so they can do that for me . I usually send customers there telling them that there was a good place to get tires, I guess we have to look for another tire and battery place .

I took my truck with new wheels and mud tires to get them rebalanced because the truck was vibrating bad. after being told by multiple people that it was normal. I went to hibdon and the employees knew what they were doing! Very knowledgeable about these kind of tires! The ride came out REALLY smooth thanks to those guys. Last time we were here it took a lot longer. This time it was only about 35 minutes and I had 2 new tires. It really helped to make an appointment before going. The person that checked me out was very friendly.

Had quick and professional check done on my car. I saw they did free brake checks and my brake light had been flashing randomly so I pulled in without an appointment. The manager himself Brian checked my brakes and said all was in good shape, only added fluid but also informed me I could get my tires rotated for free. VIP AM I RIGHT!!!

Made an appointment online Friday July 2nd for Wednesday July 7th. The shop called me July 6th at 8:21AM to confirm the appointment. Brought my car to the shop at said time and was told I didn’t have an appointment and no one called me. Showed the guy call log and length of conversation and he still said no one called me. And went on to say that store isn’t doing online appointment.

Thank you for wasting my time. No professional on site here. Stay away!

Shane, the GM, went above and beyond customer service to get my vehicle fixed when another Hibdons location couldnt. He didnt have to make another stores customer happy but he did. He is knowledgable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Will be driving past two locations to give him my business in the future. Thanks Shane!

Seem to be doing a great job following covid protocols. We really appreciate that. Yes its a small inconvenience but well worth it while we wait for vaccines and drugs to treat it effectively. Thanks hibdons/tire town. Also spent time to make sure we got what was wanted on the work order. Always impressed with level of customer service there.

Will never be back for as long as I live. They put the wrong oil filter on my car and could of caused so much damage. The oil drained out slowly and luckily my engine didnt blow. Everyone here should be completely ashamed and disgusted with themselves. You are all lucky you arent in front of a judge right now. Makes me sick

I have personally used Hibdons on 240 for many years and have been treated very well. They always take care of exactly what I need and dont try to push me into getting stuff I dont need. Ive bought tires here and recently had my car towed here after having a blowout. Skylar took care of me and let me know that he didnt see any damage to the wheel that would require a replacement. He set me up with a new tire and alignment and got me on my way in a timely manner. Thank you Hibdons for always making a girl feel like she doesnt need someone to strong arm a business to get what she needs at the best price.

Had a genuine tire emergency on a Sunday morning. A golf ball size goose egg on my tire and an incredibly important road trip I had to take. They were good enough to fit me in their busy schedule and get me back on the road. 5 stars across the board.

Purchased tires and they didnt check or give an alignment. My car feels like Im driving a gravel truck! I have never had the performance worsen after buying new tires. Needless to say buyer be where here. Never going back to this Hibdon!

These clowns are a joke. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time to see if they would repair a tire that had a nail in it. I was told “everything is put up they can’t do it tonight.” Fat clowns

Terrible Experience! Had warranty on my new set of tires! Yet i was asked to pay for a new tire replacement because a towing service guy fixed a tire which had a flat tire. Am not patronizing hibdon.

Kept my truck for 3 hours to check front end only to get it back and they did nothing that was ask nor what they offered. This is not the place to go.

I Had To Give Them A One Star Since “0” Stars Aren’t Offered.So I get a flat repaired and the tire machine moves the weight on the rim the tire man doesn’t pay attention to it and says tire is done. It’s not only out of balance it’s also separated and they won’t do a thing about other then sell me another tire. I’d rather buy a tire from a place that will stand behind their tires

I had a blow out I was on my way to pick my elderly parents up from the hospital. This company were very helpful and understanding. They got me in and out and back on the road in a reasonable time. Plus at a reasonable price, staff was very helpful considerate. They are always busy so if your looking to go and purchase or have work done call ahead and make an appointment.

Just bought a full set, as well as got my oil changed from a different company. It doesnt take 3 hrs to do an oil change.... smh

This place is a joke. Go to your local small business oil change place and Discount Tire. They will actually appreciate your business. They wont recommend replacing 2 of your brand new tires for low tread! I actually laughed when they tried that to me. I went in to get a tire patched and oil change on one of our work vehicles because it was right next door. Well 2 and 1/2 days later with no phone call telling me its ready, I call them and go pick it up. I pay for my $85 oil change witch included a $15 discount and then am told they couldnt patch my tire. I laugh and after leaving take it right to Discount Tire and they patched it and had me on the road in less than an hour!While I am there I notice them trying to up-sell stuff to every single other customer! Be warned!

Fix a flat for free it is a great deal. I have never seen them to far off on tire prices vs other places around town. I have found you will get way better service if you can leave the car or make a appointment. otherwise it seems a endless wait. at least they have a TV coffee and polite staff

Blayke greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was able to explain to him what I needed and he made several suggestions based on my need. He explained to me the process, how long it would take and the cost. Blayke worked diligently to get me the best price possible on my service and tires (bought 3 tires and alignment). I appreciated the customer service from all the guys there. Will definitely be back!

After dealing with the boys around the corner and them saying the best they could do on an alignment is leave it pulling to the right, hibdon got me in and out the very next day with no pulling and provided a printout showing how off it was when I brought it in. I dont use shops much to do work since most dont take pride in their work, however these guys got me back on the road and did the job the right way.

Just left the place. Horrible experience for a first time. Had to pay twice for installation fees because the guys behind the counters dont know how to properly do their jobs, he even tried explaining it but contradicted himself. Ill be contacting HR. Never going back to that location.

I always take my car there for tire problems. If your tire just needs patched its free! What other company does that. They are very courteous.

The workers here are amazing! Had hit a huge rock and dented my rim. Since it wasn’t to bad they fixed it for free. I can’t thank Kurtis enough for being so helpful. They were a bit backed up because of the storms but still got my car done in a very timely manner. I’ve been to others up here in the city & Moore but this is the one I’ll be returning to from now on.

I wouldnt recommend this place.just take youre car to the dealership.its not that expensive. And theyll do it right the first time

Went to this Hibdon today to get a tire replaced that had a warranty on it and the female associate (Taylor) was very Rude and told us that the warranty wouldn’t cover the tire because they hadn’t been rotated due to the tires being two different sizes! Ended up going to another Hibdon and getting Great service and had my issue resolved! Do not recommend this Hibdon and will not be returning!!!

Had only 12000 miles on 4 tires that were rated for 50000 miles. The back 2 tires needed replacement. Hibdon accused me of hitting pot holes and refused to give me any trade value. My husband said NO WAY could a pot hole cause that kind of damage and that the tires were just bad tires. My son builds tires and knows that sometimes they are just bad from the manufacturer. Hibdon actually had the gall to offer to sell me 2 new tires for MORE than I had paid for the 2 NEEDING replacement!! (The were only 2 years old!!) I have bought tires for years on 4 vehicles from this shop but NEVER NEVER again!!!

Quality tires, yes. Quality Mechanical fixes, not at all. My wife and I were trying to slowly get our vehicle in good working order. Among many things they replaced were brakes all around. Approx. 3.weeks later the brakes were worse than when we brought it in. Took it to another hibdons and they were surprised by the work that been done and had to replace 3 out of 4 brakes for free (warranty).This makes no sense now or at the time they were doing the work. Either 3 bad brakes installed or incompetent work.If you go be prepared to wait a LONG time.The vehicle now sounds like its coming apart and the brakes are worse than when we originally brought it in.No more hibdons. And no money to *RE-FIX* the issues they couldnt seem to.Losing work money because of faulty work didnt seem to matter much to them either.

If you close at 4 your website should say you close at 4 not 5 like it does. I go in at 4:02 and was told well we close at 4 so we can sanitize and be out of here at 5. Not good customer service.

We had gotten two new tires from here. Now one of the wheels lost all its lug nuts and sheared off the lugs. So after $300 for both tires and now having to replace the lugs I will not be returning.

Serpentine belt replaced & windshield wipers replaced...checked my engine light...indicator was on, turned out was just a loose connection...good helpful honest guys up here...This is the place to go for good car repairs, bought new tires here before...

Took my vehicle in to get two flats fixed. I just bought a whole new set of tires. The staff were friendly and helpful, but now my brake light is flashing and they wont accept responsibility for it.They also aligned my tires, but Ive been noticing it wobbles. I need to take it back in to have that checked out. Im sure theyll realign it. They have in the past under similar circumstances.Edit: Returned to have the wobble corrected. They accepted responsibility and said the tires werent balanced properly. The wobble is gone. They said the brake light was a bad sensor. Maybe it was a coincidence that it came on when it did.???

The cutomer service was very excellent! Im a single woman and i dont know anything about cars and the salesman Skyler explained step by step so that i could understand all of what i needed for repairs and save money at the same time with coupons and card!

Called to see how much a tune-up would cost, gave them the model of the car and all the information needed to give me an estimate. I told the lady who answered me what I was looking for (tune-up estimate) and she transferred me to the manager. The manager was very rude and then acted like he couldn’t hear me anymore. Mind you, I had excellent service on my phone so I know he could hear me because he paused after everything I said. He said “Hello, this is Steven. How may I help you?” He kept repeating it towards the end of the phone call. A manager must have walked in or something and he wanted to make it seem like he couldn’t hear me. I would not recommend Hibdon to anyone strictly from the horrible service I received over the phone.

Had my brakes replaced at another Hibdons, took it back two times for grinding they found nothing. Came here and Steve took care of me and replaced my brakes with no hassle. Now I can drive safely without that ugly noise! I will make sure I can continue to come back to this store for my future needs.

Went in needing a leaking tire patched. Waited for two hours instead of one. I left assuming it was patched. The next day, my tire was flat. I called to ask about it. Was told to bring it back in (couldn’t drive it on the flat) and that they recommend a new tire, which is wasn’t brought up to me until the phone call. Then, over the phone, they tried to sell me a $98 tire for $256.These people sent me out into the snow with a tire that was going bad, they thought I had run flats when I didn’t, and they tried to sell me cheap tires for over double the price. Discount tire patched it for free.

BEWARE!!!!! They dont deserve a star! Took my vehicle in to get my tire checked and oil change. They said my car would be ready by 5pm if I dropped it off at 11am okay. Showed up at 5pm and they were barely pulling it in the car garage to work on it. Never even got my tire checked. Hmmm I wonder what my car did there all day could have at least aired up my tire. 🤷‍♀️

Have been going here for years and service has consistently been going down hill. Dropped my truck off for an oil change at 10am and was told it would be ready by 5pm. 7hrs for an oil change! Called at 415pm still hadnt started. Terrible service, terrible communication, inefficient and low level customer relations. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Disappointed. Called and scheduled an appointment they said they would call when I was next in the que. They never called. I called back at 1pm the next day and she said to just come on in I am next. I asked how long and if it was longer than an hour I works have someone pick me up. No 1 hour. 2 hours later I get the car and the spare is WEDGED into a TOOL COMOARTMENT and the carpet and lid a mess!

Had a great experience at Hibdons, took my car originally to Merles for a alignment and after thos thieves tried to charge me $650 to do a alignment and replace my lower control arms. I took the car to get a second opinion and Hindons was able to align the car with no issues and my car had no lower control arm issues. Also cant beat a 6 month warranty with their basic alignment. The staff was super helpful and they kept me updated.

I went there for an alignment after modifying the front end. Guy puts it on the rack and right off lets me know my upper ball joints were bad and said that an alignment wouldnt work until I replaced them. So her saved me almost $80. Honest people are hard to find and I recommend these guys to everyone.

Went to get a flat fixed and they tried to tell me my car wouldnt start and needed a new battery. Never had a battery problem before but suddenly it wouldnt start to leave the garage. Until suddenly it did when I began to question why my hood was up for a flat fix.
