Lott is very honest and straight forward he has taken care of my family for over 30 years! He is the best hands down. He doesnt have the best shop but he knows his stuff. His pricing is very fair! I would hate the day he retires. :(

The store is gross as messy, nothing is organized, cars with broken windows and without tags all over the property . And they don’t tell you what they are going to do to your car until it’s already done, the main boss gave me a false diagnosis and wasted 100 dollars of mine just for my car to sit in their shop for a week with no progress . I had to go to different shop just for them to tell me it was a simple thermostat problem . Very ghetto and unprofessional.

He is a sincere and intelligent mechanic. Very rare to find car mechanics with this kind of combination. 😊😊

Lott is an honest, old-school mechanic that did a fantastic job getting my car going again...and the bill didnt leave me with that dirty and used feeling I have gotten from other garages. He explained exactly what the problem was - in fact, he showed me the problem components, which no other mechanic has done - and described to me why it was causing the symptoms in my vehicle. It only took a few hours to get everything finished, and he didnt hit me up for extras the dealerships always like to pressure folks into buying at twice what you would pay off-the-shelf (cabin filters, etc). I really appreciate this. He doesnt have a slick store front, and no free coffee or WiFi, but he does exactly what he says he is going to do. This, above all else, means I am going back to his garage when my car needs help. Thank you, Lott!
