I was greeted happily, after a few minutes the tech was very honest about the fact that I had only driven about 400 miles since my oil change in June and it would not be right to do another oil change at this time and just topped off what was needed and did not bill me. I am very appreciative of their service. Thank you so much.
These ladies that are working here are phenomenal! They were very professional and efficient, they were also very helpful in providing information for me to be able to help maintain my vehicle. The service time was very quick with in and out but not rushing, very efficient. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my car needs that they provide..
Had a wonderful experience with the Jiffy Lube on May. Needed back brakes and rotors replaced terribly, they were able to get me in the morning after I called, I was in at 9 and out by 11:30 with new brakes and a warranty for 12 months. Lacey helped me at the counter and she was awesome. I will be returning!
They forgot my sticker. When they checked my air filter they pulled everything out of the glove box and just left it on the floor. They didn’t vacume at all or air up my tires that were 5lbs under pressure. Luckily the employee at the front h we leed with the tires. She said “and these guys wonder why the don’t get raises!” She was great!

Not friendly rude l furnished my on oil Mobil 1 your filter charged $30.00 and didn’t check tires or anything else l have threecars and won’t be back to jiffy lube‼️‼️
The staff looked overworked and exhausted. (It was in the morning) Of course everything was overpriced, I went in for a oil change and they charged me for that and pressured me into them changing my engine oil filter too. The total was around $130. And $80 for an oil change? Come on. Just change your own oil from now on, pretty much all these places are crooks.
I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Sara met me at my car, gave me an idea of how long my wait might be, and then met me inside and provided the initial quote for service. You could hear the whole team communicating and working together to get people taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was very happy that my Google search led me to this business.
Do not go here. I had to go back because I had a oil leak. They said they fixed it. They didnt. I had to take it to a different shop. The mechanic told me they didnt tighten the oil filter. I would not go back here.

DO NOT use this place. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I went there on Saturday 9-12-2020 and I was not impressed with my service. The first thing that made me raise an eyebrow was when I pulled in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated (which I thought was simple) and the service tech looked at me and the FIRST thing he says is “dude are you really gonna do that to me?” ..... I took it as a joke at first but I wasn’t cool with the lack of enthusiasm.After they got my truck in there they started calling me outside to tell me other things that needed to be fixed on my truck. Crazy enough, many other people in the reviews had the same exact thing happen to them. They were trying to sell me other services and parts for absolutely ridiculous prices. One example of this is the $175 AIR FILTER they tried to sell me on top of my $119 oil change. I drive a 2019 6.7 f250 so the higher price on the oil change was expected, but the air filter blew my mind. I declined the air filter, which mine wasn’t even terribly dirty but they tried to tell me it was.After I turned down everything they were trying to sell me they finished up with my truck shortly after. I got in my truck and left Jiffy Lube to go to Home Depot and I noticed something did not feel right at all with my truck. It was running terrible, and it had a complete lack of power. I ignored it at first, thinking that I was over thinking it. I ran the rest of my errands and then drove home and REALLY started to notice a power loss in the truck and it was running TERRIBLE. I got home and instantly started reading reviews because my truck was running perfectly fine before I got my oil changed so I was mind blown at what could have happened. After reading the reviews and seeing other people had all kinds of problems I quickly went outside and popped the hood on my truck and started inspecting things. After they took my air filter out to show me it was “dirty” they put it in UPSIDE DOWN. The air filter is OPEN on the top of it so that air can flow through your engine. Well they had it upside down where it’s NOT OPEN so the air flow was extremely restricted. This was causing my truck to not get enough air flow which was causing me to lose ALOT of power. I could barely get up to speed on the highway on the way home. I put a diagnostic tool on the truck and it was throwing codes for the airflow sensor in there, which was how I found out it was for sure the air filter that was the issue. I basically had to flip the air filter over to the correct position and drive around in my truck for awhile so that my trucks computer could basically RE learn the air flow and power. The computer basically learns the air flow and adjusts your power accordingly. Well I had no air flow so that means no power.I had to spend several hours on that Saturday evening figuring out why my truck was running terrible so I wouldn’t have to take it into the shop that following Monday and miss an important day of work.Oh and just to put a cherry on top, They didn’t wipe down or clean anything well, they just left oil splattered on the filter and underneath the truck. ALSO after I fixed my truck, I went inside and ordered the SAME EXACT ford motor craft air filter for my truck for $52 on amazon. THEY tried to sell me one for $175. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was in Oklahoma on vacation and needed a oil change before I hit the road. I was referred to this Jiffy Lube and I’m very pleased! Thank u for the great service!!!!
I specifically asked them to add windshield fluid. I am totally out. Was told it had been done. Got home and discovered it was not done. Very disappointed in this location and level of work. Located on N. May in Oklahoma City at Hefner and May.
Not worth the worry - do not come here. I came for an oil change & tire rotation last minute before a trip & my normal place was booked. Let them know I was leaving for a 8 hour drive the next day. They were nice & fast with their service (even though they kept coming back inside to tell me of the multiple different upsells I needed to be buying *eye roll*). IMPORTANT: My issue however is that after getting home I decided to check out the reviews for their location as it was my first time visiting them. Many people mentioned things missing or being placed back in the wrong spot after getting home. That made me nervous so I popped my hood to double check. My engine coolant cap was missing. You absolutely should not drive with that missing let alone drive for 8 hours straight. It will ruin your engine. I called to ask if they had accidentally misplaced my cap (since they kept trying to upsell me on everything else, I figured maybe they touched this too). A guy came on the phone and said “oh yeah I was working next to the guy at the time he was doing your car and he mentioned it was already missing when you got here, sorry but we don’t have it. We can order you one though.” Why would a trustworthy company not have told me it “was missing” if it truly had been? And if they sell the cap, why wouldn’t they have tried to upsell me on that while I was there, like they did with everything else? I’m so grateful I checked before heading out of town the next day or my engine would have been ruined. I absolutely will not be back.

I had my oil changed. Then about a day later, my check engine light came on. Was in a rush. Forgot about it.Then noticed a oil spot in my parking spot. Growing bigger everyday. So on the third day I opened my hood and guess what?Jiffy lube never put my oil cap back on!I had just spend big money to get new tires, get the car detailed and engine bay cleans sparkling clean! And the oil change was the last bit.The whole right side of my engine bay was covered in more oil than I’ve ever seen. I found the gas cap wedged intween a pipe and my frame. Put the oil cap back on and the check engine light went away.All this to tell you an oil change change forgot to place my oil oil cap back on.I ended up going to Walmart to refill my oil since all of it shot back out into my engine bay and my oil level was nonexistent.
Asked me to exit vehicle and go wait in small waiting room with other customers. Normally no big deal. During COVID times, they should have offered the choice to stay in vehicle.I had the cabin filter changed and they left the entire contents of my glove box on the passenger seat.Drain plug was not fully tightened and it leaked leaving an oil spot on my drivewayOverall not a great experienceI will not be returning
They always try to make you get unnecessary things on your vehicle. I heard 1 employee tell 3 people the same thing they needed on their vehicle. Then he TRIED to tell me. No Thank you!!

If you are FEMALE and over the age of 50, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go here!!! My mom took my car in and they tried to tell her my oil change was 10,000 miles overdue. I got my oil changed with them at 139,000 and THEY put the sticker on my car that said the next change was 142,000. She brought my car in at 142,000 which they could clearly see, yet told me I was at 149,000. She argued this by asking them to PLEASE go look and they would see. They refused, offered me a $10 “discount” making my total $55! Last time I was there, they charged $31. When she got outside, she turned on my vehicle and the odometer said 142,000. She asked the manager to come and see for himself and STILL he would not come look. They were complete bullies with ZERO regard for customer satisfaction. The manager is BEYOND rude. I will NOT be returning to ANY Jiffy Lube’s; especially the one on May. Hibdon Tire, here I come!
They really take care of you here and if there are coupons they tell you about them or the discounts and they do courtesy services that are wonderful! And the young lady who helped me there was courteous friendly and super helpful..she is priceless, will go there again everyone was nice!

Every staff member was extremely rude. The woman working at the counter made snide remarks to both my husband and I. The man pulling cars in pulled mine in way too fast and it made a horrible noise. The same did not happen with other cars. When my husband asked to come pick his up later the man pulling cars in rolled his eyes. If you don’t want to go to work quit your job, don’t make customers uncomfortable because you don’t want to work! I will never come back here.
Went for oil change took over an hour . Than my truck started leaking oil went back and they said it was leftover oil on skid plate so I thought it was fixed left jiffy lube and half way home my hood started to open up they never latched it correctly. Plus my oil is still leaking, now I have to go to another place to get this fixed . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE - This place talked my mom in to a brake job. Brakes are making terrible noise after they fixed them. I returned the car to them to inspect and get a refund. I did not want them working on her car again and risking them messing up again and possibly causing my mother to have a wreck due to a bad brake job. I let them know of my intention to take it to the Ford dealership. They refuse to give a refund, and said that if i let the FORD dealership touch it, then it will void the warranty. They actually said that a ford technician fixing their screw up would VOID their Jiffy Lube warranty. They tried to send me to a different jiffy lube with “better mechanics” and even offered to send it to an outsourced shop they “frequently use” to take a look. (for clarity, they will not let ford look at it but they WILL take it to some one man show mechanic, but not to worry hes great & very honest) They have an almost ZERO refund policy as stated by the manager Lucas. I’ll cut my losses and take it to the ford dealership. Avoid this place, they are using the term mechanic very loosely. These guys obviously aren’t qualified.

They were quick but they put greasy handprints all over my previously clean chrome. My son had to clean it off for me. If I drive it in clean, I want to drive it out clean, not dirty and greasy.
While in OKC yesterday afternoon for a dental appointment my check engine light came on. I knew I was due for an oil change so I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed and see why the check engine light was on. The staff member assisting me said that he would have them check that for me as well as the oil change. After waiting awhile he asked to speak with me in the garage area and showed me dirty air filters as well as other items he said should be serviced. He also told me my wiper blades need to be replaced and showed me mine was torn. Well I just replaced them a few months ago and bought rainX impregnated ones at $18 each and they worked perfect that morning when I wiped the dew off my windows. NOT TORN!!! He tried to sell me a new one and I refused it. I agreed to get new air filters which I now regret as the cost on the in cabin one should be about $20 not the $60 shown on my invoice. He later called me outside again and said that they would replace the wiper blade at no cost and explained how they PULL on them and it tore. I tried this myself today and the rubber part pulled out of the casing. They had to try awfully hard to get that blade to tear Im sure!!! I also noticed I was the only one being called outside to discuss my cars issues. Why couldnt he speak to me in front of the other clients in the shop? Was this because Im a female and he thinks Im stupid and dont know Im being scammed and the other fellas inside dont get the same treatment cause they probably wont fall for all these high dollar up sells? Then as Im finally leaving I notice my sticker in the window for the next oil change is still the old one. I had to go back in to ask for the new sticker! Then after I had pulled out of the lot I notice the check engine light is still on! The reason I came in to begin with!!! I had to pull back in and have them check it!!! And the thing they said it was on for according to the machine was something to do with the brakes and they hadnt seen that one before! I still dont really know why the light was on and they didnt really seem to either! The guy turned it off and said to come back if it comes back on. It came back on this morning!!! After that experience I have no desire to go back I can tell you for sure!!! I doubt they could fix it!!! And this morning as Im driving to work I notice a wiper blade tucked under my passenger side blade and when I stop to look it’s the new blade that they didnt even bother to install after they tore mine!!! Just tucked it under the other one!!! And the invoice says $36 for a nothing special wiper blade!!! Really!!! They didnt charge me for it but that is way overpriced for a single wiper blade. And Im sure the quality is not near as good as my original!!! Sure they seem nice but are only out to increase the sell!!! Think I better have a real mechanic check to see if they actually replaced my air filters and that the put the oil plug back in right!!!
The GM Lucas Tribble was incredibly professional and made my oil change experience SO great.They let my golden retriever come in while they serviced my vehicle.He didnt try to make me buy ridiculous things he did what I asked and even kept me highly entertained during this experience.Come to this Jiffy Lube and see Lucas and his amazing team! Oil change was performed but not happy attendant went into my glove compartment with out permission to take out the cabin filter to put on backwards, move every mirror, change light settings, te adjust my air pressures ( I have nitrogen in the tires). Then tell me that every fluid was roped of.!! It’s been 4 days later and NO THE FLUIDS NOT ONLY WERE THEY NOT TOPED OF, but washer fluid took in 1 full gallon of rain x washer fluid the, the coolant was below the line, and the brake fluid low.SHOULD I BE UPSET? Yes!! This time at my self for paying over 70 dollars for synthetic oil which actually may not be synthetic. And me for not checking. And for some reason after several services at this location my name still wrong, will I be back at this location the answer is NO or at any other location I do not think so!!
Horrible experience.Went in over a year ago to gave my oil changed. They broke the arm off of my back windshield wiper. After a year of ZERO communication, I had to call them almost weekly, I finally get the arm replaced. And its the wrong part. Again. 3rd time. The incompetence is astounding.I dont need this after going through a year of cancer treatments. What happened to customer service?DO NOT GO HERE.Now they refuse to do anything about, theyll have someone call me.

Overall everything was great. The got me in and out super quick. The tech went over everything and made some useful recommendations. My only issue is that I feel like I slightly overpaid for some air filters, but having the convenience of them do it beat getting my hands dirty. They had a great Groupon for full synthetic.

I am a frequent customer. I get good service but this time the guy at the counter was very unclear on the pricing and changed from 60 something to much more. Just wound appreciate someone to give me the pricing tax included and fees the first time and not be surprised after the work is done.

While the GM and staff seemed nice enough, the incompetence was clear. I dropped my car off on a Saturday to get an oil change, tire rotation, air filter change and a new serpentine belt put on. It was supposed to be same day, but they kept it over Labor Day weekend. Upon picking my car up, I found they couldn’t change the belt, so the whole reason they had kept the car long hadn’t been fulfilled. Additionally, my tires all had low pressure, the oil change sticker hadn’t been replaced, and when I went under the hood to check, there were dirty paper towels in there. Very unimpressed, and I would recommend to you what they recommended to me - just go to your dealership.
Lazy and unknowledgable. They didnt even try to diagnose the issue. They told me to take my car to a transmission shop because it sounds like thats the problem. I took my car to another shop and they said its the cv axle. These people are truly ridiculous. If you dont want to help customers just say that instead. Dont waste your time or money here.

I am completely blown away by the shenanigans of this establishment. My nephew was robbed by one of your 4 employees this morning. He is young and trusting and left his wallet under the seat. After confronting the manager about the issue, they were very unprofessional and rude. The attitude and insensitive tone was mind blowing. They had the nerve to call the police and lie on him. They flipped the script after victimizing him. I am not sure how this location is still thriving per all of the bad customer service reviews and incompetent work being done on various vehicles. This is not ok and the charges need to be dropped. ASAP! We will forward these complaints to the BBB if his money is not replaced and a civil law suit will follow!!!!
Cost too much. After I had my oil changed I saw one of your competitors have a sign saying theyd change your oil for $20. They told me fixing my brakes would cost over $300. And of all the things wrong, the brakes were critical to get fixed. The dealership advised me the brakes were only moderately worn. That the pads were still good. I wont be using your service any longer.
I got an oil change and wanted my tires rotated, the guy tells me I didn’t need to rotate them. Very lazy attitude. Poor service l. I will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere.
My initial thought was how wonderful they were that they are willing to use the brake pads I bought and charge me for JUST the labor. The workers there are kind and welcoming! The service time was reasonable, which took only took about 40 minutes. Im happy they did the service well, but $110 for the labor to complete only the rear brakes cost higher than I expected. Also, not replacing the clips that was part of the installation kit kind of bothered me. Almost 5 stars

I’ve been coming to this location for general car maintenance (oil changes, brakes, etc) and I’ve been pleased with my experience overall. They work quickly and the manager, Lucas, is very attentive to customers and the service they receive.
Lucas was a great help. Got us in and out, looked at the check engine light and offered great recommendations to resolve the issue and was out in a timely manner.

Had all around $900 in break system repair. Was only charged $680 and given a free oil change. I give all the business I can to JL. Amazing customer service.
Usually great service, but really depends on which manager is working, one guy is slightly sleazy and will try to talk you up on stuff that doesnt even apply to your vehicle. But once he realizes you know your vehicle he backs off. Beware, if you do not know your vehicle, he will try to sell you services you cannot even use. The other manager is a great guy that just sells you what you need without sounding like a used car dealer
The jiffy lube on n. May and Hefner is so not good. They are rude, especially when you have a groupon, which I did. They tried to upsell an air filter and I agreed to buy a new one but then was told they didnt have the one for my car. Since I had paid for the oil change with my groupon at the beginning and there wasnt any additional work done, I assumed I was finished when they drove my car around to the front door. I started walking toward my cars drivers side and guy I had not seen or spoken with ever comes running out of the garage screaming at me frantically to stop I cant leave without paying! I obviously stopped. I was so embarrassed. I apologized and went back inside with the guy who was being completely condescending explaining to me that groupon is a different company than jiffy lube and just because I had paid groupon didnt mean I had paid jiffylube. Turns out I was chased and yelled at over $2.07 sales tax that I was unaware was not included in the groupon. As we were driving away I looked over the receipt and noticed that several of the items on their checklist were marked incorrectly. They absolutely did not vaccum anything nor were any windows exteriors cleaned. They did not top off any fluids, windshield or otherwise. Either someone doesnt know how to manage their system or they flat out lied. I do not trust that they really did anything at all. I would not recommend using this location, perhaps not this company at all.
I like the fact that they are opened@7:00 am, I was able to get my oil changed and get to work on time. I was impressed with the customer service level. They helped me find a coupon so I could save $. Thank you Jiffy Lube. What started out to be frustrating ended on a good note. I would recommend this shop!

I walked in with nothing wrong with my car and left with it making a noise. But it did stop so I was thinking ok. Well after day I have not drove my car so the next day I turned my car on and its making that noise again but it stop I get on high and my car starts letting me know that its running the temperature gauge comes on . I feel like they take advantage of women that come and dont have no one to be there with them this is crazy. Once before they was supposed to change my filters ik I spent more than 200 and they did not put my filters in and forgot to put back on so oil was coming out .
Double transactions on my card, told me they were sending a check in the mail for the inconvenience. Totally not acceptable. Patiently waiting on the check.
