Have been serviced for Auto A/C once for 2 separate vehicles and still running 🧊 cold!! Walked in for excellent service in 15 min wait for both visits, even while pretty busy. Never had to step out of my cars either.

I got an oil change here today. This is a privately owned business. The mechanic was very eager to please, extremely friendly and fast. He even showed me how to change the headlights out by myself with no charge! Definitely coming back with the rest of my cars.

Went yesterday to get my brakes replaced and 1 after leaving my brake light and traction light turned on. Called to see about getting it looked at and he refused told me to take it somewhere else.

He is reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Whether it is a big task of small one he will not steer you wrong. He seems to be honest and does tasks as quick as possible and efficiently.

I came here to get my oil changed. 2 weeks later my 2015 Chevy Silverado notifies me that my oil level is low while also smelling a burning smell coming from my truck. I called this place, and immediately asked kindly to speak to a manager. I get hung up on .Thinking I lost connection or he couldnt hear me, I call back and tell him I believe we got disconnected I was trying to speak to a manager. His exact words were, What do you want? Clearly he hung up on me. I apologized and said I guess I didnt mean to be a bother. I began explaining my situation and he cuts me off, You have to bring it in., and wouldnt let me talk anymore. He just kept repeating himself. I called both times at 3:35 pm on December 26th, 2018. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to an establishment that can handle a simple oil change and perhaps handle even the most basic of conflict resolution. I can sure promise that I WILL be bringing it in. Perhaps in person, this angry individual will change his tune.

The belt on my car fell off so I took it to P&Q and he looked at it and found the tensioner pulley broke he replaced it for me and the price was very reasonable and he was very friendly and professional I will be a return customer I highly recommend coming to P&Q

This is a recent situation with this place I bought my brakes to my 2001 impala 03/31/2017 I put em in at this bs ass place a few seconds after that the same day because I need em in this African guy that works there so call manager there told me if I go up there to get the brakes for you it will cost more if I get it myself it will be 50 dollars rite so I bought the brakes from o really with warranty and came straight back to the place this African guy put my brakes on and gave me my car back unless then 20- 30 mins tops and gave me my car without bleeding my brakes everybody know when you get your brakes change u always apose to bleed the brakes this African guy told me he dont have to bleed em but I pay him anyway and left idk what he did now to my brakes but my brakes is hitting the floor with no air pressure to be able to stop for two months my girlfriend and my daughter almost died so I came up there and confirm him twice about it even I brung the best of the best mechanic with me to proof to him that I not lying and saying the same thing that he didnt have to bleed em including my mechanic that works at the car lot saying that you do have to bleed em the car lot that I got it from they have to keep my car for two almost three days as we speak dont not go here I almost lost my family not knowing that my girl is Dialysis and have a 4 year old baby girl I almost beat his ass but Im taking him to court
