I have had the best experience with Moliere Bridal!When I first went wedding dress shopping almost 2 years ago, Moliere was the first place I went. Everyone there was so nice and friendly and made me feel SO comfortable the entire time. They told me their goal was to get me the perfect dress, even if it wasnt from their shop, which took all the pressure off.My wedding had to be postponed a year due to the pandemic and Ally and her team stored my dress for me for the entire year and have been so kind through the entire process and very accommodating! I recommend them to every friend I have that is getting married!

Not accommodating. My best friend and I are both getting married and they wouldn’t allow us to try on dresses at the same time. They told us to get different appointments and we wouldn’t even be allowed to talk/see each other’s dresses. We would be commuting an hour and a half away. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

I cannot recommend Moliere enough. They are AMAZING. They made me feel like their #1 priority as a bride and treated me with so much kindness. I had a dress emergency, where it didnt fit a few weeks before the wedding— Ally and her team at Moliere went out of their way to fix my dress and made me feel so special in the process. Despite the semi-crisis, it was honestly one of my favorite moments as a bride because of how special they made me feel in the process. Thank you Moliere!! :)

Toni was absolutely fantastic at helping me feel comfortable while trying on dresses I like. She had no issues if I voiced my opinion and is just amazing at her job. I would 100% recommend this boutique to EVERYONE. They also have a wide selection of plus size bridal as well so I had plenty of dresses to pick from.

So this place is supposed to make custom dresses and tuxes... They took our measurements and everything! I told them the size they wrote down for me was going to be way to big, but they assured me otherwise.. We get our dresses and they are way to big!! Why make a custom dress and take our measurements for the dresses not to fit, then they tell us just take it to get it altered its not custom if I have to take it elsewhere to get it to fit the way its supposed to... Also the men tuxes didnt fit either. Whats the point in taking measurements if they arent right? When asked for a refund (had the dresses one day to try them on) they wont do that because they are custom made dresses.. HOW IS IT MADE CUSTOM IF IT DOESNT FIT!!!I dont recommend this place..Bought a different beautiful dress to cover the one that doesnt fit, on Amazon for $40. And it fits! Wasnt even custom made to fit me!

I loved my experience at this bridal shop! I had been to Davids Bridal and Bella Rose Bridal and had no so great experiences so I was for sure this was going to be my last time at a bridal shop because I was so discouraged. A friend of mine came with me from out of town to watch me try on dresses. My consultant (I want to say her name was Rachael, she is pregnant is all I remember) was super sweet and had pulled a great selection of dresses! She made me feel confident and beautiful in all of them. Unfortunately I ended up getting a dress online because were paying for the wedding ourselves and I refused to ask my mom for more money, but otherwise I would definitely recommend this place!

Moliere Bridal worked with us as if we were part of the family. I was even introduced to the owners mother, and she even returned when I brought back my mother to show her the dress of my dreams. Out of all the dress shops in the city, Moliere had the best price! They have a alterations in-house as well, which was extraordinary. They also set up our groomsmen with some good-looking suits. I would highly recommend them for all your wedding needs!

All I can say is WOW!!! The staff at Moliere blew it away! They made me feel and look absolutely amazing! Wedding planning is so stressful and they made this the best part of planning my wedding. I could not recommend them enough! 10/10!

Smelled like an old filthy bar upon walking in. Champagne all over the floors and furniture. Was in no way interested in buying a dress from there after that. Just gross. Glad I found my perfect dress somewhere else.

SIX!)Having gone to MULTIPLE bridal stores/boutiques to find the perfect dress (no joke, tried on 40+ dresses) I REALLY mean it when I say that Moliere is amazing. The staff is incredible (love love love LOVE Allison). The way they go out of their way to make sure you are happy, instead of pressuring you to buy the first dress you try on... very refreshing.Moliere was my favorite bridal experience, hands down. I brought people with me every time, and every single person was impressed at their customer service. Their passion is evident in everything they do. Wei, the seamstress is also incredible, and so so sweet, always making sure that the adjustments were to my liking and getting to know my family (very much like the rest of the Moliere team)! Love her.10/10 recommend making this your FIRST stop, instead of going to 6 stores first (like me). You will not regret it.

Ally and her team are truly the best!!!! They have gone above and beyond for me during this whole process! They have everything that you need as well! I got my wedding dress there, getting it altered now through them, ordered all of the guys tuxes, and just bought my wedding day earrings there as well!!! We had the BEST experience at Moliere bridal. I was feeling a bit discouraged after trying on a good number of dresses and not feeling amazing in anything. Toni was SO helpful and she pulled my absolute dream dress. I had no doubts about it! All the staff was so wonderful and encouraging and I’m so happy I found my dress here! Shopping here was easy and enjoyable. Nothing but good things to say about Moliere.

I personally had the BEST experience with Cristina! After having a horrible morning trying on dresses elsewhere and coming in late to my appointment 🤦🏻‍♀️ these woman were incredible! They listened to what I liked/disliked about each dress and gave options and would point out the good in each dress which is really hard to see after trying on so many!I was worried about feeling pressured into say yes the first time I tried on dresses, but the staff made me feel comfortable walking away and sleeping on it!I highly recommend, I can’t wait to go back and say “yes!”

The women in here where amazing. I got mis-measured for a best man tux at another store and they not only found out what I actually was but went out of there way to help me make sure it was correct. Even offered to help me again if my replacement was incorrect. I will be back when I get wed.

I came into Moliere bridal on July 8th for my wedding that was August 17th. I had previously gotten a dress in Dallas and it came a little over a month before my wedding and was cut too short. It was not fixable. I walked into Moliere and was able to find the most gorgeous dress off the rack. They were able to cut it down to fit my body perfectly. They were absolutely amazing. I was happier with their dress than the other one. I cannot thank them enough. They have amazing staff and altered the dress in house in such a short amount of time. The alterations were beautiful and they did a fabulous job. Go to Moliere. I wish I had walked in there first but everything happens for a reason. Thank you!!!

This place is amazing.I called earlier in the day but they were busy with costumers; however, Allison called me back. Theyre out of the price range of the wedding but she gave me the list of some other stores that are within the budget. I am so grateful to her! Even though it looks like well be going to another shop for the dress, the experience I had over the phone was amazing. Allison is kind and wants to make sure you get your dress without the stress.

I can’t say enough how thankful I am for Moliere Bridal! I manage a bridal store in a different state but had a bride getting married in their town. My bride had a last minute alteration need and was turned away by a seamstress in town and told her alteration was not possible. I frantically called bridal stores in their town hoping to find someone who would be willing to help. Moliere called me back immediately and was happy to help my bride. They reached out to her, picked her dress up from the other seamstress for her and delivered it back to their store, and then met with the bride and successfully completed the alteration in an extremely tight timeframe. In a time when people are not usually willing to do something if they do not get something out of it for themselves, Moliere was kind and more than willing to help a bride in need. I wish I wasn’t so shocked by their generosity and kindness, but it is not something you see every day and I was truly blown away by their customer service. Thank you again Moliere team! You guys are amazing!

Cristina is awesome!! The ambience is so great and the selection and quality of their dress selection is phenomenal! The dresses are all designer but at affordable prices. They also offer an installment payment plan.

Moliere gave me the best bridal experience! Their dress selection is wonderful; I was able to find the dreamiest dress on my first visit. When my wedding date got moved up while we were waiting for the dress to arrive, they were able to refer me to an awesome tailor who got my alterations done in no time. Moliere solved any and all of my dress anxieties with ease!

They have such a great selection of dresses with reasonable prices and friendly service! They sure make you feel at home when you come to try on the dress for your big day! Moliere was the perfect wedding dress shopping experience. They were very helpful and found the perfect dress for me. I walked in with about 5-6 dress ideas that I liked, and they found the dress that encompassed all features within minutes. It was the first dress I tried on, and after a dozen more dresses and multiple stores, I went back for the first. It couldnt be topped. The staff was very friendly and polite, even after I purchased the gown and went back for alterations. I had a short engagement, and they accommodated me beautifully. Thank you Moliere for making this wedding memory beautiful.

Alison at Moliere is a dream to work with! She is always super helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of completely! I would recommend Moliere to any bride to be! I have seen a couple of bad reviews but I just dont think they understood how bridal salons work, and the nature of the business and why they cannot offer refunds. I think its a great salon and hope that many brides will try Moliere and hopefully find their dress of a lifetime!

Our party came to Moleire after a terrible experience with another store. They were attentive, kind, funny, patient, and so so encouraging with my best friend as she tried on wedding dresses and found the perfect one. I would recommend this shop to any bride-to-be!They helped my best friend find a dress that worked with her budget, her figure, and timeline all while making us laugh and feel super comfortable.

This was my first time trying on dresses so I was extremely nervous and didnt know what to expect. Megan D was really helpful and made me feel comfortable! I had examples of dresses I liked on my phone, but the one I ended up getting was one she picked out! I love this place and Megan. I was given the opportunity to try on every dress I wished and was given great bride treatment! My bridal party was able to sit on a comfy couch while I dressed in a spacious room. My consultant seemed a little preoccupied but did her best to get me into my dream dress!

I would never recommend this shop to any bride to be! Thankfully, my best friend is canceling her appointment due to my terrible experience as this bridal boutique is not trustworthy in the least and do take ownership for their errors. They also make open ended promises to brides to ensure that money is out down and to get contracts signed. I ordered my dress from JJ Kelly in February and wanted a cover up that Moliere carried. I had to bring in my dress as they dont sell Hayley Paige in their shop. Tony, the lady that assisted me, continuously stepped on my dress throughout the appointment. When I ordered the cover up, I put half down and signed the contract only to be contacted 3 days later that there was only one left in my size and that it had been sold due to conflicting hours with the designer. During the time of ordering I was never informed that there was only one left in my size. When discussing other sizes, Tony also made it clear that altering would be difficult and that a smaller size would not work. I had also ordered a belt that I only purchased because it went with the cover up. Now, over a week later they did refund the cover up, but will it refund the belt due to, having no use for it. Though I understand where they are coming from contractually, they didnt once take into consideration my vision as a bride and the money that I spent to make it happen. I would possibly think higher if the owner Allison had she handled the situation better, but not once did she take ownership of her or her employees errors and I do not respect business owners who do not respect their customers.

I was very pleased with the service and attention I received at the Moliere BridalSalon. The dresses were outstanding and there were many to pick from. We ordered for 8 bride maids and the bridal gown. The alterations were done to perfection and in a timely fashion. We could not have hoped for a better experience !

After a day of trying on dresses we ended up here. They were a lot more strict with who can walk with you to look at dresses which is understandable to a point but we felt like we were being punished. We will most likely buy our gown from a different place because the whole memory from there was much better than ours from here.

Good until they got my deposit and the dress came in. VERY rude and snotty and unwilling to help with veil etc. after the dress was picked up. If I had it to do over again,I would have bought the same dress from a shop with a friendlier staff. Plenty of better shops out there.

There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am to have had Megan help me with picking out my dress. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked in the door. I was not an easy bride to work with either. I had no idea what I wanted. I mean everything looks good on models and I am not the skinniest girl on Earth. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. She picked a dress I would have never in a million years picked for myself. But after she listened to me and observed my likes and dislikes she found the most amazing dress for me. It was also under budget!!! She kept me informed as things came in like the belt, veil, extra lace, and dress. She really was awesome!! I shopped at JJ Kelly and Meg Guess Couture and my experience there was not fun. JJ Kelly is outdated my family and I did not like our bridal consultant. She was pushy and did not like it when we didnt like something. Meg Guess kept trying to push these designer dresses on me even though they didnt look good on me. Go to Moliere and ask for Megan you will not be disappointed!

Despite the warnings I read in online reviews so far I decided to make an appointment with Moliere to try some dresses on (still figuring out which ones I like). I figured if I ended up having a disappointing experience I could at least try to see how well the dresses are made. I actually had a wonderful time working with and talking with Jessica - she was helpful and informative (I got help getting into the dresses and I know the exact designer and style of the one I like best) and even took a few pictures with my cell phone so I could send to my sisters abroad and get their input. She did inform me that Moliere is making changes to slough off the reputation gained and based on my experience vs. what I see here I think theyre taking it in the right direction.If you are considering making an appointment, I would highly recommend going ahead and doing so. Even if you want to request one with Jessica to make sure you get the help you want.Good luck on your dress search!
