Always a pleasure doing business with them. From entry till exit, nothing but friendly and helpful people. Quick and Courteous service. Great parts people!
Robert has been awesome to work with. Providing updates on service so we know whats being worked on and when it will be done. Very happy with everything to date.
We bought our 5th wheel a year ago. Had a great experience with the sales staff and financing. No pressure ....helpful etc etc... the bad part... they had said they needed to fix something on one of the slides... never said what and I guess I was dumb enough to trust theyd do it right and didnt think anything of it. UNTIL I find their handywork seems like they had taken the slide apart then didnt seal the area back up and now we have water damage. I found this because a mushroom had started growing from the cracks. Youd think that when working on a $100,000 piece of equipment theyd do better work. Its pathetic. The only reason they dont get 1 star is because the sales staff was great but if this is their idea of quality work dont let them work on your trailer. They didnt even bother putting the bolts back in in places.
The staff is wonderful. Ruby was an absolute delight to get to know as our salesperson. She took into account all of our needs, wants, and budget to help us find exactly what works for us. Ryan does an excellent job as sales manager to help stay in our budget and explain all of the details. Jason in finance will work his tail off for you no matter what you need. Overall the team will take great care of you, I highly recommend! Thank you Lewis RV
Everything about my experience with Lewis RV is over the top good. The Sales staff, Ruby and Rick, that helped me both did an excellent job in helping me with my trailer purchase.Ryan the Sales Manager made sure all my Sales questions were answered and gave me a great deal on my trailer. Jason the Finance Manager did everything in his power to get me the best financing and made closing quick and easy and pleasant. Service made sure everything was in top notch shape before I left and took their time to explain every little detail and answer every question I had. I will send all my friends and family to Lewis RV and I will definitely go back for my next RV purchase. They make you feel more like a friend than a customer! Thank you everyone! I love my camper!
Mostly great, but fell off a little at the end. Salesman was friendly and not pushy, and was interested in my issues. He was knowledgeable about the travel trailer I eventually bought. Process of picking up the trailer was straightforward. I wanted several things done to the trailer, and it was easy to arrange that. Only glitch was that a coating for the outside was not in stock, and was supposed to be delivered that day but wasn’t, like so many items these days. No biggie. This was a Tuesday, and they would call me when it was ready. Had not heard an update by Thursday, so called on Friday morning. Waited on phone for a while to talk to service department. Receptionist came back to phone and said service had only one person right then, and she would give a message to call me. Call never came. Decided to visit in person. Lo and behold, trailer was ready. Had been finished Thursday evening and someone was supposed to call. They started getting the trailer ready. Discovered that battery was dead because someone had left lights on. Started charging it. I had cameras installed, and the tech got them synced to my viewer. Trailer hitch got adjusted. Away we went to trailer storage site in Newcastle, about 20 miles away. Battery seemed to work. Could not get all cameras to work. Should have tested them with the receiver/viewer in the cab of my truck rather than right beside the trailer. Had not taken keys to trailer because I didn’t know it was ready; thus, couldn’t get inside trailer or storage area to retrieve power cord. Disconnected battery and returned home. Sunday went to trailer to move in all the trailer accoutrements. Battery was dead. Plugged in power cord to make everything work. Two lights were on inside: hadn’t been turned off at RV store. They did not cause battery to discharge this time because I had disconnected the battery. But was told that the propane detector remains activated even when battery is disconnected. Now we will see if the battery can maintain a charge after being charged for several days before our initial trip. And will try to determine why the receiver can’t get a signal from at least one camera. Should emphasize that all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even with a few glitches. This is the third travel trailer I’ve purchased from them, and that speaks very well.
They took into consideration what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us other coaches. After showing, no high pressure to buy. We did buy a slightly used unit that was very nice. Only complaint is that they did not service the bearings. It was 3 years old and who knows how far it had been pulled or if the bearings were ever repacked. Good thing we didn’t plan a trip since first thing I have to do is get it serviced! Other than that I would recommend.
Started to go to McLains I m so glad they were closed sales team had everything I needed excellent service
Great rv dealer. Super easy to deal with. Our salesman Cody B was very polite, knownagable, professional and never pushy. Dealt with finance dept and parts who were all very friendly and helpful. Had an issue at PDI but they were great in getting it taken care of. One of the owners even took us to our car (miles away) when we couldnt pick it up that day as planned. Cant say enough positive about this great family owned Christian company. Thank You Lewis RV!
Ruby was very friendly and did an outstanding job making sure we got the camper we’ve always wanted. She was always available and answered any and all questions we had. She made it a memorable experience and I would refer her to anyone looking to get into a new or used camper.
Staff was pleasant and service was impeccable . Overall just one word. AWESOME job ! The paint job and fiberglass work was excellent. They helped me on some warranty work as well. I couldnt of asked for anything better. Id highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again for taking care of us.
This was my second time there looking to upgrade our 5th wheel trailer - once four years ago, we werent ready to up grade at the time and a few weeks ago. Ruby was my sales person this time and was great. She was not pushy at all - showed me the units that fit the criteria I was looking for. Over the next week she and the rest of Lewis answered many questions over numerous phone calls. I love the fact that this is a local family owned and run dealership. I would definitely recommend Ruby and Lewis to friends in the future. Love our new Hideout and cant wait to make more family camping memories.
Ruby was amazing! I explained to her what I was wanting out of a trailer, how I would be doing trips alone on occasion, and my lack of experience. She didn’t try to push a bigger/more expensive trailer on me or something that would have been clearly out of my comfort range just for the sake of a bigger sale. Instead, she listened and helped me pick out a setup that would do what I wanted and I could still confidently handle on those solo trips. She obviously likes RV-ing herself and it shows in her enthusiasm and knowledge. Ruby was able to answer almost all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she found someone who did, instead of just guessing.
We absolutely love Lewis RV. They are so kind and professional. Ruby was our sales person and she is very knowledgeable and really helped us and even follow upped with us.The service department is awesome too. Always so helpful. We will definitely return for any RV needs
Highly recommend Lewis! No pressure sales, great financing, and thorough show out!
This was the first RV center my husband and I have ever been too. We got a salesman who was helpful and informative but, the issue was they really didnt have a selection that was for us. We were only able to look at 2 RVs. If they had a bigger selection for families who RV, that would be ideal.
Great experience. Spotted the RV I wamted on the internet, called up and spoke with Artie. Artie gave me a very competitive price I couldnt turn down. Made an appointment for pickup, drove 200 miles to complete the deal. RV was ready as promised, nice demo of everything, paperwork quick and easy. Thanks Lewis RV and thanks Artie!
Great staff at Lewis RV. They made the buying experience easy. We were able to make our decision with no pressure. Our sale person Wesley Powell was awesome through the whole process. Thanks !!
We had a great experience with Lewis RV. Derrick the salesman was so nice and honest about everything. I love how the service department walked us through the do’s and don’t s on operating our new camper. Overall the best service we have ever had!
Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.Rental of Class C RV.
Great experience from the beginning to the end. They were all awesome.
Very good prices, the team treated us right. The salesman was kind and helpful without pushing us one way or another to the ones he wanted to sale. In the end we got the right camper and for a good price.
Called Dometic about a leaking Dometic 300 toilet. They told me it was a common problem and have the RV dealer send a claim and they would send me a new one. Called service department at Lewis and rep acted as if he’d never heard of such a problem. Google Dometic 300 and you can see countless problems of the same type. They told me it only had one year warranty. I checked documentation it has two year. They should know since a good part of their products have the same toilet. Next time I called they told me to bring it in as they had to take photos and check it to file a claim. Just not hauling a stinking toilet in so they can take photos of a ongoing problem.I’m done with Lewis RV. I’ll buy a toilet and go to McClains.
Bought a new RV from Lewis RV Center in January. The overall experience was fantastic. I got the best price and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this family owned and operated business.
We had a great experience with Lewis RV!....I emailed them about a camper I was interested in then made an appointment to see it...a week later we brought our new RV home...they gave us a great trade-in & got us a really good interest rate!!...we had a team of employees that explained everything from financial to operating everything on the RV & the care of it...everyone was very friendly!! I highly recommend Lewis RV!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had fun. Thank you Katie
Service Department knew who we were just by walking in. When I said it only had a few things wrong, he expected a laundry list. Only had 3 minor things. Said we could come get it if we wanted to go out before they get any parts in.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. We took our camper in 3 times for the same issue and each time were told it was fixed only to find out it wasnt when we were gone on a trip. The last time we took our camper in it was broke into and no one called to tell us. We found out when we went to pick it up and had to ask why our stuff was dumped all over the floor. It looked as if someone had been staying in there and sleeping in the bed. We were told there was nothing we could do if we wanted to file a police report we could. Lewis rv said they have a lot of break ins and they usually dont let people know about it.
Wendy, Rick, Jason, Rob, Rob, and Brandon were absolutely fantastic people to work with when purchasing a new camper. I couldnt find the camper I needed near me, and Wendy worked with the staff at Lewis RV to find a camper for me. They were willing to negotiate with me and we settled quickly on a fair price. I felt I could trust the people I worked with at the dealer, and when I arrived they made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new camper. Everyone there went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcomed and left knowledgeable about my camper. My only regret is that the dealership is too far for me to travel to for regular service. Fantastic family dealership-you wont be disappointed if you go there to purchase a camper.
Very nice and helpful totally 👍
Scheduled my appointment to get my RV repaired and the service department was ready from the very beginning. Gave me an estimate on repair cost that was within $6 when completed. Contacted me throughout the process with status updates. Friendly staff, excellent ease in and out of location. Would definitely recommend Lewis RV.
Lewis RV Center was a great experience for us. We are from Colorado and found the camper we wanted for over $ 8000 cheaper than in Colorado. We were treated VERY WELL. Ruby was up front with us and kept us informed of what was going on with our camper being delivered to their yard. She went the extra mile for us. Jason in Finance was on top of getting things done. He set up a time for walk around. The service department did a great job on repairing some things before we left. The Maintenance Manager was very helpful with a minor problem with the unit over the phone. The Parts was great and had what we needed. We would highly recommend Lewis RV for all your RV needs. If we ever would need another camper, we would make the drive again to Lewis RV. Ten plus stars out 10. Thank you all at Lewis RV!ThanksDiane and Ron StevensMead Colorado
I cannot speak about the sales department but certainly can about the Service Department. We moved to Oklahoma City from Omaha, NE in 2019 shortly after purchasing our Sierra fifth wheel from Cheyenne Camping Center in Walcott, IA. Cheyenne Camping Center referred us to Lewis RV Center for any warranty or other maintenance/repair issues and they have not let us down. We had some warranty issues with Forest River and Lewis RV Center stood up for us regarding the issues, forcing Forest River to transport our fifth wheel back to Elkhart, IN to do the repairs. On other repair issues, Lewis RV Center is thorough, fairly priced, quick, and Ive never had one item with lot damage. I will absolutely refer and recommend anyone interested in a RV to Lewis RV Center!
Clean restroom, diesel fair price
Not great. Bought a new $36,000 Keystone bullet. No follow up calls on if things are going well from any of the following - salesman, managers, or finance guy that did the title paperwork. Take trailer in for 90 day inspection as required by warranty. There were issues they couldnt replicate. They explain they give it 15 minutes then move on. 15 minutes? So of course I had to let them know that they should give it a few hours and monitor it no different then if I was camping.... you know for 24 hours a day. It was magic after they took my advice ‐ the problems were replicated! 3 weeks later I pick it up. I get home, and check the tanks because the trailer felt extra heavy. Fresh water, black water, and grey water tanks were mostly full so I drove home over 50 miles with almost 1000 lbs of water. Water lines werent emptied either. Yet when I dropped it off it was winterized. While emptying water lines I notice theres no longer spray foam around holes in the underbelly insulation or zip ties holding up said wiring so now its just dangling. So I have loose wires, and unfilled holes for mice to enter now. I call the service dept to advise what I found, and got the run around claiming they didnt do it. That none of their guys admitted to doing any of those things, and they have no record of messing with those things. Horse pucky...why would I un-zip tie the wiring, remove insulation from holes, and just otherwise make my brand new $36,000 travel trailer less secure to elements and rodents? To then basically be accused that is what I did was the last straw. Stay away from this place.... you have been warned.Update - got a call from Service Manager Gary that theyll send someone out to my house to make it right. I will update again, and increase the # of stars if this goes well.
Great experience! Ruby was wonderful! The rest of the staff great as well! We’ve named our RV “Willow~Thyme” a Salem 26dbud by Forest River. 🤗 Jim & Paula
We (Wife and I) bought our 1st travel trailer here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great service department that will take time to answer all of our questions. The whole process from finding the right unit to getting approved for financing to pulling it off the lot was a great experience. Would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a travel trailer.
These are the rare people you wish ran all businesses.
Great people and had stuff I needed for my old camper
Thank you, Miss Ruby, for making a long distance purchase so easy!
I highly recommend Lewis RV when purchasing a new or used camper. Artie was our sales rep. He provided me with all kinds of options and features that we knew we wanted in our new camper. We purchased the Keystone 29BHPR. It’s absolutely perfect for us. He listened to what I wanted in a camper, the 29BHPR was what Artie recommended. He was spot on, because he listened to what we wanted. Im beyond impressed with Justin in finance, he got me the best interest rate available and was just super friendly. Fredrick along with the service staff I have to say impressed me the most. Fredrick found that I had a bad fuse in my truck and was on it. He made sure my rig was safe and ready to go. I believe in supporting local business, this is your go to local RV dealer. Thanks Artie, Jason, Fredrick and the entire staff at Lewis RV for making our purchase easy. You have a customer for life. Thanks again.
Ruby was extremely the best agent. She was a pleasure to work with. I would strong recommend her to anybody that’s looking to buy an RV. Jason was extremely helpful with our financing. Rob was very knowledgeable in briefing us on all service matters. Sunny did an excellent job during our walk around.
Highly recommend! Our sales guy, Rick and finance guy, Jason both went above and beyond to make this happen for us! Great prices, friendly and informative staff!
No one else had the part that I needed without having to order it. I’m on a 3500 mile trip where we don’t stay more than three nights in a single place and my motor for my landing gear on my fifth wheel quit. Y’all had one in stock And waiting for me when I got there. Y’all saved the date thank you very much
Very nice place. They have a lot of campers to look at. Only draw back is its hard to tell if they have any used campers for sale or if youre walking into someone elses that there for maintenance. They also have a small sales floor inside. Have quite a bit for the size of the place.
Best experience from sales to service I’ve ever had! Family owned and they go the extra mile to take care of customers!!!!
Very good service all around.
The husband and I took longer than expected to make a decision on which camper we wanted to purchase, but Artie was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding us through the process. There was ZERO pressure to rush our decision. We were treated with respect and made to feel as though we were the only customer that mattered. Delivery was seamless- we appreciated the teamwork approach and their willingness to answer all our questions. We look forward to working with Lewis Rv again!
We had our 1 year service warranty check up. When we went to pick it up, they did not inspect the camper before releasing it. They had left an electrical cord plugged into the back of my camper. If my husband hadnt looked when he did, WHEN WE WERE DRIVING OFF and saw what was happening, he would have ripped who knows what out of the back of our camper. You need to use safety cones and an inspection check list for your techs to go through before releasing the RV.
Sales people and management took great care of my wife and I. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find the best fit. They were not pushy at all and worked with us at our pace. My wife and I have been to several other RV centers and she told me on the way home that this is the company she wants to do business with. We are waiting on a couple models to come in and look over and are excited.
I took my 2015 Open Range Romer to these folks to get the 600.00 package for general maintenance plus the roof and seals redone. In the process my gearbox on the bedroom slide out broke. All in all it cost me $2,800.00, not a bad deal for all the work I had done. They did however mess up the lining under the bedroom ceiling getting the front panel off to fix the gearbox but that was the least of my worries. I also wanted the jacks fixed, they were stiff and they said they’d grease them up. They work great now; however, to access the front jacks they had to remove the tub that contained my $1,700.00 custom made skirt and a $104.00 heater that was also in the tub. They failed to put it back in and they can’t find it. I know it was them that lost it because they used blue painters tape to keep the latch from locking them out and left it that way, in other words they didn’t remove the tape. This deal of taping the lock is something a working man would do to keep easy access. When in storage the camper is under 24 hour surveillance and the storage place reviewed the tapes proving it wasn’t broken into when it was being stored. Also in my belly boxes are several thousand dollars worth of tools that were left untouched along with a Weber grill and fishing equipment that is top of the line. When I approached them about this they made all kinds of excuses about how it wasn’t their fault and it was just my tough luck. These items were stolen when it was with you or when it was in storage, we didn’t remove your skirt, I could see it from my office window the entire time it was here. These claims are false, when it is with me the skirt is on it, and when it’s not with me it’s under surveillance in storage. And also there is no way he simply sits there staring at a camper all day, that is a ridiculous statement. I’ve replaced the heater from Lowe’s which was $104.00 and the skirt people will be hear tomorrow and that’s going to be $2,200.00. I need the skirt due to the fact I live in my camper when I work and it gets cold up north. They didn’t steal the skirt and heater they simply removed it to allow access to the jacks; however, they offered no responsibility for this and I’m out a ton of money. I’m posting this so you will realize that if you use them remove your stuff or take pics of your stuff with one of them in the frame. I’ve told all my welding and inspection buddies about Lewis RV and I’m also putting this on yelp and I’m calling the Better Business Bureau Monday morning. I personally will avoid this place like the plague and I suggest you do the same.
Great service and products
Lewis RV has always gone above and beyond to see to our needs in getting repairs and service done to our RV. The past two times we’ve needed things done, Jerod has been our technician and he was absolutely AMAZING! His work is top notch! All the staff at Lewis RV has been very courteous and helpful! We highly recommend them! Service after the sale is very much a HUGE PLUS with them!
Picked our travel trailer up today after having initial 90 day warranty visit. All items we’re addressed and done so quickly. Really enjoy the quality customer service at Lewis RV. Rob and his team do a great job. We have owned several RVs over the past 20 years. This is the finest center we have ever done business with!
Our experience with Lewis RV and the Route 66 warranty was great. We had a plumbing leak in our RV while on a trip through Oklahoma. They were able to get us in that day and completed the repair the next day to get us back on the road. Rob and the service personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly.
We had an electrical issue which turned out to be a converter problem. A couple of other local RV/Travel Trailer service centers could not locate or resolve the issue. Lewis RV was willing to work us into their schedule & got us back on the road! We were in a bind & they really came through for us. The service department was very professional & friendly. Rob, our service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous & took his time with us. They really went the extra mile! We will continue to use Lewis RV and send referrals.
Porsche was amazing! She was extremely professional and yet personable. I drove over 2 hours to pick up an AC and some supplies. When I arrived she had my parts pulled and ready to load. Later when I realized I also needed a ceiling kit she pulled the part and had it shipped to me overnight. Lewis RV Center has a superstar as a parts manger!
Great people, very helpful and listens well, thanks Wesley
I am updating my review and leaving my original comments below. Unfortunately they do not have the staff from a service perspective to serve you adequately. Referred friends to them for service and it was a debacle. Seems like it takes repeated follow ups and pressure to get done what you need done. They were excellent in the sales process but we would likely buy from somewhere else if we had to do it again. Great people but definitely not staffed adequately.Original comment: This experience with service was great. It seems like they are definitely stepping up and improving their game a bit. Have referred at least one new client to them.
Our experience was really excellent. We particularly appreciated the help we received from Derek, but Jasons help was over and above what anyone would have expected of him. He even came out to our campsite that evening to help us. The only negative issue that we had was that we felt like we were really rushed during the walk-through. We felt like a little more time with the presenter would have given us a better grip on how we were to get things set up that evening. Thanks to all of you for all the work you did for us we really appreciate you. Doug and Katie
Wonderful staff & great prices.
Great people! Pleasant experience and Ruby is amazing!
I was very skeptical about getting an RV, Ive always been a tent camper myself, But its too much work for me now... This is my first time experiencing owning one my self. But going through the whole process with the team at Lewis RV was just amazing. Ryan was never a pushy salesman, he was instead VERY informative and made sure I understood how things work and pointed out features on the unit I was looking at. He Helped answer any questions I have had. The finance Team made everything simple and fast to get me approved... Also Adam and his team walking me through the unit and showed me how everything worked, it was a great hands on tool to understand your new unit and how to take care of it.. I was very impressed as to, How i was treated. As a result of the amazing care and pride this deanship has shown me. I have Recommended LEWIS RV to several friends that are in the market to buy.
Mrs. Ruby and Jason were great with us! They didnt mind jumping through all the loops we put them through and they were all the help we needed in finding the right new camper for us! Thanks guys!! Look forward to going through you guys on our next one!
Our experience at Lewis RV Center was amazing and it all started with Ruby from the first time we talked to her on the phone. She genuinely cares about her customers and wants her customers to be happy with their purchase. Thank you Ruby.
We had such a great experience at Lewis R.V. Center. First off they were not pushy, they asked us what we were interested in an took us right to it. Our salesman was Artie. Great guy, very personable, we joked around a little, felt like we were friends. My wife was the one who they had to make happy an that is exactly what they did. Will recommend them to anyone I know. A++++++
Everyone was very friendly and helpful!! Derek Lund and Jason were very quick to answer all of our questions. Sonny did an awesome job on teaching us everything we needed to know about our new RV. I highly recommend Lewis RV Center!
Our service manager Rob went above and beyond to facilitate the repairs needed so we would feel comfortable returning to Lewis RV when it comes time to replace our camper
Great experience!! Second purchase from Lewis rv, very helpful staff from service to sales, not your typical high pressure sales place like most games in town.
Great place to shop for an RV! Very knowledgeable staff and they make you feel welcome and dont try to push you into a sale.
Artie and Jason are absolutely amazing! I drove from another state and was treated amazing! If you are buying something from Lewis you have gone to the right place!
They told us we couldnt look at any rvs
Rob in service is very knowledgeable and courteous. He listens to your concerns, shares his knowledge and is happy to help. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my RV. I was most pleased with my recent service and highly recommend Lewis RV Center for any service you may need.
This is the BEST PLASE TO BUY A RV PERIOD! Rick, Ryan, Jason. The best to deal with very accommodating and eager to to please the customer and make the RV shopping and buying experience fun and easy!Jared Moore
Best in the business! From start to finish they did everything they could to make sure we were well taken care of. Definitely went above and beyond!
It rook a while to get our RV back due to parts availability. No fault of theirs. Friendly service personnel.
Worst experience ever will never go back Made a deal with them on new trailer and they didn’t stick by their word tried changing up at last minute complaining about the trade in which they made the offer on .Even tried to bring trade in a day earlier so they could look it over which they told me I didn’t need to do !! Never been more disrespected as a buyer in my life wasted 2 days of my time showed up with bank draft and everything I was supposed to have including putting in a new $2000 fifth wheel hitch only for them to get me in corner trying to renegotiate Entire deal at last minute . Ended up walking out on them hooking back up to my trade and leaving. Bad business all the way around
I thought I knew what I needed until the sales lady explained things about the surge protector. I was then able to choose the best one for my RV. Thanks!!
We really had a positive experience dealing with Lewis RV. Rick Jackson, our salesman, went above and beyond seeing that we were satisfied with the sale. Rob Begley, service department manager, was very receptive to all our questions and made sure all the warranty work was done accurately. All the employees we have dealt with at Lewis RV have been friendly and helpful. We will be recommending Lewis RV to our friends.
Sales manager was dishonest. Avoid.
They were very good to work with . It was painless and they dealt with a 3rd party extended warranty. Recommended for sure
Lewis RV is great! Anytime we bring the RV in for service they are quick and easy to deal with. We loved the the winterization day. Being able to drive in without an appointment and have them take care of everything was a breeze. Will definitely do this next year as well!
Bought a Keystone Bullet Premier spring of 2019. Got a good price and RV was beautiful but quality was not what we expected. Decided to trade it in on a smaller, better quality RV from another dealer. While cleaning it up we found a leak in the black water flush line that caused underbelly to pool up and droop down. Found a patch, which tells me there had already been a problem before we bought it. We bought it new. I called Lewis RV to see about getting it fixed so we could trade it in with no problems. They told me since it was out of warranty it would probably cost 500 to 600 dollars. Then told me it would be at least 2 weeks before they would work on it. We told at the dealership where we were trading it in and they said that it was no big deal. They didnt charge us anything for the repair. Lewis RV did nothing for us, even though we bought it from them and that it was faulty when we bought it.
Thank you to Lewis RV. I had called them to have some work done and they said hopefully 1 to 2 weeks. My thought for April in the RV industry that’s pretty good. Well long story short they fixed it while I waited. Special thank you to their technician Jared, Chris, and Rob. Totally satisfied, again Thank You Lewis RV in Oklahoma City!!
They cheat on warranty work say they done it and lot of times its done halfway or not at all or you want to see what they done they hum ho on showing and customers service is poor especially in the service department with the lady working there.they talk out of the side of there mouth and just to get the sell nothing more ...not trust worthy people.
Experience was great until the closing of the sale. We were disrespectfully approached about a black tank clean out fee, that had already been discussed. Please know that we are familiar with the process of cleaning out the tank and had done so previously. We were talked to, in our opinion, like children in a principals office. We should have walked away, but was caught up in the excitement of purchasing a new camper. We want to warn people about this expense, unwarranted to those of us that know how to clean a camper. This disrespect and disregard to our honesty ruined the chance of us ever purchasing from Lewis RV again.I sent a handwritten letter to them but never received a response.
Just went into store to get a part for our 10 yr old camper which we purchased from them. They had the part! Yeah! Compared to another camping store in OKC which did not. Then we looked at a new trlr. Uh-oh! Considering down sizing as it us just 2 of us and a 30lb mini Aussie traveling now. Un of fortunately they have a perfect one for us. But in these times we dont have much time to ponder whether to buy or not. Will have to let u know what we decide. Ryan was so helpful and nice.
We will always use a Lewis RV! Their parts and service department are top notch. They did a great job with our 5th wheel. That’s Rob for all your help!
Quick to get financed and sent out the door. Wasnt thrilled with people who prepared for delivery. Mtiple items needing attention that I had to stay on them about to get corrected. Wanted me to reschedule even though I was already on site. Had to get them to fix an issue twice before it was done right.
We travel the US and Canada extensively and can attest to Lewis RV Center being exceptional. We value ethics, honesty, and dependable Christian values. Lewis RV Center is the most outstanding dealer we have ever experienced. As extensive travelers we have needed service at many US and Canadian RV dealers, none have measured up to our experience with Lewis RV Center. All RV dealers are in business to sell and service recreational products. What differentiates Lewis RV Center are their business ethics and genuine customer appreciation and respect.
I really appreciate the friendly folks at Lewis RV. They helped me out with the AC that I ripped loose on the low bar at the Science Museum. I could not take off down the interstate with that mess hanging loose. Bob got the AC off and loaded into the back of the truck in 10 minutes so I could get on down the road with my family. You saved our weekend outing. Thanks!!!!
I really appreciate the parts team here. I purchased a Sureflo water pump here and took it home. The next day as I was preparing to install it found that there was a large crack in the plastic head. I took it back to the store and, after consulting management, Michelle exchanged it for another exactly like it. She was very understanding and willing to work to make sure I was happy. The pump works great in my application and Ill be back to Lewis for my RV needs in the future!! (The rest of the staff there was also friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction when I stepped in the door.)
Good informative advisor. Good people to deal with.
I waited before posting to get a realistic feel for this dealership. I can not say enough good things. Yes, there were a couple bumps in the road with our new TT ( to be expect with any new TT ) and Lewis and their staff always made it right. I really like how they allowed me to keep our TT til the parts came in so we could still use it. The do not keep it for months on end like other dealers.( for standard fixes. If you have something more extensive then I can not speak on that) If you want a reliable, honest, fair dealer that has your best intrest as a priority then Lewis RV is for you.
I was hoping for a better experience after we purchased a camper trailer. They put my temporary tag on loosely and so it fell off during my trip home. I left a message with a sales rep, who didnt pass on the message. I had to wait to get my hard tags to go camping. Lastly, while camping I find that our sewer hose has holes in it besides the ones on the ends. I called and the best they would do; is me take a picture of the holes, send it to him and he gives me in store credit. All this for a $15 hose. He should just box one up and send it to me. How hard would that have been. I think I got a good deal on the camper but I feel like a nobody after the sale. I hope their service department is better since it is a Route 66 Club.I forgot to mention that the salesman gave me the wrong brochure. I spent the week before I took ownership studying that brochure and all the fancy features. I didnt get the same camper. It seems I bought an Eastern version and the brochure was a Western version. There were many differences between the two but I purchased anyway. Just a note to you to make sure you get the proper literature or suffer the disappointment.
After purchasing a new aircoditioner nearly a year ago and the unit not operating correctly Im told I have to bring my RV in. Im also told the manufacturer they will not deal with the customer after a month of going back and forth. Im a disabled veteran using my RV fulltime as constructing my home. Ill be sure and purchase a different brand at a different dealer in the future.
Not satisfied with quality of replacement awning material. Even though wife tried multiple times the lady working in parts was very reluctant to consider any other suppliers. Should have waited.one of the main reasons for bringing it in was to get the A/C cover on the roof replaced. It is cracked. This work was not even on the work order and therefore left undone...All leveling jacks worked perfect when I dropped it off. After I picked it up and got it home the RR jack is completely unresponsive. Coincidence??? Maybe but just overall not the best experience. They had the camper for over a month.
All the warranty work was done as promised.Thank you Rob for all the information you provided.
