The staff at this scout shop are always welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of gear and they are willing to help you find the one thing you absolutely must have. My sons scrapbook will be more complete because of the help Ive received here.

I have a son that is a disabled Veteran, we have a disabled veterans tax free card, I was told by the man that was more than helpful on the things I needed to buy and not necessarily needed, but told me I couldnt use my tax free card on the purchases, which was close to $150. Not sure the reason he gave me because I was in such shock because that was a first for me. Just who doesnt accept a government tax free card? I doubt the owner of Meinders is aware of this guy not accepting tax free cards.

Good place for scout needs for uniforms and stuff. Used to frequent the place often when I was the volunteer handling the badges and awards and such for our pack. Non uniform stuff (and honestly uniform stuff too) a little too highly priced, but what other option do you have?

Purchased a neckerchief with the assistance from one of the employees. Go to our crossing over ceremony and turns out they are changing wolves to red.Come back and asked if I could change it out. They said they don’t have the red and they plan to just sell the WRONG color until the stock is gone. Only offered a 50% return since I used it the night before for the ceremony.This is deceitful and wrong for any business to KNOWINGLY sell the incorrect product and then not offer assistance in returning.Does not seem in line with the ethos of scouting!
