This dealership is extremely dishonest. I found a deal that was too good to be true and asked why they price is so low. They said there’s no reason for it; it’s just a good deal. When I actually saw it I realized they completely lied to me. It had cracks, dents, and scratches all over and it was actually missing the rear window.

My complaint isnt so much about the car as it is about the customer service. Used cars have issues, but bad service makes it worse.The service was lacking a lot. Basic things youd expect when driving off with a car you just purchased: clean/detailed car, tires properly inflated tires, a gas tank thats not on empty, all the basic inspections performed with no check engine lights coming on, and oil changed. I didnt get any of that as I drove off, but they did retroactively make some that right. I dont know if part of that was negligence, deceit, and/or being cheap. You shouldnt tell the customer that the oil is still good when clearly the oil change light in the car says its 200 miles overdue. You also shouldnt tell the customer theres nothing wrong with the car when you plug in your fancy OBD2 reader in and says everything checks out good. I plugged in a $30 OBD2 and it immediately showed me what was wrong. I expected some honesty but I dont feel that I received that from both the guys there. If it was a mistake, I would expect an apology.Theyre ok but I wouldnt recommend them unless you know your way around cars and see that they have one you really want. Know what youre doing and look out for yourself. Like any other car dealer, theyre trying to make a profit. I understand that theyre small, so they cant do everything the the bigger guys do. If you dont have patience, dont do business with the people at Car Gallery. I kept having to go back and the service never felt expedient and I never felt like my issues were high on the priority list.Id like to give this advice to the guys at the dealership...1) if you have newly painted auto body parts, maybe you shouldnt prop them up to dry in your showroom where customers walk in and wait. The fume was intoxicating.2) if youre on a phone call, maybe dont wave the customer into your office and then have to listen and wait for you to end your 10+ minute conversation. A simple wave of acknowledgement that you know theyre in the waiting area would be enough as you see them though your office window.3) Be honest. If you dont know say you dont know. If you know, tell the truth instead of hiding the issues.4) If you give a time estimate for a service, stick to that instead of wasting the customers time when they expect you to already be complete with the service. Its just very unprofessional otherwise.5) If you give your word on taking care of something, you should keep your word.

Worst dealership you could ever go to, save your money and your life! They lie and rip people off I’m stating from experience, purchased a car with only 60,000 miles supposedly and not even a day after having it it exploded, when I had a mechanic take a look after explosion and he said more than likely mileage clock was ran back and motor seemed to be switched out but since it was all burnt it would be hard to prove and take them to court for this federal crime of running mileage clock back and not disclosing motor information . I’m just thankful my family nor I were in car when this happened, don’t risk your life or hard earned money with scammers like these.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. Very shady, trying cover up major vehicle issues. Dishonest people. Dodged a bullet not buying with them today. I confronted the Salesman about an issue with the vehicle I test drove today. He was very disrespectful. I asked if he was going to continue trying to sell this vehicle lying about the issues and he nodded and walked away. You may spend more at another dealer, but you will not be treated this way.

This dealership is trash I do not recommend this dealership And I’m being 100% honest from experience, i perchased a camaro 2012, with in a few day it started to causing transmission failure, I contacted them to let them know about the issue and they didn’t care at all and said that it was my problem to fix. They lost my respect. Please don’t go to this dealer guy’s.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I literally bought my car yesterday 10/14/2020 from this place it was a 2012 Chryler 300 The car seem like it was running good and didn’t have any issues but the moment I drove it out the lot to my home I noticed the AC kept blowing hard then blowing soft found found that to be weird but I didn’t pay attention to it. The next morning when I start the Chrysler there was smoke coming under the hood and next thing you know the whole car caught on fire. My car was totaled and I called the owers to see if I can get my money back and they said that they weren’t responsible for the damage.. smh

Honestly dont buy, if you dont want to lose money dont go here I have evidence of how fake they are with the Clients and the tricks they make to people. My Aunt bought a Ford Explorer 2015 and came out with Transmission Problems and told him they didnt take charge of No Vehicle Guarantee. Dont lose your Money

This dealership should be excluded form Oklahoma city and worldwide, not only they lack of customer service, but they are theves and scamers, my brother acquired a Chrysler 2012 s v6 and with in 1 day the hood caught on fire, burned down the the engine, transmission, head light, the hole front!!! Its sad how people can be so evil and cold, when contacted they said that we had cause the fire our selves and they did not take responsibility for their actions what so ever, never in my life would I recommend them.

You sold a car that the next day the engine caught on fire from just letting it warm up in the morning. He called you guys and all you guys said “We’re not responsible” thats messed up

Bought a Mercedes there and less than two months later, the AC went out and I’m looking to spend more than $2000. It seems like the AC had issues before and they did not tell me while selling the car. If you will sell car to people without garanties at least make sure to make them be aware of the issues.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS IT’S A REALLY CHEAP CAR AND CHEAP TO FIX.😔

AVOID AVOID AVOID!I should’ve known to steer far away from 3rd party dealers like this. Basically bought a LEMON and they will not return phone calls or texts, even after leaving multiple voicemails. I’m having to repair thousands of dollars on a car I’ve had less than 2 weeks. Just, don’t go here EVER.

I would give 0 if I could. My father bought an 03 accord from this place for me for my 18th birthday. It was a sweet car, had navigation, no dents, low miles, great interior, all the lights worked, radio worked, overall it was a great car. Pops and I took it for a test drive and it drove great, no problems or anything. Ended up buying it a couple weeks later for 4k. Not a bad deal considering it’s age, features, and low mileage. When we got to the place, the guy we talked to said that they had to fix the transmission because it was slipping (which didn’t happen when we drove it) and I was like whatever, that’s fine. Turns out, 5 months later after driving it like a daily driver (not hot-rod ridin, racin, engine revving or anything) the clutch plates are worn to squat and the gears in the torque converter are starting to grind. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND

Purchased a Pontiac G7 in December with them owing me a spoiler light replacement as shown in the We owe paperwork. Called every week for 2 months and couldnt even get the owner on the phone. The car needed a ton of work which costed me around $1500 (sway bars, tie rods, had 4 different tires on it which all needed replaced). Im not going here again, nor should you.

I called car gallery about a 2011 camaro SS convertible, I had the exact same car, color and interior everything the same, I’m a camaro enthusiast so I know my camaros. I’ve been looking at multiple camaros and one said there was an open recall meaning it hadn’t been fixed yet, most 2011’s like mine had been fixed so I was asking if this was the camaro with the open recall, I didn’t want to go through every car ad on the phone. The man proceeded to say how all cars have recalls and it’s normal and I’m just trying to ask if there’s an open recall on the car. I told him I had the same exact car previously and he talked to me like I’d never seen a camaro in my life. I told him I’d rather look at another car and do business with someone else and HE HUNG UP ON ME. I was prepared to pay cash and have the car shipped to me. I called back asking about the car again after seeing some of the reviews and I think I’ll just go elsewhere seeing as everyone is saying it’s not a good dealership. I’d rather pay 1k more and have good service than have to deal with an owner who knows nothing about cars or business. He said there’s only four guys working there, I can see why.

Bought a car from a man in Texas off Craigslist. This man had bought the car from Car Gallery. In my ignorance, I hadnt noticed that the man I bought it from had never registered the vehicle himself, so when I tried to get it registered Im having all kinds of problems with the title. The DMV says I need to have someone at Car Gallery sign the title, but I now live in Colorado. I dont trust mailing a vehicle title through the mail to people Ive never met, and Ive tried talking to them over the phone, but all I got was Let me speak to him and Ill call you back and he never did. I tried calling again, but all I get is a generic answering service saying nobody is available...

Ive bought 2 cars here, the 2nd one I bought (Cadillac) needed some costly repairs, I see a lot of complaints on here about the dealership, but when youre buying cars with 100k or 150k miles or more on it you have to expect that you might not get a car that is perfect, I did buy the extended warranty on the Cadillac took it to a Cadillac dealership and the extended warranty cover 0 on the repairs that were needed (about 3k worth of repairs) I was able to get out of the extended warranty and didnt have to pay for it.
