The service received from this dealership has been pitiful and unprofessional. In addition to other issues, it was reported that the backseats were left dirty and the seatbelts were placed behind the seats, making them unusable. Rather than having the car brought back in for them to address this, we received incomplete and incorrect information instructing us to do it ourselves.Because of the seatbelt issue, our kids are not able to ride in the car, and Jaguar refuses to accept accountability and take ownership of the issues they cause.Per the screenshot attached, we were only instructed on how to do it ourselves. We were not asked or directed to bring it back in. Therefore, there was nothing to decline.
I love my car and I could not be happier with how my husband and I were treated. The staff is amazing from sales to finance. They were all so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very impressive place. Thank you!

My husband and I bought an F Pace in October and are very pleased with the vehicle! The sales experience was okay. Our sales person seemed pretty knowledgeable and helped with questions when needed, however he was supposed to follow up with us after the sale and that was not done. We also had some trouble with the trial hotspot and we had to get a new card and I called the sales person because service said they were the ones to talk to and he said they would order one and call me back, that also never happened. I just went to AT&T store and got one myself. So sales is great for the sale, but to us, have not shown a lot after the sale.The finance guy was great and we got the zero interest and it was pretty easy and quick, however he had another guy come in trying to sell a protection package warranty ****BEWARE**** this was not honestly portrayed to us and I will admit our fault in not reading the fine print before agreeing to it. He told us that it would cover scratches, dents, dings, damage to wheels, alignments, windshield cracks and chips and that is not true at all! We repeated what he said because I was amazed that they would cover parking lot scratches etc. and he assured us that it would, so we agreed to purchase it. Imagine our surprise when a couple months later we got a crack in the windshield due to a rock and the scratches showed up and we took it to service and they said that it does NOT cover these things! The windshield is ONLY chips and not cracks, and the scratches is only PDR paintless dent repair. We were furious and went back to our finance guy and he stated that we can cancel the policy and credit it back to the loan, so we will see if that does happen. I will update it if it does not happen. We trusted the guy that sold us that and I guess that is on us for not reading the fine print, as I stated, but you would think there would be some honesty and integrity at a dealership at this level! They make enough on the vehicles without having to nickel and dime the consumer in this way!The service department is a little slow to schedule due to the fact that they only have one technician, so beware of that. Our service person though was very nice and very apologetic with our situation with the scratch and windshield fiasco. During the visit we got a minor repair done to a button that was sticking and a recall that had to be done and those items were fixed perfectly and the drop off and pick up was handled perfectly and without hassle. I like that I will be talking to one person for service and he was kind, professional, and very helpful.We waited to post a review so that we would be able to give a thorough review and feel that we are ready to give that.-The vehicle is the best that we have owned!-The sales department is good for the sale, but no follow up!-The finance guy was great but BEWARE of the extras that the other guy tries to sell you!-The service department is pleasant and professional but the techs are understaffed with only one tech!So two stars seems more than fair for the overall sales and service that we have received and most of that is for the vehicle!
Stopped in recently to begin our car search, which takes a while with us. Kaden and Sean were the absolute best. Extremely patient, not pushy, gave us room to wander and discuss items together, and then stepping back to throughly answer any question we had. Provided multiple finance options quickly but only after we asked too. Never asked “what’s your budget, what payment are you looking for, what’s your trade in????” Extremely nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and these guys. Also, Sande at the front was so incredibly nice to everyone and my family had the best experience at a dealership we’ve probably ever had.

Can’t blame Bob Moore but our Jaguar with 15000 miles on it has been in service 5 times in a little over a year. The last service we put the car in March 27 and got it back May 6th. No one at the dealership is willing to face the reality that we were sold a lemon. I’ve purchased several cars from Bob Moore with good results. Starting to realize that as long as there’s no issues everyone at the dealership is easy to deal with. Starting to find out customer service is good as long as there’s no troubles.
The sales crew were great ! No pressure, very helpful. Everything went well with our purchase, but not a fan of the general manager who thought we were idiots for not purchasing the extra protection and warranty plans!! This was our 4th purchase at this Jaguar/ Landrover dealership and we will return…

Jaguar service department makes me regret buying a Jaguar. Held on to my car for 22 days for a simple fix. After missing their 2nd revised completion date they told me that my car was pushed back in the queue again because they only have one Jaguar tech and there were a bunch of simple jobs like oil changes that had come in that day. On top of that they tried to sell me an unnecessary brake job at twice the rate of an independent mechanic. I’m considering going to Dallas or Tulsa for any future warranty work.
Took my Jaguar in to get serviced. The service department could not give me an estimated time of how long it will take to fix my car even though I made the appointment three weeks in advance or was not helpful in regards of trying to get s rental car. I sat and watched multiple individuals offer a ride by the other service department guy to their destinations, however the service guy that I had had nothing else to say. In fact when the service was over he didn’t even show me or explain what all they had done to my car. Overall after 6hours to fix a sensor, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems that they overcharge for the services and provide poor customer service. Comparing this dealership to the dealership in Dallas jaguar this one pales in comparison. I will not be back, this is the second time that I’ve had a bad experience with his dealership. I will be taking my car to Dallas from here on out.

This was our visit to this dealership for service and Id say it rates 2.5 stars based on our experience.We brought in for a scheduled maintenance, balance and rotating and to fix one of the key fobs. They completely forgot the key fob, took much longer than expected and left the vehicle a mess.
An appointment was made to bring my car in to have the air conditioner fixed. It sat for 2 inconvenience before anybody even looked at it. Then it was almost another 2 weeks before the car was fixed ! So I was without a car for one month which was an inconvience to say the least. I picked the car up yesterday and it had not even been washed. So all & all I was very disappointed.
My first experience was good. I had them update my cars computer. Even though this should’ve been done before selling the car, they were able to get it fixed.My second experience was terrible. All I needed was my tire patched and to replace my lug nuts because I was not given the key to mine. They told me it would be 1.5 hours and it took them 3. The next day I realize my tire is still leaking and the scuffed my $700 powder coat on the wheel

I made an appointment to have my car looked at and showed up on time with my car. The guys at the service desk were very nice but, said due to covid, it would be a few weeks before I got my car back. That was totally unacceptable but they said I could bring my car up when it was my turn and that I would receive a call the day before. Unfortunately that occurred on September 17th and the only thing I have received since, is an email asking how my experience with the Jaguar Dealership was!

I went to the service center because my brake light was on and I was having window issues. The original service tech stated they could have it done within the same day. I dropped it off at 11 a.m and they stated there would be $175 charge in order for them to even check the brake pads (not including the work of changing the brake pads). After not hearing back from the dealership at 4:30 p.m, I contacted them to check the status. The service manager informed me that no one had even looked at my vehicle yet after 5 hours. He asked if he could keep the vehicle overnight and then I asked him why because it was just an inspection and nothing was being done yet to my vehicle. Jeremy the service manager then told me there would be a $65 charge even if they did not do anything with the vehicle.At this point, I felt they were just BSing me and trying to swindle some more money. After going to the checkout, I made sure I was not charged anything and that it stated on the receipt that no work was done. There was no apologies or alternative resolutions like them suggesting a loaner car or even some sort of a discount offered to do the actual work of changing my brake pads to keep my business. I feel that this dealership and other Bob Moore dealerships are just out to swindle the customer, no matter if its Bob Moore Nissan or Bob Moore Jaguar.If you visit here, be prepared to be hustled. Be prepared to push back and negotiate even in the service department. Its unfortunate that they cannot provide great customer service and you have to be aggressive as a customer to get decent quality service.

I purchased a new Jaguar from them. Check engine light is on and called them to set up service and curtesy car as agreed upon when we purchased the car. You know luxury car luxury services. They can’t get it in for a couple of weeks and they don’t have loaner. Call Jag customer service and Carrie said that they are supposed to loan us one or rent us a car at dealerships expense. Called dealership back and they refuse. This dealership don’t care about its luxury or its customer and even its agreements with jaguar.BUYER BEWARE of their lies!
Between ordering parts and mechanics catching COVID, it took a while to complete needed repairs. But work was first quality and thorough.

There was a snag or two but overall it worked iut. When we bought the Jaguar we were promised that we would always have a loaner anytime cars at the shop that her car for eight months no loaner. Things are slow down because we had a house fire so we lost some of our paperwork on oil changes so we had to track down two receipts for oil changes by going to different Service departments that had service are they weren’t going to honor the warranty. Was a bit of a hardship did you get a job and get in the car done the general manager though however was a jerk and should be replaced service manager get over backwards to try to help us I’ll give him 4 1/2 stars

This dealership is awful all around, especially the service department, no one there knows anything about their jobs except how to transfer a phone to someone else who is just as useless. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different dealership.

This place has been a nightmare. My car was dropped off by my body shop almost two weeks ago for a programming issue and it has been impossible to get my car back. The mechanic stated he needed 4 hours to diagnose an issue related to a wiring harness. The insurance company allowed 2 hours for a diagnosis and it was agreed upon by both parties. After my car had been there for a few days I requested a loaner with no avail. So now I’m stuck in a rental that I have to pay out of pocket for while there is little to no communication between the service department and my insurance. I’ve made 3 visits to the dealership and I get a new story each time. When I ask for follow up I don’t get it, I have to call every morning. At this point I feel that the dealership doesn’t know how to properly diagnose and correct a wiring issue when they are supposed to be the subject matter experts. If they don’t or didn’t know what they are doing they should have gave me a loaner vehicle while they play explore. I’m tired and beyond frustrated. I simply want my care repaired or provide a loaner during this inconvenience.Go somewhere else at all cost!!!Regards,Disabled VeteranD.B.
It’s been a while coming… But I found a car that I really enjoy! I didn’t realize how affordable the XE line is. Yet it is still incredibly comfortable. Logan gave me a very square deal and so far a couple of weeks after my purchase, I’m very satisfied with the follow up service. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!
I’m very disappointed in the service my husband and I received from this dealership. We were without our car for almost three weeks, for a car that needed 6 hours of diagnostic work. They failed to communicate with our insurance adjusters causing us to rent a vehicle and pay out of pocket for almost $1000.00 in a rental fees. We requested a loaner vehicle and they refused, we called daily for updates most calls were not returned, our insurance adjuster called daily and received the same poor response. I expected much better service and communication.

The service department is terrible. If you own a Jaguar or Rover, you have probably had some experience with the service department and can confirm that they take forever to do the simplest thing, charge far too much for it and then dont communicate with you regarding the repair progress. A simple phone call to their service department to see if my car was ready resulted in being put on hold by 3 different people before getting a answer. A software update took 2 days. A new door handle and oil change took 4 days. A oil leak took 3 days and counting. (It is the current 3 days and counting that prompted this review.)At the end of the day, their service department is not on par with the luxury cars that they sell. Be forewarned, if you leave your car for service it may be several days before you see it again and it will cost you your first born child.I am selling my Jaguar and buying a Honda.

We went to buy the new car from this dealership, they are in the process of renovation, the sales agent we met showed us a car and we liked it, after the test drive, we asked the price, agent left and after a while showed up with a paper which has the price detail, I wanted to know if there was a room for negotiation, but agent refused immediately and stood up, in other words he just wanted us to leave. It was very unpleasant/awkward experience. Will not recommend it to anyone.
Jaguar service resolved my problem & I love my E Pace. They are working on the seat problem & hopefully it will be resoled shortly.
As a Manager, I found Jag OKC to have the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced #badcustomerservice@JAGOKC. Lies all throughout the sale that were uncovered through the process. Lack of proactive communication. A lot of “I don’t know” responses. Sayin one thing doing the other. Depressing atmosphere. Showcases poor understanding of taking care of the customer and the the lack of confidence to be a excellent provider. One example but there are many more: 1. Even after being in the hospital and getting tumors removed (they lied). I was promised loaner if I put car in service department. This was a lie. Department said they never had any loaners to give me. Now Stuck without a vehicle for over a week...impacting me being able to get back to hospital for follow appointments and do any Christmas activities. Please pass this on. Don’t buy from here they are dishonest. This is one example of dishonesty. I have more data that shows other lies.
The people are super friendly, but my issues were not resolved at all. I have called and left messages to reschedule, but I have yet to get ahold of my service advisor.
I guess I’m waiting on someone to treat customers like the Lexus dealerships do. Always disappointed by the service department and would like to deal with more than a “wet mop” from the employees

Dealer performed 20K service including Oil & Filter change. Failed to properly tighten new oil filter! Lost most of oil (if not all) first time we drove the Jag. Dealer service department did pay for towing and replaced filter and oil. They claim there was no engine damage! Time will tell and by then they will have forgotten that they caused it.
Serviced my Jaguar XF, service technician called and explained findings during this routine service visit. Very satisfied with everyone and the quality of service. Very satisfied with my purchase from Bob Moore Jaguar and service after the sale..

My God man, what does it take to get through to your service Dept ?? Tried probably 7-10 times today. Had sales people tell me “all they could do was transfer” then I get service dept receptionist. She tried various things. Still no luck. Finally gave up. Oh wait...one time somebody answered then immediately disconnected. Then receptionist tells me “that’s been happening alot lately”. Surely buying a Jaguar should get me better than average service .....

I am very reluctant to write this review, although my car in the the service repair at this moment.My experience was over a year ago, I vowed never come back due to the experience.My car was towed one morning when it wouldnt start. Apparently, it needed a battery, but the technician, who should have been certified in Jaguars could not put the top back in place. When I picked the car up it was damaged, the young man at the service desk was so rude and unprofessional, who still works there, denied the damage. The truck button was broken and a piece from the tail light shield.My car was fled in last Saturday and the new manager called me to let me know he will need to do a diagnostic check, Thrusday . Although, it is still there and it is Friday, and the service center is not open until Tuesday. I am very nervous...

Mike is no longer there, so sad....Took my car in last year, worst service ever had. Just took in for service. When got back said they washed and vacuumed. Vacuumed but the wash wasnt so good. My tire pressure lights was on. Nothing done to correct. Stopped and put air in all tires. Rewashed... Car runs rougher than when i took in..Makes mewonder if they even done the work they said they did. Wont be going back again.....To bad Jaguar of Oklahoma is gone.....
The wait for an oil change for my Jag XE was a bit long, but everyone was super-nice and the car was washed and vacuumed when it was returned. Same excellent treatment when I bought the car.

I took my XF in for routine service including an oil change. The service crew surveyed my car and found some items that needed replacement or other attention. Also, they addressed my auto head light dimmer, which had been working sporadically. All items were addressed and corrected. The only negative was I took my car in on Wednesday morning at my appointment time, but I did not receive it with service completed until around noon on the following Saturday. The auto dimmer was part of the delay because it had to be checked in the dark on two different nights. The other reason given was that the service crew was a bit overloaded. I appreciated the excellent service in that the issues were dealt with, and that is why I have my car serviced to avoid issues in between service periods and failure on the road somewhere. For that reason, I am willing to deal with the delays, but advance notice of the possibility of delay would have been appreciated so I could plan my schedule accordingly. Thanks for the effort, however.
