We went in to get a screen protector for an apple watch, Mason McDown did this very quickly and professionally! I was very impressed with his knowledge, so much that we went back a few weeks later to get screen protectors on all 4 of our new iphones! Omg!!! I walked in today with a horribly cracked phone....screen as well as the back of my Samsung Galaxy S9! From the time I walked in I was greeted with the upmost respect!!! I absolutely the service from the employees they kept me updated as I was sitting in the lobby! I was having trouble with my charging port on my iphone7. I went to one shop and the told me he would have to replace it for $75 and it might take 4hrs. I just stopped in CPR and Thaddeus cleaned and gave it back to me in literally 8min. I was in and out in in 12 min. These guys rock and know what they are doing!

I took my Samsung tablet in for repairs. The young man who repaired it for me was very cordial. He explain to me what he was doing and how I may be able to do it myself if the situation reoccured. Very affordable service. I would definitely recommend this business.

Quality of Service can be truly measured when things go wrong. I had an experience at this location where my phone repair did not go as planned, but the staff here did everything they could to make sure that I was taken care of. In the end (it took about a week instead of the one day that was originally planned due to a part that had to be ordered) my phone was repaired and back to good condition. Austin who I worked with most of the time did a good job on my phone and provided the best experience that he was able to given the circumstances. I appreciate the quality customer service that they provided to me.

My iPhone 6 was losing battery power. I called Chris he said bring it on down and I have a new battery . The price was very competitive I don’t think you could do better anywhere else in town. My battery was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Chris also gave me a lot of information on the newer models of iPhones since I have been considering replacing my old phone with a newer model. Definitely recommend this place! I had my iPhone 8s screen replaced within two hours, their Covid-19 response and precautions were impeccable, and Chriss customer service was top notch. On top of that, I was surprised the total was so low. Hopefully, I dont have another broken device anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely be back.

Was having problems with my iPhone XS Max (the touch screen and side buttons werent working). I went to another repair store first and they were going to charge me $350-$450 to fix it. I went to CPR to see if the price was comparable and the gentleman at the front (Chris) took it to the back for a few minutes and brought it out good as new, no charge. I appreciate that they didnt try to sell me on something I didnt need, and will definitely go back if I need anything worked on in the future.

After dropping my phone multiple times, my phone was no longer functioning properly. I thought I would need a replacement, but a family member suggested to check CPR first. When I walked in they were kind, informative, and gave me an estimate before beginning to fix it. The price was affordable. They were able to fix my phone under an hour. When I returned it was ready. I really suggest CPR as the first option. They were able to save me a lot of money.

I honestly didnt think they would have what I needed... and they didnt!! Because I asked for the wrong item over the phone but it wasnt a problem for them when I got there. They said the new screen for my phone would be shipped and fixed by Saturday (2 days) faster than I thought! $360 for parts and labor on my galaxy s10+, not bad.

I was directed to CPR through my device insurance. Filed the claim, drove down there and was helped by Chris. They were a little backed up on repairs but Chris said my phone would be ready be 6:30pm and it was. Very courteous, clean store and fixed my phone, lifesavers.

The people there were most helpful in getting us the phone we wanted and setting it up for us to use. After a couple days of use the power seemed to be discharging faster than it should so we took it back and they replaced the battery with no questions and were again very nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again if I need a repair or an in the market for another used cell phone.

Calling for an estimate on a pixel xl I got conflicting price issues. Took the phone in and they couldnt diagnose it without first breaking the screen with no guarantee of repairing it. So if no repair out 175 just to replace the screen they have to break to diagnose. Essentially no luck using these guys with square trade warranty. All around headache, slow and very expensive when compared to other local repairs. Other repairs half the price, doesnt charge for breaking the screens and turn around 3 to 4 days max with diagnose and repair.

Having trouble with iPhone SE charging. The technician took it back and within minutes came back and stated it was fixed. He cleaned it, tested it and showed me how it has a strong charge. They replaced my chipped Zagg Curved Elite screen protector on my iPhone in a couple of minutes. It cost $10 instead of the $6 it would have cost me to get it replaced under warranty directly from Zagg. It is a great association for the customer because it took a very few minutes instead of a couple of weeks through the mail.

My phone had stopped charging and went dead even while plugged in. I chose CPR because they quoted the quickest turnaround time of the stores I called. They diagnosed it, cleaned the charger port, straightened one of the contacts, AND CHARGED ME NOTHING! I had expected to pay for a new battery or charger port and am impressed that this store is run in such an honest manner. As a payback to the company I bought the high quality charger cord the tech recommended and will definitely be going back for future repairs and accessories.
