Broke my screen and didn’t know what to do. Taylor fixed my screen or way less than I thought it would cost me. And he did it in 45 minutes. He made the whole process quick and easy, 10/10 would recommend.

Great service. Travis replaced my charging port and discounted a battery replacement while it was open. The replacement port initially worked when he tested it, but upon taking it home I couldnt get it to charge with my cables. I returned the next day and he tested it on more cables finding it only worked on some. He replaced the faulty port under the lifetime warranty and also replaced my cracked screen protector free of charge. Very happy with the level of service and will certainly return for any future repairs. Thank you so much!!

The sign says open until 7:00 PM. At 6:30 PM walk in to get my phone and the sales associate is in his vehicle and says sorry youll have to come back tomorrow. Refusing to go back in and get a phone used for my business; resulting in loss of contact with my personal employees.

First we took an older Samsung tab 10 in for a screen replacement. They gave us pricing . But informed us we would probably be better off replacing the whole tablet. We made sure to go back when I broke my phone screen a few months later. They are honest people trying to help people. Even if that means not making a sale.

I broke my screen on one of my Samsung galaxy’s before I had my iPhone. I took it to Jumptronics and the manager told me about a product called “cell helmet” which is a glass screen protector that strengthens the screen from the molecular level and cell helmet guarantees the product and will replace your screen if it cracks or breaks. I’ll never have another phone without cell helmet on it and I wouldn’t have even known about it if it wasn’t for Jumptronics. They are honest and knowledgeable.

We have taken numerous phones into these guys and they have always fixed us right up!!! The last time we had taken in a phone to fix a charger port. We made an appointment to replace it and instead of making more money and replacing it like we had planned they just cleaned it out for a much smaller fee! We will use them for every repair we need!

Professional Quality, Cheap price. Hands down this is the nicest repair shop you will walk into. They were able to accurately explain the issue with my phone in an understandable way and also have my phone repaired, all within the hour! Ive done business with Jumptronics in the past at both the Yukon and Mustang locations. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a new location had popped up at Memorial and Western in Oklahoma City/Edmond.I took my Google Pixel 2 XL in to have my phone evaluated for a cracked screen. Clint told me that they could surely fix it and that they only use OEM screens from Google.I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the screen arrived quicker than quoted, but had to come in on the weekend as that is the only time Im available.The time quoted to fix it was conservative, but the actual time to fix it was much quicker than expected. High quality job as they checked to make sure everything functioned as expected.If you want your phone fixed for a fair price and done correctly the first time I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jumptronics to anyone.Thanks for a quick and quality repair.

My son cracked his new iPad 7th generation and after calling around to multiple places to get price quotes on replacing the screen I am glad I found jumptronics. Travis was a great help. If you want quality work this is where I would go. There are lots of places cheaper but read reviews. I think of the saying “you get what you pay for “ they have lifetime guarantee on their services. Most others have 3-6month guarantees of their screens.

They did an amazing job on my iPhone 7 screen repair, and my sons iPhone X screen repair. When they were doing my iPhone 7 they also replaced the battery in it as well. Both screen repairs were done under an hour! These guys have great customer service for all types of repairs, thanks so much!

IPhone 8Plus screen replaced for half of the deductible I would have paid for screen replacement claim with Verizon/Asurion. Looks and works like new; fast and great service. Definitely recommend and will use again!!
