I love the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. They are great at helping small business owners as well. The Verizon small business account services are amazing
We walked in and was greeted by a very nice young lady. She asked how could she help us. My husband told her his iPhone wasnt downloading pictures and videos to his laptop and she showed him where his update for his phone was. It takes 45 minutes and on wifi. We thanked her and she thanked us.
EXCELLENT customer service from staff and manager Javier! This is THE ONLY place I go to foe help, questions and Verizon products. Respectful, never rushed, kind, patient and tolerant of an old fast like myself who struggles with technology! Ive always had a good experience and highly recommend this store!

Things are not how they use to be since this pandemic started but this team has managed to make it work for me as a customer always helpful with questions I may have. We appreciate it so much. In many cases I have seen people get very upset about face mask but its about staying safe. Thank you team for doing your best and keep it up!

Since the pandemic happened I was have difficulty with my previous carrier very often. Came to this store and the team was very nice! Talked to the worker there who was helping me and was very knowledgeable and helped me out right away with everything. Talked to me about the whole process & I ended up getting a new phone set up with them! Thank you Verizon team for being patient with me and being very helpful, keep it up 👍🏼
The store is full of incompetent selfish employees who have no intention of helping the customers that enter the store. They are unwilling to assist with a simple upgrade and would rather send you to tele sales to do their own job. I would rate this store lower if the app would let me. I will never enter this store again.
I went in to upgrade my phone and the salesperson who helped me did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable. The whole team was wonderful even while be yelled at by customer who seem to not know or care that things are different right now.
I’ve gone a couple times to this location and Emilio has always been great help!! I recommend this location 10/10, have not had any issues at all. Always so helpful and provide great customer service!
100000000/10 best customer service I have ever experienced with a phone company Emilio lopez took care of my phone replacement by no time and I was squared away very friendly and respectful. You can tell he loves what he does holds that head high and strives for the best.
I always hate going to Verizon and today was no exception. I get excellent phone service, so I stay, but the company policies are a serious hindrance. I understand Covid rules, so I am not talking about those. My in store agent was great and got as frustrated with the system as I did. All I can say is, plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time. Maybe you will get lucky and be in and out quickly. Never seems to happen for me.
Was in town visiting family and decided to come in to get some head phones. The gentleman by the name of Emilio helped me out and suggested I try the new airpod pros. 10/10 thank you sir for the recommendation I truly love them :)

We have been working with Javier Martha for all of our business needs for a few years. He supported us while selling us our products for our business and even assisted my husband and I in getting two personal lines in June. I have written emails, quotes and texts that show my bill should be 125.00. I was sure to ask all of the right questions such as will this include surcharges and taxes, and no additional hidden fees? to which he assured me it did include anything that I would be billed. I received a 248.00 which is prorated so understandably it should be higher than the 125.00 quote, but it is twice the amount I should be paying. I have called, emailed and texted him since July 28th and have yet to receive a response. I questioned the bill, asked for help, asked for a response and today the bill is due. I have received nothing other than a generic message asking me to call 611. He is a general manager and coming from a business perspective, this is exactly what I would never want my buyers to feel. Lack of confidence, deceived and truly disappointed for making the switch and trusting him. He is solely a salesman and does not care about the customer. Not sure how he sleeps at night. I would love to know who else can assist me going forward for any of my personal and business needs because I will no longer do business with Javier Martha again.
This location refuses to let you in the storeeven with a facemask to browse the new Note20 or Note20+ that are on display but also refuses to bring anything out because the only ones they can show are on display...... so if you want to see them in person, feel the weight or see which size you would prefer you are outta luck here. Terrible customer service Either just buy one or leaveMy family will take our business to a provider that supports customer service

Whos bright idea was it to not be able to buy a new phone at the store? I drove an hour, and a half to get here, but you need to buy the phone on the app, and they will ship it here. I knew the phone I wanted. I had the money to buy it. I could have given them all the information they wanted, but this is the help I get? What is the purpose of store fronts if you are not going to use them? Seriously fix your mess Verizon.
Lies, Stalls, and 800 numbers. This store played a 4 hour cup trick with me, over 2 days. They dont make mistakes they mess you over then hide. Then hand you an 800 number to go home and call. Thats fun too. Because they are corporate, so CAN DO everything the 800 can. Including locking you out of your account so 800 number sends you back to store. Go to a different verizon store. Or best buy across the street. Or ANY other carrier within walking distance. This store is all games, and you pay the price. It needs a serious investigation of the management and its operations.

I know now why you only have 4 stars. I went in to make a payment and wasnt even greeted and when I couldnt login on the kiosk wasnt even acknowledged as a customer. Manager was just acting like he was busy, he could of said some will be with you soon, or just actually do some work and take a payment(since the other 2 employees where with a customer )... ugh Ill be sure to make my payments at night when the lively crew is working, always nice and greet everyone and let me know about special offers. ! FYI, just because you a manager doesnt mean your better than anyone !
I went to this store to possibly get a new phone for my dad. We were there for approximately 10 minutes before any sales rep talked to us. When we were finally acknowledged by someone he asked if we spoke English and my dad said no as he is more comfortable speaking Spanish and the guy just walked away from us without saying a word. After 30 more minutes of no help, we decided to leave and as were walking away I hear the same guy that approached us talking to a different customer in Spanish. I approached him and asked for his name and then realized hes the store manager. His name is Javier. Javier needs to learn some customer service skills.
I came in today to get some help getting all my data transferred from my old phone to the new one I just bought. Id put it off for a bit because I thought it would be a hassle, but Juan helped me activate my new phone and transfer all my contacts, photos and more. He was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Thanks Juan!

We have been going to this store for about 5 years. I always receive excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience. They always go above and beyond to fix any issues.
Was a Sprint customer 15 years switched service and was a perfect decision. Dealt with this store for a few things they are great. Definitely recommend.
About a month ago I went in to upgrade my phone. I went into this location about 40 or so minutes before they closed. I was told by the “manager” that his employees were busy so we had to wait to be helped. Waiting was no problem, the problem was that the store wasn’t busy, and that he just stood there helping NOBODY as we waiting to be helped. Anyway, I finally got my phone. The taxes were 60 something dollars. I handed the employee a 100 dollar bill, received no change back. I was told that it will be applied to my next bill. Now i look at my bill, im being charged for the taxes i supposedly payed for at the store and an upgrade fee which I also payed for at the store. My bill went up 100 dollars because these people didn’t do what they told me they would. Horrible horrible experience. Now I’m paying for their mistake.
Will be sad to see this location close since they no longer provide the service that Verizon customers expect from Verizon. This is a corporate store and Verizon corporate has decided to treat it customers like trash.Not allowed to go inside the store but they will help you as you stand outside in the heat and take your money.If you goto a NON Corporate store you can still get the customer service you expect from Verizon.

The Penn location is pretty good and has excellent customer focused salesmanship. After a few days finally got my phone issues sorted out with Verizon. The time they took to help with the different theft prevent people was amazing.

The staff were not helpful at all. My phone was out of stock so I had to order one. I ordered the phone and the screen protector. When they came in the mail, I went in to get my screen protector put on. They would not even try to put it on. I went to the other Verizon store in Shawnee, the same thing. I ended up going to OKC Verizon. The staff there was great as always. One of the staff members took her time and got my protector on perfect. We will be making the 70 Mile drive to OKC from now on.
I was very satisfied with my switch from At&t. Sylvia addressed all of my concerns and provided excellent service. Staff was engaged and friendly. I would highly recommend.

The 3 employees here were just in theyre own world talking about where to go for lunch because the manager was buying, meanwhile the manager couldnt help me with an issue on a phone called Verizon and they quickly helped and said that sometimes the store employees can help with those issues but dont want to do the extra work and it made sense as they were all just hanging around

If you like being pressured and feeling uncomfort comparable to a car dealership then this place may be for you. If you like cheap prices with sales associates who are not commissioned, go to Best Buy, its less than a mile away. This store was going to charge $100 more for the exact same tablet and had the nerve to tell me, as I was walking out, that they wouldnt be able to wave the activation fee if I leave and come back. Something tells me they knew I wasnt coming back. Ive bought a lot of devices from this place but will never step foot in this store again.

I went to ask a battery replacement of my S5 becuase it is lasting less than 4 hours and the solution manager Jonathan Jenkins said me that they cannot do anything and I have to buy a new one... he was rude and had a very bad attitude... after explain him everything again and again he said that he will call me once he had batteries in stock... the service was very bad

From the minute I walked in the door to pay my phone bill I was bombarded by 2 sales people trying to sell me things for Christmas presents. I mean they literally almost didnt even let me out the door. After I finally told one lady no on 3 products she kept trying to push on me, another guy started on me. It was horrible! I never felt so suffocated and taken advantage of and awkward in my life. Will not go there again. Even just to pay my bill.

Sales gave good information about switching phones, but list interest when I didnt want to spend more than $100 on a phone with interest. There should be no commission sales.

They are still trying to collect money from me for services they say I used bit did not. I had no internet. I had several long distance charges from over seas. I never made or recieved any of them. Not eben in my phones history. I will never rate them more than 1 star.

OMG I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS SERIOUSLY LACKING EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. I PURCHASED AN IPHONE ON THE VERIZON WEBSITE. WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE PHONE WASNT THE ONE I WANTED (MY MISTAKE), GO TO THIS LOCATION TO UPGRADE AND TO LET THEM KNOW I COULDNT REMEMBER MY PIN. ASSUMING ONCE I SHOW MY ID THEY CAN CORRECT THE PROBLEM. LEFT THERE WITH THE PHONE I WANTED AND WAS HAPPY. I GET HOME AND TRY TO MAKE A PHONE CALL AND MY PHONE WONT DIAL OUT...SO LUCKILY MY OLD PHONE WAS AVAILABLE STILL SO I CALLED VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT WHOEVER GAVE ME MY PHONE DID NOT ACTIVATE IT!!!!!!!! SO HE ACTIVATES IT FOR ME. BY THIS TIME THE NEW PHONE IS ABOUT DEAD SO I GO FOR THE CHARGER AND ITS NOT THERIGHT ONE !!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! SO IM PRETTY UPSET AT THIS POINT BECAUSE NOT ONLY DID THE IDIOT NOT ACTIVATE MY PHONE, SHE FAILED TO GIVE ME THE CORRECT PIN AND DIDNT GUVE ME THE CORRECT CHARGER. SO IN ONE DAY I HAD TO GO UP TO THAT STORE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. THATS RIDICULOUS....AND NOT ONE SINGLE APOLOGY OR ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I went in with a technical problem and was treated terribly. My visit was useless and they couldnt help me at all. The manager was very rude. If you want to visit a store, i would highly recommend visiting a different store. I was furious. This manager should be fired.
I went there to fix my work phone, my other phone which had no problem before I went in never worked again once I walked out. Hmm..
The sales lady was very pushy. She kept trying to sale us products we didnt want even after we told her multiple times that we didnt want them due to the quality. We got new phones and had to do all of the transferring ourselves even though we paid a ridiculous upgrade fee.
