This was a terrible coffee shop. The muffins weren’t good and the smoothie was terrible. The customer service even worse, I asked them if they could throw away the smoothie since I didn’t like it and they did nothing besides saying a quick sorry. I will not recommend this place to anyone

Such sweet and friendly workers. Prices are decent. OM goodness the brown sugar white mocha is so good and try the cinnamon rolls!

Poor customer service and interaction. It would have been better to walk in and be greet by robots. I definitely didnt feel welcome here and will never go back.

Excellent coffee, and their breakfast burritos are really good too. They also have the best cinnamon rolls. Service is always pretty quick and the staff is always friendly, even when they are busy. I cannot wait until they open their Yukon location.

I cant believe I waited so long to try this place! They were very busy (I went on a Saturday morning) but very good. I got a cold brew and it was fantastic! I will definitely be going back.

So sad to be posting this. I used to love going here before the pandemic, their coffee is amazing! While the mask mandate has been lifted recently in okc, I was kind of surprised a food and drink establishment would be jumping for no masks on workers while we still have SO many active cases in the state. : ( As someone that works in healthcare, I can’t take that kind of risk in where I decide to support, even while vaccinated. Too much potential risk for vulnerable people. I’m very disappointed.Update after reply: While the CDC has posted guidelines for the fully vaccinated, there is no way to surely verify vaccination except using state records. OK is currently at 32% fully vaccinated and 39% with one dose, which are sad statistics, and I am so glad to hear your business encouraging employees to vaccinate. It is the greatest service we can do for our country right now! : ) I am so glad you are using the CDC as a resource and I am hoping that the business guidelines will soon be updated to clarify the confusion afflicting many establishments on the correct course of action. I’m hoping to come back when the world is a safer place, but don’t want anyone coming in like I did and being surprised!

Great coffee, great snacks, and super friendly and helpful folks. Jenn is always able to suggest something delicious to drink. So far they have all been winners! Whenever I need that afternoon pick me up I can count on Jenn to fix up the perfect cup. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Fast service, fair prices, cool environment, and great selection of drinks and even some healthy snacks!

Visiting from out of state. Coffee drink was ok. The girls working couldn’t have been less friendly- disappointing. Would recommend looking for a different coffee place.

So disappointed in the customer service April 30. Pulled into the drive through at 6:25, no response from staff. Waited 2 minutes and looked for hours on their drive through sign-nothing. Pulled up to the window because lights were on. One staff member looked up from her phone and gave me the look of “one of these guys” the other did not even look over to acknowledge me. Its 6:28! The sun is up! So I drove off. The last time I go to Coffee Jerks.

My kids favorite drink place! Cold or hot. So many drinks to choose from. The new energizers are a fun new favorite for our family!

This place is just so awesome! Everything I’ve tried is great and the people are exceptionally kind!! (And thank you for having decaf!)

Protein shakes are fantastic but honestly the whole menu is 🔥. Protein balls are also very filling and super good.

Nice quiet, fun spot! The hot tea I got was great, and tea selection was good. The PB protein shake my hubby got was good though not that peanut butter-y. It would be an ideal place for studying! Not super cozy, but we did enjoy the cards they had for playing! The barista was super knowledgeable about their drinks, which was very helpful for two first-timers!

This is my favorite locally owned coffee shop. They are always friendly and have fast service. The breakfast burritos are really good. They come in sausage, ham, bacon, or no meat. They also have pastries. The menu includes all of the traditional coffee and tea drinks you would expect. They also offer several blended frozen beverages and protein shakes.

Very tasty place for coffee drinks and breakfast food. Theyre right near where I work, so its extra convenient. No waiting in that Starbucks line anymore for me, found my new favorite coffee place.

Coffee Jerks used to be my favorite coffee place.Since they opened the new location near us in Edmond, the taste of the coffee is not the same at either of the locations: Edmond or 122nd St. I cannot tell if the difference is new staff, or if something else changed from a supplier perspective.I only order one item: mocha latte extra sweet.When it comes out tasting like bitter Arabic coffee, something is wrong. This morning the lady at the register wanted to argue and tell me that they have not changed the formula, and that the coffee should be okay as he is. I actually told her well then you must not drink coffee because if you did you would notice a difference in the taste. Only after I said that did they offer to remake it.The new Edmond location is nowhere near as good as the 122nd Street location which was really disappointing because were closer to the new location in Edmond. I will not tolerate paying top dollar for bitter coffee. Please, please put it back the way it used to be. We have been coming since 2018.

We absolutely love eating local. Coffee Jerks is by far our favorite! From the Chi Latte to the PB Protein latte, they’re selection of options is incredible. The drive-thru and friendly staff makes it the perfect spot!

I work close by and so when i work the mornings i go through the drive thru and grab my usual frozen caramel latte and ham burrito. The ladies have always been super nice, especially the brunette! There is nothing negative i can think of about this place! They are all super friendly ! Even the co-owner Melvin was kind enough to deliver my usual when he came into my work on friday and offered to grab it for my co-worker and i. They were super busy in the morning and i would of been late for work so i was grateful he did that for my co-worker and I. Talk about great service! My day is always 100x better after having their good food and coffee!

Tucked away next to Anytime Fitness this coffee shop is a gem. Quaint comfortable environment with a friendly staff and varied menu. The iced coffee was excellent but the batista told me to try the protein latte. Coffee with protein how could you go wrong. I will definitely return to try the food and another drink.

The irony is that “jerk” is in the name but the customer service is amazing. Friendly people, offered samples. GREAT coffee. It’s not too acidic which is something I like in my coffee. I couldn’t decide between two of the roasts so they offered to mix it and it was dang good. Reasonably priced with plenty of sizes to choose from. Worth the 2 minute drive from the over-crowded chain coffee shop. A++ would recommend.

I was looking for a cup of coffee on a cold blustery day in OKC. Was familiar with the part of the city I was in and Googled coffee place which led me to Coffee Jerks. I must say the coffee I ordered was perfect both in flavor and temperature. I will definitely be coming back when in that area of the City and am in need of a great coffee treat.

I used to scoff at spending so much money at a coffee shop when I could save up for a fancy machine and make coffee myself... But I go to Coffee Jerks every single weekend day (Saturday & Sunday, and when work is closed for a govt holiday), soooo I cant do that anymore. They make the best soy latte, and lately theyve accommodated 1/2 PSL (half the pumpkin spice) requests. I really cant get enough. As I type this, Im looking forward to getting up tomorrow morning for one. The staff is also super friendly!
