Nice boba place. They have vast variety of flavours, bobas and jellys to mix n match. I usually get the honeydew cream blast boba. I Miss Tea flavor in it. It tastes good but its very creamy unlike the general boba tea flavor I would prefer. But then its just me. I still go there when I crave for boba drink.

As of June 11, 2021, the mask required sign is still on their window, so make sure to bring your mask. Sit in are currently not allowed. I got the their traditional tea for about $4. I didnt have any problem with this visit.

I have been going every day for a week since I found it!Hard to pass up something good.Smoothies and slushies is slushies real fruit!I dont like the little bulba balls but you can order without.

The drinks are really good. Seems to have been a change in rules lately. Cannot add multiple toppings to a drink, even though the customer pays for it. I like to add crystal boba and passion fruit popping boba. The first few times I ordered it without any issues. Now, they say they cannot complete that order, even though I pay for it. Shame.

Very impressed with Teapioca Lounge. I got the Raspberry Boba Madness which is when they use all of their flavors of boba/jellies in one drink and the mango fruit cup and loved both. I actually turned in to go to the Boba Tea but had to park in a spot that put Teapioca in my range of view so I tried it instead. Oh and the way they treat their customers was amazing. One girl rushed to put fresh tea on the table that was free for guests. I was really impressed with the whole experience, its clear the owner of this company knows what he is doing!

Came with my husband to get a few drinks. There werent many people but after we placed the order we were then informed that it would be about a 30min wait to receive our drinks. We waited for 45 minutes and they forgot one of the drinks we ordered. Tried to insist that we only ordered 2 when in fact we ordered 3 and were charged for 3. Never coming back to this place.

So I dont normally post negative reviews because I usually dont post anything unless its really good.I have never been to teapioca lounge and honestly I only went cause Lees was closed.There was only two people on front of me when I finally ordered my two simple drinks, a crowd had arrived behind me or multiple people back to back at least when I had finished ordering.I watched several people go up and order from the same guy as me, I did notice it took some time for each order. ( Including mine and the people before me) it seemed very much like the young man was new. Ok no big deal but when he took my order we went over it like three times what specifically I wanted because he said it back to me wrong and I corrected him like twice.So I wait, and I wait, and I wait.I see one of my drinks being played with by the expo and Im like okay great here we go. Nope only half my order ready.I watch the people who ordered before me get their drinks, leave people who ordered after me same thing.Anyways, very unorganized, emplyees dont know the menu.Laughing and giggling while they are screwing up orders.I mean.It felt like a joke.Maybe it was a bad day but guaranteed I wont be going back.I got my own kids at the house I can watch play around with blenders and stuff.Thumbs down.Better places within walking distance of this dump.

Teapioca is my #1 place for boba!! Honestly, I haven’t had any others that live up to it. The boba is always fresh and spot on, and the drinks have great flavour! I usually go between the almond cream tea with boba or the avocado smoothie with boba - but they literally have 100s of choices/combinations of drinks including teas and coffees. They’re always really fast, nice, and efficient. Free WiFi! Often busy but worth the wait. Will always come back here for my boba!

So we stood in line for almost 10 minutes waiting for be served. They finally came to greet us and said did you call for your drinks. I said no and asked if I can call in now. They said yes but have to go outside and call. There was no one in there. Never coming here again. Bad customer service.

I made a call in order at 3:30 PM, was told it be 5 min for the order. I came in at 3:39PM to pay. I waited for a bit, thinking that it might take a few more minutes, since they were a little bit busy. I waited and my friend came in at 4:10 PM. He ordered and got his order and left. I went up and asked how long my order is going to be. They said oh, its been ready. We forgot to let the other worker know you are here. You are telling me I waited 40 mins for my order when it was already done?!?! The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the drinks are good.

Lots of options and the place seems very popular. Unfortunately, when I asked what their vegan options were, the cashier had no idea. She went to ask her manager. She also had no idea! In the end I just walked out empty handed while the rest of my group (non-vegans) enjoyed their drinks. I suggest they train their staff on menu items for people with different diet restrictions.

It’s a bit pricy for boba tea, but it’s really good quality boba tea! i always get the chai cream blastea + baby tapioca:) i love how there are so many flavors & combinations, you’ll never run out of a new drink to try. the service is great & depending on what you get or the time of day, you get your drinks fairly quickly. for example, i get chai & it has to be freshly brewed, so it’s quite a wait, but well worth it.

Tea was good, I got the almond milk tea. Ordering process was kind of confusing, I got the tea and they asked me if I wanted anything in it. Doesnt boba tea usually come with boba?.. I said no and I didnt get boba in my tea:(. It was kind of expensive, almost $5 and the wait was very long. Not bad for boba tea but not the best thing ive had.

I love this location in the OKC area. Theyre always quick to fulfill orders and have not yet messed up mine unlike the other location.I use the online ordering application more than calling the order in.Dont forget to enter your phone number for reward points if youre (or plan on being) a frequent customer at the register.

Their smoothies are great, but no point in calling the carryout line or doing the order online because nobody answers the phone and then online always gives you an error message. Would have given five, but you shouldnt keep people on hold for 15 minutes to try to place the order and got to the store and you still had not picked up the phone after placing me on hold so I ended up basically standing in the store.

I love their coffee ice cream. if you want faster service, just called again and they will make it for you and just pick it up. ( not like The Kungfu Tea in Norman)

First, this place is horribly short-staffed for the volume of customers they see. Second, Im usually not one to make a fuss if my order is slightly wrong, but I am particular about hot versus cold coffee. When the menu clearly shows the coffee is a hot item and you serve it to me as iced, thats a no from me.Update: Gave it another shot and it was still short-staffed and slow. Wont be back.

The tea is incredible but the lack of a sitting area really makes it go down. the bathrooms are closed which makes it annoying if you have to go while waiting for a drink. its so hot in there, and also really crowded. dont go on sundays, folks. otherwise? its some of the best boba ive had
