I only gave one star because that was my lowest option.... Went to get something and saw a certain wine on sale, clearly marked.... Went to check out and girl told me that the price was not correct. I pointed out the exact name, type, etc. and the marked down advertised price. She said we cant sale discounted liquor, I look around the whole wine section and see several bottles marked down. I guess lesson is, CVS is clearly does not honor their discounts and will pick and choose which ones if any they honor....

When I went to pick up my meds this morning the ladys are very rude and when you say something about it they just look at you and when you call the home office they say will we will look in to if CVS needs to get it together and get people in there that will help people out and that will be nice to people and not rude to keep

Firstly, I want to say that I live by this location but the only time I shop there is when Walgreens is out of something in stock. February 21, 2021 I decided to go to CVS and buy a beverage. Precisely at 9:25 p.m. an employee named Morggan checked my item out for me. The total amount was $2.38 and I gave her a $20 dollar bill. When she gave my change back, she handed it to me wrapped in the receipt which I didnt even think to verify because she was so nice! When I arrived back home I realized that she only gave me $8 dollars and some change back. When I brought the receipt back yesterday, I told the manager that I didnt care about the money but I thought they should know that I was shorted $10 dollars. He was very quick to dismiss my claim and stated that she wasnt over in money that night, which only proved my theory that she did it intentionally. I just want to warn people if they decide to go to this location to make sure you have them count back your money before you leave the store... and if anyone else has had i similar situation happen, please feel free to share your experience. Thank you!

Usually not too crowded, good prices, nice variety of things you might need, staff are helpful.

I just want to say thank u to the pharmacy. We stopped going here because of a hateful teenage clerk in the store part but that was a mistake. Not sure if the girl was even still working there but the parmacy helped my husband today when walgreens refused so we are having the whole familys charts sent over. Thank you for helping him when he hasnt had his meds in two weeks he could have died. You literally saved this family we owe u everything!

Wont stop yammering about the joys of their club, no matter how many times you say youre not interested. Said so three times, and youd have thought I committed a crime - she acted indignant, and just went on and on about it. No means no, lady. Theyre not in the business of selling health items, theyre in the business of pushing their club and putting out little toys on the counter in front of the register. I dont know how those things make them money, but they act like its their whole world. Wont go here again, or any CVS, really.

I had a great experience the young lady in their pharmacy that helped me and went the extra mile I was going to pay well over $100 for prescription she took a few minutes to look for coupons and found a way to get me down to $30 ..this place can get backed up its busy but for someone to take the time with each individual customer in saving that kind of money shows .While sometimes they appear to be slow but they take care of the customer .I wish I had the name of this young lady.. So kudos to the pharmacy Department

Terribly run pharmacy. We waited on a prescription 2 hours last month. And today.... we are told they don’t have all of the doctor information to fill the RX that was sent to them electronically, received, and verified by CVS. Seriously! It’s the same meds from last month that was filled. Terrible in communicating with customers. Pharmacist here at this location is rude and snotty. We will definitely be going elsewhere next month. This is how you lose customers folks.

The people that work the drive thru should take crash courses in P.R. ie Public Relations!!! also they should have more verbal skills with their pharmacists..... mainly because the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.

Very helpful and nice younger woman that helped us get our passport photos, made it quick and easy and even went to back to get us cold product when the display was not cold. Good experience.

Dropped off my prescription for medication. Pharmacist called and said it was $200. Told them I had a coupon for a free trial ($0). Gave them that information. Went to pick it up that evening. Still $200. Gave them the information again. The tech said they would call in the morning and it would be ready the day after. I waited a 48 hours to give them time to call. I then called to make sure it was ready for pickup. It was, but it was still $200. The tech then argued with me that they were using the coupon I provided. I hung up, went to Walgreens, and had no issue whatsoever.

The young lady Caitlyn was extremely informative n helpful. Exceptional service with a smile.

Mark, I dont know who you think you are but we are customers and should be treated at least a bit respectul. You were very rude and disrespectful to us. You didnt make eye contact, which I dont care but you acted very hostile and kept a monotone voice. However, this changed when you rang up the lady behind us, thats when you said in a very cheerful way Do you have a CVS card? But with us, very cold and hostile. Please teach your employees to smile and act equally towards other customers.

Pharmacy manager Jeff went above and helping me get the medications I needed at prices I could afford. Very nice and helpful!

Terribly run pharmacy. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. Every day Im given the same excuse- we need to fax a form to your doctor. Every time I call the CVS employee seems to have no idea of previous issues and says oh, we will just fax your form not realizing Ive heard that excuse for 6 days straight. Seems to be no organization or record keeping. Unless you go late at night, there is typically a unreasonably long line that moves painfully slow. I recommend finding a different CVS location or going across the street to Walgreens.

This place is a freaking joke. My prescription was called into the wrong cvs (Dr error), they were supposed to transfer it to this store, but now they cant find it. Cant run my insurance because they obviously cant read and keep telling me its expired. Its an issue every time Im here with something. Walgreens sucks, but I think they might be better than this crap. The actual pharmacist hasnt offered to step in one time to help with the situation....not once!!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! CVS Pharmacy at this location is a joke! They had elderly people waiting for hours for their RXs. The workers found it funny when people complained about the wait time. I seen all this because I was waiting for 45 minutes for the pharmacist to ring me up for Allegra D!!!! Yes the purple box that someone has to run your DL through the govt so you can get some friggin allergy med because everyone is a meth ahead apparently. I left after waiting for 45mins went straight to Walgreens and was helped in less than 5 minutes!!! Oh and it wasnt a pharmacist at Walgreens who checked me out! I called CVS location about the poor service and the Manager said and I quote I dont see a problem I m like WTF??? Im so done with CVS. I will never ever and I mean EVER visit this location again!!!! Walgreens has a wayyyyyy better Pharmacy.
