My wife and I are very pleased with our new granite counter tops! We were price shopping for counter tops and had went to several locations and were met with the usual sales pitch and an uncomfortable feeling. Metro Granite was the final place that we went to and we were met with a staff that was there to answer our questions and help us decide what was best for us. Less than a week later we had a measurement and quote. We had the granite installed 3 days after we had decided that granite was what we wanted to use in our kitchen. We loved working with Metro Granite and their install of our quartz was timely and beautiful! I really appreciated how they were extremely patient with my indecisiveness! They led us in the showroom multiple times and were very flexible with our last minute decision change on the quartz for our kitchen! Our job was by no means a “huge” one, but we were treated with the respect and communication as if it were. Every phone call was answered and every email was responded to within an hour. BC and his team were great to work with!

Had customer recently that had a basic top replacement, designer had selected this company to use and for the most part they were really good at production, however, their approach to revealing information as to what they perform and what they dont was like pulling teeth. Then when project was completed and I called to discuss we were told that they didnt need our business! Think twice and ask tons of questions BEFORE doing business here.

Metro Granite was the best price we got for materials and install in the OKC metro area. Our salesperson was Su. She was prompt and efficient and did a very good job measuring and asking the right questions when she came out for the free estimate. We got our estimate back in 1 day. We got to pick out our granite at their facility and see what the different edge and corner options would be on actual production pieces in their shop. There were many good looking slabs and a lot of selection. The installers were very careful and friendly and did an excellent job. The granite looks great. Would definitely hire them again.

I rarely write reviews unless Im not satisfied with a particular company, but in this instance I WANTED to take the time to write one. I used Metro Granite because they were recommended to me through someone I trust at Ubuildit. I was hesitant because their price per square foot was at least $9.00 cheaper than other granite companies, but my new construction was on a extremely tight budget. This company is phenomenal, their products are high quality, their customer service is incredible, and their installation crew can compete with ANY high end installers, but they actually cleaned up the job site better than I would have. You dont know me and have no reason to trust me, but if you are like me I look up reviews on every contractor I use. In my opinion this company and their employees should be your first choice, and if you dont use them then maybe you dont respect craftsmanship, and enjoy wasting your money.JR Jetton
