Great service. I bought a couch, loveseat, and mattress here and the associate that took care of us, Tammi, was extremely helpful. I applied for a big lots card and used it to buy the furniture. She told me if I had a rewards I could use a 20% coupon in the email this month. I wasn’t sure if I had one so she told me if I came back with one she would honor it. I came in 2 days later and she called higher management to give me the discount. I’m very happy with our furniture over all 10/10 experience.

It took me a little while to understand the organization of the store. Its not cluttered but it is oddly grouped together. When checking out the process took longer than expected due to there being only on cashier. Im sure thats all that needed in slower days but the line could have used one more register to keep things moving. Lastly Big Lots feels like a store that should be cheaper but pretty much all of my items were the same price that theyd be anywhere else. with that in mind I genuinely dont see why Id choose to come here first.

3 associates all standing around today. Didnt ask myself or anyone I was with whether we needed assistance etc. They were talking about a man named, Eric (I assume a boss figure)making them come off of break early and how much they made an hour. Also, the associate standing behind me (awfully close and uncomfortably) was swinging her mask around on her finger. Yep. Professionalism at its finest.

Nice, was able to find what I wanted and get out quickly. They rearranged a few months ago and it looks very nice. Seems more spacious.

Great for small deals or to just grab and go. I usually go to pick up trash bags, dog food or toilet paper. Great deals on patio decor sometimes.

Good store for certain items, other items are marked up. Good thing is its not very busy on weekdays.

Its not the nicest store Ive been to as far as Big Lots goes, but they have a decent selection and I never wait in line long which I appreciate.

Its always fun to browse this store. I find something I didnt know I wanted until I found it there.

The prices here have increased tremendously. The items arent worth it.Today when I went in the cashier was soooo rude. The store was very disorganized and not very clean. I will not return.

The staff changes a lot but they are always friendly. The store could use a little cleaning but at the same time I rarely ever see more than three employees, so I dont blame the staff.

Typical selection, however prices are not what they used to be for the quality.

Im a big fan. You can get some exceptional 👏 deals. I dont think it will replace trips to other super centers, but if you watch the adds you can get great deals.

I love big lots. I have been shopping here for a very long time. Good prices and great customer service. The only issue I had was that they were not stocked fully. They had a lot of empty shelves. I thought they were going out of business.

I love the discounts you can get on household items such as curtains and decorative mirrors. You can also find discounts on protein bars and bottled electrolyte water.

Always a great treasure hunt. I found what I was looking for, and a whole lot more. Stephanie, the cashier, always greets me and welcomes me to Big Lots. I always look for items at Big Lots before I look anywhere else. I like the variety and low prices, so does my family. The last person I talked to was Stephanie. She always asks for my card, is fast and personable, and makes spending to much money a pleasure.

It was alright .. They need to fix the shelves and make sure every price is with the correct item.

Spent about $450 for a mattress and box bring, I took the mattress home and had them deliver the box spring, turns out they wouldnt give me my box spring unless I paid an extra $60 .... was never ever told that I had to pay a delivery fee after I had already paid at the store.

Went here to get a special rug I found online. Was suppose to be 20% off. But didnt get it in the store.

The employees are friendly! Often employees in discount stores never smile, these folks actually appear to enjoy their work. It is always a pleasant experience to shop here! The selection is good, the store is clean and neat.

I love Big Lots I new they had what I was looking for. A new mouse for are computer.great price $10.00. They have the best ready made cookies, I buy Everytime I go there. Bought 2 Simmons pillows nice $10.00 great buy. They are having sales all the over the store.

Since covid 19 showed up, the store is messy and under stocked. Guess its understandable tho.

Found almost everything I was looking for, except I couldnt find any microwaves. They had all the other appliances though. Service was really friendly too!

Wonderful service both in the store and when placing telephone inquiries. User friendly phone app. Nice selection of competitively priced products although they are often moved throughout the store and then hard to locate. A good discount store.

We went in to look for a table and the one we wanted was out of stock but the lady helping us kindly made some calls and we were able to get the table we were looking for very quickly! Happy campers!

Enjoy going here to see what new grocery items are available that are not in local stores yet. Have great sales on canned name-brand veggies. Lots of unique pasta choices, cereals, chips, even some organics like Annies. I personally do not go for furniture, toiletry items or kitchen paper/plastic stock. Staff seem helpful at registers but not out on store floor; mine normally found.

Is the store on 63rd going out of business? If not they are making room for some more furniture or cars.... Something!

The lady who did my check out was all smiles..multi-tasking with phones..patrons..and my silly self. She was funny and made my shopping experience pleasurable. Good prices. Good selections.

I love it here. Every thing is super affordable. Its a great place if you are moving out of your parents house or just starting fresh. I usually buy my dishware, pots and pans, and silverware here. They also do great with holidays on a budget.
