Everything was fine with the order until one window arrived cracked.This was our third set we ordered, first two a few years ago. This set was to finish our house.One small window was cracked on delivery. Install team saw this and said they would order a new sash. They continued the install and said replacement would be a 10 minute job.After 2 months I called and found out the replacement window had never been ordered. The lady took down all information and said it would be ordered.After 2 months I again called and got the same story, it had not been ordered. Once again she took the information and said it would be put on priority because of what happened. I got a call from install team and he verified measurements.After almost 2 months I called and they found the order but it wasnt in yet. I got a call 2 weeks later to setup install a week later.When a guy came out he started taking pictures and measurements. He did not know the window was in the warehouse so nothing was done. Setup an appointment for 5 days later.He came out, install lasted 10 minutes, and wished us a good day.The total lack of communication, time involved (more than 6 months) and difficulty in getting thru to an actual person has made us lose faith in Champion Windows. We are considering other sources for 2 doors and a patio door.
Russell Green from Champion was excellent. My wife and I being first time home owners, were very worried this would be a painful process and not to mention expensive, we were wrong. It was so easy, And so cheap! They have a wonderful selection of windows and frames to chose from all at very affordable prices. Did I mention the lifetime warranty? They will definitely be getting a call about build my sunroom. 5 star service and customer service.
Ron was very professional and explained everything clearly. We went through the various options available and I was able to select the type of doors that met my needs. I used Champion to replace my windows several years ago and was satisfied with the results which is why I decided to use Champion again for replacing my entry doors.
Ron, the siding sales rep, arrived on time, spent a few minutes getting to know us and did a very accurate measuring job. He was very helpful in finding a combination of pricing and quality to meet our needs. Very professional!
Horrible customer service. I have used Champion before to replace all our windows with no major issue. We paid August 2020 for a sliding patio door to be replaced. It took until December for that to be installed, which was way over the estimate, but we didnt complain at the time. The size of the door was slightly off so there was too much of a gap all around and caused a poor installation including the lock which is not installed securely. Also the screen door was completely the wrong size and was several feet too wide for the door causing the opening to be blocked no matter the position of the screen. Champion did not install the screen door and told us they would order a new one.We have been waiting since December for them to get the correct screen door and still have not received it. I have called their corporate number at least a dozen times and get no help, just letting me know it is on order. My requests to talk to a manager are denied and when they say someone will reach out to me they dont. I have been following up nearly weekly for 3 months and not a single person from Champion has called me or reached out. I have called the local number and it ties directly to the same phone tree as calling corporate.I am not one to write reviews, but his is my last resort as I cant receive service any other way apparently. I am a very reasonable person, as I have now waited over 10 months for my project to be completed. I understand it is a busy time, but their complete lack of service/communication/follow up is ridiculous.
Ron Hughes came out today and gave an excellent presentation on Champion Windows. He showed us how we could cut our energy bill by installing Champion Windows. This will be the second house we have had Champion Windows installed in our house. Thanks Ron Hughes and Champion Windows for making our new windows affordable and reliable.

So weve had these ugly round top windows since we moved in and they are going on 30yrs old. They leaked the heat out so fast it was hard to pay for all the heating we needed to do to keep the kids rooms from freezing.We had a couple different companies come out and look at our project and I have to say Champion had the most examples to show off how well their windows were built. The convenient thing about this was I knew what to ask some of the other sellers I had come out afterward. One of the biggest points they had going for them is that they werent trying to sell me before walking out the door. Another major reason was their life time warranty, which I honestly hadnt thought of when starting this process. They were very helpful and the price was better then I expected.After the brick layers did their work Champion came and placed the windows and I have to say that it has been great having them in. The front of the house looks so much better and I cant wait to test them out in the summer.

We are very pleased thus far with Champion Windows as our contractor for our future sunroom. We have seen the high quality components in their showroom and are very pleased with their Warranty. We expect to have many years of pleasure in this room without concern of high maintenance and repair costs in the future. The Sales Rep that did our estimate was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I am rating 4 stars at this point since we havent had the sunroom installed yet but expect to upgrade to 5 stars after install. I plan on updating post.
As my window installation hasnt been completed yet, I am writing this to rate just the sales portion that Ive experienced so far. Our salesperson was on time and very personable. He was honest with the pricing and products, and was able to answer all of my questions!
Replacement windows have been selected and ordered, with about a six week delivery schedule. Sales rep was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.
Well our sales rep Bo was amazing. Sold us our windows and our installation guy was great too. During installation one of our screens was ripped. Our guy told us to call and make a service request so we did. Later that same week of installation, we noticed our front window was cracked so we called and made another service request. This was in JULY! We finally had a guy come out to see the broken window in November and still have heard nothing. Except a letter stating we have a balance! When we were told that we wouldn’t have to pay in full until we were completely satisfied! We are not happy with Champion Windows at all!
I have used Champion Windows 3 times. The first time my Mother surprised me with all new windows in my old home. My new windows are awesome. They keep my house warmer and quieter. I live on a busy highway so anything that cuts down on the noise is great. Years later one window got a chip in it and Champion replaced it free. Later, I added and storm door on my back door which I really needed to helped with the wind and cold in the winter time. This summer I decided that I was either going to have to repair and paint my trim or getting siding put on. I opted to get siding since it would last longer and I wouldnt to pay someone to paint it every year. I called Champion Windows and signed a contract. They sent Joe H. out to do the Job he and his helper did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves everyday. It took 3 days, but was worth it since I was able to watch and see that they paid attention the details. By not rushing the job I think they did a better job. I was very happy with Joes work. So far, I am very happy with Champion Windows. They are always friendly, helpful and responsive. I do believe they are a little more expensive than other businesses that do windows, doors and siding, but I would rather have quality and good customer service than get a deal that could cost more in the long run.

Because of the quality workmanship, prices and willingness to work with me financially, I chose to work with them again on this purchase.From start to finish, quality workmanship, courteous installers, and impeccable clean up after work was done, made the process seamless.

Warranty replacement sucks. Very quick to come out, take the $99 check (yeah, must pay to get your warranty honored). That was 5 months ago. They will not return my calls. Go elsewhere! Their installation was sub par as well.
My mother bought Champion windows several years ago and is still very happy with them. We are in dire need of windows. Mr. Green came to measure and provide an estimate. The windows are superior to others in the industry. I like that they are built by Champion and built especially for our house. No cookie cutter here! We are ready to say goodbye to these old aluminum frames. What a relief!
We are having windows and siding done on our daughters house. Russ Green showed up right when he said he would, very polite and professional. He explained the whole process from the start and made sure everyones questions were answered satisfactorily. Demonstrated the products well and was very knowledgeable. So far it has been an excellent start to this project Looking forward to the rest of the job.
Very unsatisfied of how I was talked to over the phone. The Rep had no compassion what so ever and very unprofessional. I just bought a home a couple a months ago and the previous owner PAID money to transfer the warranty under my name because pretty much every window in the house the inside thermal needed to be replaced. We were hoping this could have gotten resolved before I moved in but due to Covid, Champion wasnt able to come out fast enough during our closing process. This Company wants me to fork out $1,400 to replace their faulty windows because this house has been sold 3 times(This house was sold 2x with in the family) and once you transfer the warranty 3 times the warranty is basically no longer good, thats what customer service said, but you took his money anyways and probably didnt tell him that. You need to refund this gentlemens money back. Oh, but out of all the 3 transfers windows never got replaced!!!!! They came out to replace a latch and fix a seal. Not my fault the home owners were lazy and didnt want to fix them. The inspector who came out said at one time they received a huge batch of bad windows. Very sad

We were looking at several companies and getting bids to replace 44 windows in our home. After several disappointing bids and salesman we set up an appointment with Champion. We are elated with the customer service and pricing we received and will be installing Champion Windows! Our Salesman Bo Broadwater is doing an outstanding job and delivering A-1 customer service! We feel like he’s not just our salesman but a good friend! He’s fantastic!
I can honestly say I will never purchase windows or a sunroom from this group again. From the time an order is purchased, it is many months before installation. Purchase early August and hopeful to get installation in December? What? Its difficult to get a straight answer from this group. Had to basically threaten to cancel project before I could get an install date. Installer moans and groans about company and how terrible and pressured his job has become. This puts stress on the customer and is extremely unprofessional. Hey Champion, your problems are not my problem. Im sick of this company already and my sunroom hasnt even been installed yet. Yes one star so far. Also, I didnt like the pressure of purchasing windows when the salesman arrived. They want you to make a decision the day the salesman arrived or you dont get the discount. Champion, you havent impressed me yet.
Don’t let them fool you. They claim 100% guaranteed but nothing about a service fee. There is a service call fee for Warranty work. I’ve purchased windows and doors for two different houses over the years. I purchased these windows and doors for more than the market value because of the 100% guarantee. My first set of doors I was never charged a fee to fix their product and now with my new home they want to charge me a service fee. There is no loyalty to repeat customer.
They have not responded to any phone calls. Have been calling for a month. Paid for siding and two windows to be installed took three weeks to get the measurements for the windows. Still have not heard back about the siding.
My windows are 10 yrs old and Champions said they would take care of any problems with windows. Well thats not so true. It takes forever to reach someone in service. The service department has one lady and she not located in OKC. No direct phone number to speak with them in OKC. The guy took my screens that needed fitting and it be 10-12 weeks since I heard from him. Called Champions again took awhile to speak with the same lady in service, she had no solution for me. I ask for the address here in OKC and she did give me that. The hubby and me had to go out there to find my screens the guy said that he was taking back to warehouse to find my screen and fit them. But he called me when he got the info the my screen kind was not available at the moment and he would order it and bring them back in two weeks....well that was 10-12 weeks ago. There were two men in the store and one checked on my screens and they were there. Thank you Lord! But they were not fitted. The man gave me his business card with his cell phone number on it and promised me the screens would be done when the screens replacements come in. Well that was 11/11/2020. So in 2 weeks if they dont have it, I will be picking my screens up and bring them home and will figure out myself how to do them.. oh yea getting my $99.00 service fee back bc they want that up front. ⚠️ dont do the up front bc I probably wont see it again.
Russ Green met at our home and gave us lots of details about the Champion windows. We wanted to enlarge one of the windows and they were able to agree to do the work with this enlargement. Nice working with just one business to get the complete job done.

Champion Windows build my patio room for me about 15 yrs ago. I still am enjoying it today. I had them add a heat & air unit and I am so glad I did. Something you may want to think about, because it can get very hot or cold in the patio room without it. Also, had a cat door add for my cat. Now, if I can only keep my daughters dog from using it. The only issues I have ever had was a chipped window, which Champion replaced for free. I also had a a couple of screens on my doors torn, one was a bird strike. They replaced both screens for free. Joe repaired the last one just a couple of months ago. So, yes, I have been very happy with Champion Windows.
I had siding trim around windows and facia. They also boarded up and put siding on my screened in patio. I am so pleased with the results. They were on time and did great work. Our salesman, Greg, was amazing to work with.
It took awhile for windows to be fabricated due to a special design but quality of installation and workmanship was great
I honestly don’t even know where to start.....we purchased our siding, windows and gutters in Jun of 2020 and was told by Russ that our stuff would be in between 4-8 weeks. We paid half down and as soon as he left our house, that was the last time we saw or heard from Russ. We had a bathroom place come in the same week as champion and was told that the wait time would be the exact same. Our bathroom started and almost finished before our siding was even started. It was over the 8 week mark and I could not get anyone on the phone other than their customer service number, which was useless as well. They called on the 19th of August to come instal the windows the next day(which was my daughters birthday and family was in state so we were busy) I told them no and that we can SCHEDULE for the following Monday to have them installed. He acted like this was such an inconvenience and was so rude and said uhhh I guess if that’s the best we got then it’ll have to do. Seriously?!?!?! He said they would call 30 minutes before they arrived on Monday and then they just showed up and rang the doorbell without a phone call. We continued waiting and waiting for a call to schedule for our siding but never got it so I had to call and was told that they had already scheduled us for That following monday(really?!?! Because no one called us to schedule this) I said whatever at this point bc I was tired of waiting. Well I FINALLY get a phone call from the installation manager and said they rescheduled me for that Wednesday. Ok fine whatever. Guess who DID NOT show up on Wednesday!!!! Thursday they show up band start working, I just so happen to walk into the back yard and notice areas that are suppose to be a certain color were NOT the color they needed to be. As they were doing the siding, it was very apparent that when Russ was here talking to us, he wasn’t listening to what we wanted! We are now several days with our new siding and now left waiting for the gutters to be installed.... I feel like we had to settle for what was done even though some parts aren’t the colors they are suppose to be. At this point, I just want my gutters put up like they are suppose to be done and then be done with champion all together! I’m not one to generally write reviews and complain but at this point, what else am I suppose to do??
On June 19, 2020 I purchased a sliding glass door for my existing Champion sunroom and I also purchased a replacement window. I paid in full at the time of purchase and was told that the door and window would be ordered and take approximately 6 weeks to arrive. Let me preface this with I do not normally write reviews. I am only writing this review in hopes of saving someone else the time and frustration.From June 19th to August 19, there was no communication from Champion, even with my calling their corporate customer service multiple times and being told that I would receive a phone call in return. I never received the return phone calls. To say their corporate customer service is poor is an understatement. I have been hung up on, transferred without my consent, spoken over, I could go on. Given that I was told a lead time of 6 weeks by my salesman, I was frustrated at this point. Here we are over 14 weeks from the time that I purchased both the sunroom door and the window and NEITHER installations are complete, I would give them zero stars if I could.The sunroom door was partially installed on August 21, 2020. At the time of install, I was told that the screen door did not arrive with the glass door, however as soon as it came in they would come and install it. Now it is September 28, 2020, over 5 weeks later and the screen door still has not arrived. No one can explain why it hasnt arrived and no one can provide an ETA. I have no answers and Champion has my money.The window arrived and was scheduled for installation on September 15, 2020. The installers came to install the window for us to learn that the window that arrived was not what we ordered. We ordered the window with diagonal grids to be identical to the window that we are replacing. The window that they brought out to my home to install has no grids, it is a completely clear window. As a result, they had to start the process all over again and reorder a new window. We have no ETA for this new window. At this point we will be lucky if these issues are resolved before the end of the year, a six-week process that has turned into months with no answers or ETAs. Beware!

We used Champion to replace our windows several years ago and recently had them come out to replace our sliding door as well. Great quality and excellent service response. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and educated in regards to your purchase.
I felt like I was making a good decision by purchasing replacement windows for my house directly from a manufacture that gave a lifetime warranty. I had Champion also install the windows knowing that if anything went wrong the issue would be with Champion. Champion came out and said that when there is a lot of water on the window it could not handle that much water and it would cause a flood. I ended up getting mold right under one of my windowsills and had to pay a lot of money to a company for mold remediation. Champion did not honor their lifetime warranty.
I scheduled an appointment for a estimate to replace my windows. I called and confirmed my appointment. I was told the appointment was confirmed and someone would be out to do the estimate. Needless to say no came or called to cancel or reschedule. I find this to be very unprofessional. I called to find out why no one showed up or called, the lady told me I was on the schedule, but she would reach out to the salesman and find out why. She also asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told her no since I had called to confirm my own appointment. A salesmen called me back told me there was a glitch in the system and they were converting software systems. I had to tell him I had called to confirm my appointment. So a glitch in the system is going to be a good reason for no showing up or calling. Oh and by the way the lady I talked to earlier confirmed that I was on the schedule.

Mike was very Knowledgeable and had no problem answering all our questions. After comparing SEVERAL different companies Champion had all the options we were looking for with the best overall warranty.
This company installed four vinyl replacement windows in my home in 2007 and I recently contacted them to repair one of these windows when it was broken. I have received very bad service from this company the entire time I have dealt with them. First, the salesmen was misleading when discussing the terms of my financing plan, and I ended up paying more each month than I thought I would. Also, it turns out the warranty is misleading because it does not cover all breakage, as the salesman led me to believe. Next, the only person at this company who can speak to you regarding your file is the salesman who handled the sale. I have called numerous times to check on the price to install the remaining windows, and am always told the salesman will have to call me back. This also applies to paying for the windows. I drove about an hour round-trip to the showroom to pay for installing the remaining windows, and the salesman in the showroom could not take my payment because the salesman who handled my sale initially was not in the building. The final straw was when they did not uphold the warranty and gave me the run around when I tried to discuss it with them. I want nothing to do with this company and advise all others to avoid them. I am removing the Champion windows I have and am replacing them with windows from another company.
It’s really disappointing to see the low ratings as ours is totally opposite. We had an outstanding experience with Ricky, Dale, Joey and Jeremy.Ricky first arrived Monday on time for scheduled appointment, understood what we were wanting, pointed out an egress constraint and discussed options to mitigate. Took lots of pics and measurements and left committing to get back with sketches by end of week. We got first draft on Thursday. Finalized the design and quote was next. He invited us into showroom to see the various options. We did, finalized and accepted quote.The next week Dale came out and verified the details and built material list. Told us it would be 6-8 weeks to get in. The materials arrived in 4 weeks. I was betting on the 6 weeks and was not ready prepping the space. Scheduled construction crew for 3 weeks out.Joey and Jeremy built the 4 season space and screened in porch (to satisfy egress issue). Their work is outstanding! They are top notch craftsmen, efficient and leave a safe work area at the end of each day. Took better part of a week and I have plenty of pics to prove their workOooook, was it all perfect? Yes, accept for a picture window that was cut wrong at factory. They placed a sheet of plywood in its place, ordered right one and back out to finish up.Quality all the way around! Thanks all!

These people are so rude. They do not want to help you at all. The ladies that answer the phone are a joke. They will not give you the salesmen number or tell them you called. I went around and around with them for a week before I could talk to him and schedule to put my door in. I was on vacation the next week but after all the run around I had to take another day off to get it put in. One of my windows went bad and it took 3 months to come in and then they wanted to charge me a $100.00 to put it in what a joke. I picked it up and did it myself. When I picked it up they acted like they where to good to talk to me. They brought it out and put it on the floor and walked away. How rude!!!!!!! People like me pay there bills or maybe they do not want any business. They are so rude would you please check into this Oklahoma City office and make some changes. I bought this product for the lifetime but with that customer service I will start replacing them with another company that cares. I work hard for money and I would like a little respect not silence. PLEASE do not use these people. You will be highly disappointed with the whole experience. Take it from someone who learned it the hard way and after a lot of hard earned money. They do not care about their customers after you sign the contract. Like I said I had to replace my bad window myself because they did not care.

We selected Champion based on pricing. We havent even been measured for our siding yet and already have issues with scheduling, them accessing financial accounts for payment. Go with your gut, Cheaper aint always better🤨
We have Champion windows all through our home. One window has clouded up and we called for replacement on August 3, 2018. They have been out to replace it two times, both times the window is completely the wrong size. This is a major window in the living room area. Was hoping it would get done in time for holidays. Not happening now as they are running way behind and it takes6 or more weeks. I have tried to contact manager 3 times, but he is never there or never returns my call. I thought Champion Windows being a reputable company would be more responsive, or get the measurements right, at least the 2nd time. Dissapointed in the service aspect.

I will not be calling them for anything..... I made an appointment for my Aunt for them to come out and give an estimate on two of her windows. I explained to them the her windows were broken due to an attempted break in. An appointment was scheduled and a text reminder for her appointment was sent but no one showed up.. when I called to see what happened, I was told that the representative who was suppose to come cancelled the appointment because they dont repair windows. Noone called my aunt to let her know nor did anyone informed us that they couldnt do the job. I called the representative Pat Obrian twice and left messages and still no returned call. Their customer service SUCKS and the way they do business SUCKS. Their are very unprofessional and have no respect or regards for their customers.... I will not use them for NOTHING...

Ken, if they did a bad job, then you should file a complaint with BBB. I was going to use them but their prices where too much. I ended up using Pro Tek out of Norman, and they did a great job!!!
