They no showed and blamed me for their mistake

Brook came out and got our locks changed quickly and was great to work with. I appreciate how friendly everyone I spoke was and the price was a plus as well. My storm door was broke so I found their number in the directory. I called set up an appointment within a day. Russell Wise came out repaired my door and now it’s working and locking again. We needed to get the bathroom door widened from 32 inches to 36 inches among other things so got an itemized estimate from a company that did bathrooms. When the door estimate was over nine hundred dollars I had a Flying Locksmith tech give an estimate which was four hundred plus tax so I set up a schedule for the work. He arrived on time. Did an excellent job, including cleaning the entire area up. Best of all, he finished early so I could go back to work, and I got charged less than the estimate since he finished so quick.

Samson and his crew did a great job, I had a window in my dinning area that I wanted to add french doors to and the existing back door taken out completely, they re-bricked the old door area and you can not even tell that it was a door at one time. The work was done in a timely manner and very professionally. I am very happy that I went thru this company now that the work is all done. The cost for all the work they did was well worth it. I can now enjoy going out on the patio (when the weather cools down a bit first). I wish I had the photos to show but at this time i can not upload them :(

The men from Flying Locksmiths did an excellent job! They managed a job that several other companies either turned down or gave us information that was wrong and/or conflicting. They had a barn door custom built for us and it is perfect. The gentlemen who installed it were on time, polite, neat and did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to contact them again if needed!

I had very bad experience with this locksmith company. The employees of this company are unprofessional and not know what they are doing. I called them to fix my front door lock, the guy on the phone said that an employee of the company will reach you within minutes. I feel good because its a main door and need to fix asap. I waited for more than hours no one arrived, I called them again and the guy over the phone said me very rudely that all locksmiths are busy wait for more hours or hire someone else. I said you wasted my time why dont you said me this before, this is really disgusting. Do not trust this company, because they will not reach you when you need them in such emergency situation. Not recommended this unprofessional company.
