I got my double sided window replaced by Central Glass after my dog broke the window. They were incredibly quick with getting back to me with a quote and scheduling an appointment to come get measurements for the window. Their price was extremely fair and they let me know it would be about two weeks to get the window in. As soon as they received the window they called me to schedule a time to replace it that day. It only took about 20 minutes. Awesome company and even better service.

Jan was so kind and a good listener. I had a contractor ruin my new shower and she is going to make a shower door so that all is working smoothly.

I recently got my second frame less shower door installed by Central Glass and Mirror. All I can say is that they are one of the only companies that I have dealt with in the home improvement industry that understands customer service. From the initial online quote, to the scheduling of the estimate, to the installation. Amazing. We purchased a foreclosure and have literally re done the entire house. These shower doors were our last project. This company is literally the only contractor that actually showed up when they said they would, called to confirm they were on the way, and cleaned up their mess after the job was complete. I cannot say enough positive things about them and would totally recommend them. 5 stars for sure!

Great customer service from Julie! I had a break in where they busted my master bath window. It is a special order double pane 42x42 window that would take almost 2 weeks to order. I did not want to have to leave the house with that window broken and no one at home. Julie sent out someone the same day to board up the window until the new one was ordered. Thank you so much Central Glass! You definitely put my mind at ease at a very stressful time!

Great people! Theyve done our shower door, a custom glass top for our desk and a mirror in the guest bath. We couldnt be happier!

I had an account with these folks for a couple of years. Over that period, more than once they let me down. The last time I was in there I had made a custom template of the glass I needed. Julie took the template and told me it would be 2 weeks until they had it ready. When the 2 weeks were up, I called to check progress and they told me that since I hadnt payed a deposit that they didnt order it. Well I had an account with them so Im not sure why a deposit was needed, but even if I didnt have an account, they could have called me or mentioned the deposit thing. Instead they just accepted my template, quoted me a price and said it would be two weeks. Any normal human would expect that means they were making my glass. They didnt even apologize, but instead blamed me for not giving them a deposit when none was mentioned. I was pretty mad as their failure set back a project and caused me embarrassment with my customer. I picked up my template, went downtown to City Glass and spoke with Tim there. I saved almost half of what Central Glass was going to charge and they had it ready in less than a week. Thats when I realized how bad of service Id been getting here. Never again Central Glass.
