ABSOLUTELY APPALLED!!! NO REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE!! How can you hire people to drive and advertise your business that drive 40+ mph through a school zone swerving in and out of traffic!! ITS 25 MPH down May Avenue at 4pm on school days!! This driver is the reason I dont let my child walk away from the school property !!

Absolutely stellar customer service! I called on the phone to replace a changing mirror that had broken. Once I arrived, they completed the custom cut mirror on the spot, and for a very fair price. Super friendly staff, great service, and very reasonable rates. My only regret is I cant give them more than FIVE stars, they rock! Thank you.

Awesome work from these guys! Another glass company here in the metro told me I couldnt have a frame-less shower surround because of the way my bathroom was built. The guy said itll never work, so he quoted me over 4k for a framed shower surround! Called Duncan glass, they sent someone over and he didnt understand why the other company said that. Then he quoted and installed my frame-less shower surround for LESS than HALF of the other place!!! I waited a year to do this review to make sure everything was going to be ok.....yup, still looks like it did on day one!!!!

I wrote this giant long review a thing I’m known.A complete bath remodel. It was a mess. Had already decided on the doors. Last minute, after all the other issues we went through, just before placing our deposit at another place that was very nice, wehit Duncan Glass & Mirror. If you’re expecting a beautiful high dollar showroom, wrong place. A line of new company vehicles. A man in a booth asks you what you need. He tells you about his product, answers all your questions then, when he can have someone out to make sure all is up to their standards strength wise. They showed on time, used lasers to be correct. Called when the glass arrived a few days later. Set a time for install. Just over an hour, All was complete. Advised how long to wait before use. Around 24 hours.We are doing a couple more days as we are putting on the coating to keep off the hard water and soap. Get it at Home Depot. Lasts 3 years, take your time, watch it on YouTube. Yes the office is small. No hard core sales staff. Read their comments. They are there to put in your glass, not to give you melted glacier ice water!! The door is in, I have the paperwork to show you. We saved $1000.00. It’s glass, not crystal. The install was perfect. That $1000.00 bought the granite counter top or the faucets etc. Hire these folks. No nonsense, just great service. $1000.00 in savings, think about that!

I am usually not one to write reviews; however, this company came out to do measurements for quite an expansive project. After several weeks said they were still waiting on quotes from manufacturers. After several more weeks I contacted them again, and are saying they basically cannot get to it for another 6-8 weeks, but can get prices. That was a week ago and still cannot even get any prices. If you want to use a business that will not communicate with their “potential” customers then have at it. If you want to get anything done in a timely manner then you better find someone else. It has taken 2 months and still cannot even get a quote from them. Unacceptable lack of communication!

Called for an estimate to repair the glass in my storm door. The appointment was set for Thursday morning. Thursday at 11am I called to inquire when/if anyone was actually coming and was told someone would have to call me back. No one ever called back or showed up and I took off work to be home. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I would recommend going elsewhere if you care about your time.

We ordered shower glass, shower doors, cabinet glass inserts, and table top glass from Duncan glass and mirrors, and everything looks great! The measurements werent perfect the first time, but over a few tries they ended up fixing everything! Their prices were definitely the best.

In the process of setting up a new barber shop and needed 5x3 mirrors; and the mirrors we ordered from home depot were too thin for what we needed. called a few mirror places and received very expensive quotes for because of the size and thickness. called this shop and not only did we get what we desired, but we got it for less than the cheap, thin mirrors at home depot. and in less than an hour from when i called for the quote. they saved us money, time, and a lot of sanity.

I would strongly recommend Duncan glass to everyone for their price, service, the way if dealing with their customers .They’re friendly, knowledgeable and for sure I’m very satisfied.

Very dissatisfied! Installers came on Tuesday to install glass shower doors only to realize they had 2 left panels and no right panel to finish the install. After the install we realized they did not give us a door sweep. Had to call and have them bring us one. After the final tile work was done and we cleaned up the glass we realized there was a 3/4 inch scratch half way up the glass. Contacted Duncan Glass and were told there was nothing they could or would do about it. Also had them install beveling on 4 mirrors. They came out and only had 2 of the 4 bevelings. Had to schedule another appointment for the remaining 2 mirrors and after final install one was crooked. 2 weeks after all was complete the top of one of the beveling fell off and broke so we called and they did come back out to replace the top beveling. At that time showed them the scratch and they eventually agreed to replace the piece of glass. After 100 days and numerous cancelled appointments promising to replace the glass we have finally given up! Would not recommend thiscompany!
