Horrible place. Window at my business was supposed to be installed two weeks ago. No call. No show. When I finally called she told me her guy will try to work me in sometime this week and blamed on the storm... It was scheduled to be installed b4 the storm... If you are looking for a place that will take care of you and do what they say they will do then do not call this place.

Fantastic service! I took my car in to have my windshield replaced and they scheduled me for the following day. Not only was the Metro Glass quote HALF of what Safelite quoted me, but the service was done faster than they quoted me as well! They said it would be done in one hour and they called me back in 45 minutes. I saved $247 by choosing Metro Glass and I couldnt recommend them enough. Thank you!

The installer did a good job. It took 4 weeks from the time I called them until the window was replaced. Do not expect much from their office staff, treated like I was a nuisance not a customer.

Job well done but in this day and age they need to look into using more electronic communication tools rather than just phone calls. I had to email and ask for a sales receipt rather than it being automatically emailed to me.

Leigh Ann was very professional and helpful when setting up our order and scheduling our appointment . I called several companies and Metro Glass prices were the most competitive. When they came to install the door in my home they were kind and even cleaned up their mess. A few years ago my Mother had her living room window replaced and was very satisfied with her experience. . I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

Hired them to you install new shower doors and repair a window. Very professional! Great prices, excellent customer service. They said the shower doors would take 10 days to get in, but we had them in less than a week!! I would definitely use this company again.

We had our whole house mirrors and glass done by Metro Glass. We love our Frameless Master Shower glass. A few mirrors were cut at the wrong size, but they came back out the next day with new ones. Great price and service. Chris was great to work with!

Had windshield replaced on my Cadillac Escalade. Lilly was great to speak to, she got me a quote, scheduled appt, and Metro Glass gave me the best price. Replacement service was as estimated. People say you get what you pay for, but this case, you get more than what you pay for, with the excellent service. Do yourself a favor and check here before going somewhere else! Metro Glass is the place to go for auto glass installation. They are fast and the service is great.

Were building a new house on a deadline. The builder had painters doing touch up work inside and out when the installers showed up to install glass doors, mirrors and shower enclosures. The installers walked in saw a ladder in one bathroom turned around and walked out. They told the builder the house was full of people and ladders were in the way. Metro Glass then made arrangements to return on Saturday to install everything. They installed the mirrors, the glass in 4 cabinet doors which later that evening we found one doors glass beginning to crack. By the time Sunday rolled around the glass was cracked in several places. The reason the glass in the doors began to crack was they installed glass, it was done with zero tolerance for expansion. They did not install the three shower enclosures as scheduled on Saturday. Monday moring we sent an email to the builder to Fire Metro Glass due to a lack of ability to perform. We do not want anyone who doesnt want to work nor are we paying for poor workmanship and quality.

Fantastic experience! Came to Metro Glass after SafeLite increased their estimate by $200+ with no explanation. Metro Glass beat SafeLites original estimate by $100! There was no bait and switch like I experienced with SafeLite. They installed the glass quickly and were very courteous. Highly recommend!!

Unless you are one of the big GCs (General Contractors) that do all their glass business with Metro Glass, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I could show you the pictures of the mold growing around the commercial windows they installed on my office building a few years ago (through one of those GCs) or I could show you the emails and communications of FOUR MEETINGS and multiple phone calls of me trying for 5 months now to get ONE (just one window, sized 14x74) office building window replaced... or their overpriced $550+ bid five months and four visits later to fix it. Instead, just skip working with these people. If you arent a big job or one of their favorite contractors that send them lots of business, you will know it by how small they treat you.

Do not i repeat DO NOT use this company they will steal your money and clean your account dry for every penny you have not only do they overcharge by 700% of what the glass costs they will NEVER EVER GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They fire all their experienced staff so they can pay everyone 10$ an hour. This is why they can never get it right the first time they have nothing but noobies working their that dont know what they are doing at all i would not let them in my house again . not only are the installers incompetent the manager mike cant even measure right my fiance had to tell him how to do his job when he was here. He meausred 3 out of the 4 mirrors we were getting completly wrong then they couldnt get it right the 2nd time 3rd time finally they got the mirrors installed the 4th time .This company has nothing but idiots working for them then the management cantread a tape measure to save his life call any glass company just not this one there is no way another company could be worse than this
