We Bought a new 21’ above ground doughboy pool and had them install it. Let me tell you, they did a great job. We were in and purchased the pool in about 30 minutes and about a month later JD and his crew came out with the pool to install. They did all the dirt work the first day and fished the installation the next day. They went home at noon the first day because it was 100° that day. We had the center dug our to be about 7’ in the middle and they went above and beyond and it turned out great. No wrinkles in the liner and they cleaned up behind themselves. Very nice guys. Price was great for all the work they did.If you need anything for your pool or pump including chemicals, leisure time has it or can get it quickly. I’ve NEVER been disappointed.

Needed a big variety of things and was helped by multiple people who were all very nice in helping us gather up all the things we were shopping for. We took up about an hour of thier time asking questions about most items we were looking to buy, and they got us almost everything we needed. Only thing they didnt have in stock was an inside of pool only latter, but they took our name and address and phone info to let us know when the manufacturer ships out what we need.Great service today. Even helped load up all our items. Thanks to all that helped us today.

Last year we were looking for a hot tub 2 to 3 person. We looked locally but they were trying so hard to sell us a 4 to 6 person tub. We loaded up made the 100 mile trip to Oklahoma City went to one that is advertised on TV and they were alittle pushy as well. Drove to Liesure Time and Jordan took us back listened to what we were wanting and showed us 3 hot tubs that fit what we were looking for. We narrowed it down to 2 and he suggested the one we could use a 1 step or just flat out step over into it. Seeing not far from retirement we decided on the that one so we werent climbing steps to get in.When its time to clean and change filters we always make the trip back down to pick up our supplies. Everyone there is always so helpful in getting us what we need.Had water issues 1 time called Jordan and he was able to tell me what I needed to do to get it right again.Strongly recommend Liesure Time Pools and Spas.

I bought my pool here and have bought supplies and had them service parts of my pool for six years. The last three weeks, Ive tried to get Logan to come to my house to review my pool because there could be a problem. Told me hed come TWICE and didnt show OR call either time. This morning, Bobby, the owner, basically told me he didnt care if theyd failed me because they have 10,000 happy customers. WOW. Wont be going back there! I didnt want to give them even one star on this review, but I had to.

I cant say enough how much I love them! Been with them I think 15 yrs. They solve any problem Ive had, and theres been alot! They talk me me through problems over the phone if possible. I cracked the fitting on my filter, took it in, they fixed it for a very reasonable price. They keep records so they know what parts fit your needs. LOVE This place!

Very informative and told me what to look for when comparing other spas. Once I went back to the 3 other stores and compared insulation, warranty and other factors...there was no question of where to purchase mine at. They went above and beyond to make sure of customer satisfaction.I was looking between 3 other places until I stopped by Leisusre Time on I-35, and they filled me in with so much more than others did, that I didnt need to go anywhere else.Financing and paperwork took almost 3 minutes.When you deal with the quality of employees and equipment they carry, you wont find a better place in this Central Region of the States.

I will be happy to change this rating. We bought a Doughboy Pool back in 1991 and the whole experience was wonderful. The first pool lasted 27 years with the original liner. We were ecstatic with the pool.I wont drag this out with alot of details, but so far Leisure Time North Side, dropped the ball. It shouldnt take a year to get them to put us on the list to install another pool. Time will tell, we did order a Doughboy Pool from the north side location 3 weeks ago. Again I will be happy to change this rating once our new pool is installed and running properly.

Leisure Time has been GREAT. I am new to owning a pool and bought one from them earlier this summer. They offered the best prices around and their customer service has been top notch. I was/am totally clueless to taking care of and maintaining a pool and theyve been patient and extremely informative every step of the way. I have been helped by the owner and a number of other employees and they have all been excellent. Highly recommend them!! :)

I made the mistake of not buying enough filters at the beginning of the pool season. Wal Mart and Academy were out. If I didnt need them I wouldnt have bought them here. They were $19.99 for a 2 pack! Everyone else is $5.99. I will be stocking up next spring! Way over priced!

Absolutely the worst customer service from the owner. Ordered parts back on Feb 17 2014. Today April 28 went in to pick up and no parts. Asked if she could call and check on it I was Told NO Im busy with shipping and was asked to leave. Bottom line VERY poor customer service, NO sense of urgency, NO sense of priority for the customer. Dont buy your pool here
