Could not get single wide with gas appliances, hot water tank or furnace. Could not even order one. I can understand not having one on the lot if they dont sell well in this market. Buy to make it where you cant even order one. Thats a deal breaker for me, to many power outages do to winds and ice storms.*Edit*It was not about getting gas appliances from you. I have Gas appliances already, just need the connection, if I can go and get a gas fired furnace and hot water tank locally. Then it should be possible for your company to do the same thing. The fact is I was ready to order a 80K + mobile home yesterday. But the lack of gas accommodations was and still Is a deal breaker. Excuses dont figure into it.

We absolutely LOVE our manufactured home!! We are currently in our 3rd home purchased from Solitaire on Shields. Toby and Tonya are the best! They know what TRUE customer service means and it shows that they truly LOVE what they do!! These homes are built to stand up!! We lost one of our Solitaires in a fire. After 3 plus hours of trying to get the fire completely out....we were still able to walk thru our home and salvage some items (the house was a total loss). These homes are constructed of great, real materials, no fake wood! If you are in the market, it is definitely worth stopping by and talking to these guys!!

I love the customer service from start to finish. Toby, Tonya, and Victor went above and beyond in helping us find our new home and made the whole process as easy as it could be. Thank you Solitaire for our new home at a great price. I highly recommend these guys over everyone else on shields. we are truly blessed.

I recently purchased a 1996 Solitaire Solitaire singlewide. The fact that this home was still in amazing shape was one thing, but equally as impressive was the loan value that was still there on my home. My bank didnt hesitate to finance my home due to the NADA value that it had. I called the Solitaire Homes lot in Oklahoma City looking for a transport and setup crew. I spoke with Tonya the office manager and she was beyond helpful and gave me all the information that I needed and explained the process to me in detail. Thank you Solitaire Homes for building a quality product and thank you Solitaire Homes of Oklahoma City for all of your help.

I would not recommend this place! Terrible customer service! We’ve been dealing with a leak in the roof since we bought it two and a half years ago. They came out and “fixed” it and it’s leaking worse than ever. Now they won’t do anything because our one year warranty is up. Corporate told us it’s our problem. We had a roofer come out and our roof was done completely wrong. Now we have a lawyer involved! We are spreading the word and will let everyone know not to go here and they will be hearing from our lawyer!

The people there are very professional and out to please the customer dirst

They are well worth the 5 stars and beyond!!We’ve never received service like this anywhere before .They make you feel like part of the family!I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with how smooth everything is going!We have 2 boys and they were so great with the kids being there during paperwork.We were never rushed once and they took time with us to explain everything and have been there to answer every single question we’ve asked ❤️I grew up in a solitaire home and still love that home! Above and beyond!!! I never dreamed when we walked into Solitaire homes in OKC on a Saturday evening in June at 6:05 (after closing) that we would be moving a home for my dad by the following Friday, that is less than a week!! I have been told by many that just doesnt happen that fast. While I do give God all the credit our family is blessed that we were led to Solitaire. Victor was the first representative we met and he help us find a home first thing, not pushy just listened to what we needed and helped us. Our request were big, and some would have turned us away. We were trying to get my dad, who has demintia out of a care facility and into a home (because of Covid- 19 restrictions) to extend his quality of life. As we sat down with Victor after finding a trailer on the lot, he got his general manager Toby involved right off the bat. That said alot because he acted fast, and didnt try to give is the run around. From that point on from Toby coming out the next Monday, making a trip for the closing on Tuesday, to geting the home set up and secured by Friday morning the experience was better than we could have ever imagined. Not to mention Toby always being avalible to answer our texts and calle when we needed something morning to night. I know the review is getting long, but I really could go on and on. There were so many things that Toby and Victor made happen that may have been out of what they were supposed to do but because of their true human kindness we feel so blessed to have them in our lives. So the customer service, was 5 star! I would be wrong to not add that my Dad is very happy with his new home. The Solitaire name speaks for itself from its solid Oklahoma roots it is a well built home. Already handeling 50-60 MPH winds we had in July. Great experience, Great people from sales to GM to set up crew all were exceptional! Thank you so much for investing your time in our family! Toby is doing it Right in OKC!

Best quality mobile homes. Trust me I did my research. Toby was amazing and always answered my needs. Will go back to buy one for my mother. Stop shopping around and go here. Plus Solitaires have best resale which I also researched. We love our new home!

When I bought my mobile home, I was told it was in a warehouse. They told me it was just like the model I had seen only it had mahogany cabinets. I asked them if I could see it and they assured me it was exactly the same. They delivered the mobile home the end of November and 4 1/2 months later it is still not repaired. There was so much damage and whoever repaired it, just put way too much mud and painted over it. I have a window that does not lock and for the last two months, I have had no hot water. My yard was totally destroyed because they took out all the grass. So far, I have spent $2,000.00 of my own money trying to save my mobile home from washing away. Now they don’t want to fix all the patches and we have been sanding it and trying to fix it . We have asked for paint so we don’t have to paint the whole interior. They will not fix my window or get the paint. They have brought several small amounts of paint and they are all the wrong color. We have been trying to fix the places since they never fixed them and none of the paint they have brought matches. Toby brought some paint last week for US not them to try to fix all the damages. It was too white and now we can’t finish because none of us the paint matches. It has been horrible. Tonya is great at selling, but she doesn’t give two hoots about you after she finalizes the sale. Toby in some ways has tried, but they have came several times and to this day, I haven’t been able to move in because it still hasn’t been repaired. I tried to talk to Tonya first and she is out of control and hangs up on you at work and then won’t answer the phone. I am hoping people will read this and I will never do business with Solitaire in Oklahoma City. We paid cash for the home and now everything is final. Legal action is our only alternative because they do not want to do what they should. This mobile home had so many damages and now I understand why they didn’t want me to see it. Toby said he offered to show me, but he never once offered to show it to me. The guys they hire to repair it, do not know how to do simple things. Then you have to sign a paper every time they come. I refused to sign one of the papers and Brian was furious. I feel like Toby and Tonya have lied to me over and over again. Tonya is horrible and so hateful, I can’t and don’t want to talk to her again. I told Toby yesterday if they would just get me the right color, we would do the painting at my own expense. The window was never touched and that should be repaired with the one year warranty and needs to be repaired by them. I am waiting on them to repair it because it is their responsibility. This has been horrible from start to finish and anyone who buys a mobile home from them better beware. Once they get the money, you are not going to get any service. My husband was killed in a car wreck last year and they preyed on my situation. Please help me get this finished and please look at what I am saying. This branch of Solitaire gives the whole company a bad name.

We had a great experience buying our home. The construction quality far surpasses all the other manufactured homes we viewed. Tanya in the office was great during the financing process and Toby the manager was great through the rest. The guys that brought our home to the property were real professionals. Glad we went with a solitaire.

The best built mfg homes around and your not paying for cheap bling. These are all real wood . quality and price is great .

We just bought our 3rd Solitaire double wide from here. Our last one got destroyed by a fire in December 2016. The manager Toby was awesome and made sure our process went smoothly so we could get into a home as soon as possible. We paid for our house on a Tuesday and it was delivered on that Friday!UPDATE: June 18, 2018. While getting into the house was great the after service has been a nightmare. Their service techs dont have a clue how to do simple things such as trim work, plumbing, door adjustments and so on. My disabled husband had to help the tech do some fixes to get them done at all. That included moving an overhead cabinet and assist with repairing a creaking floor.Its been nearly 18 months since purchase and we still need our carpet repaired and stretched. We have rusted nails on the siding along with hammer dings where each nail was placed too. We have about a dozen other things they never fixed. They lost our repair list three times.We have given up on them doing any more repairs and we will have to pay to get them fixed on our own.Oh and their service tech flooded our utility room and lost the keys to the door to the crawl space. My husband who is in heart failure had to go crawl around outside on the ground and to find the keys. They were buried in the sand by the back porch.

Really clean place with alot of homes. They can walk through every step.

Very poor customer service. Walked in the guy that has the office straight in front of the door blew me off. Didnt even show me anything. Went down the road to oakwood homes and got my home. They showed me around and took care of everything. Never will recommend solitaire homes to anybody. Ill refer them to oakwood.

Very disappointed in this dealership. Made statements that were not true. Implied that concrete foundation would secure home. It was just for cement blocks to rest on. Said we would get two rows of brick with foundation we did not. After sales service is non existent. Said we had one year warranty but then changed that to 60 days. Didnt want to fix problems. Bad ceiling fan, cracks etc.We really like the Solitaire Homes but go to Ardmore or Stillwater instead they both deliver to OKC area.
