HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! it’s like a living nightmare. Closed on house a month ago house was delivered over three weeks ago. The house sit for over two weeks before anything was even done including putting it on blocks. As of today still isn’t ready keep being told next week unfortunately next week never comes. They will jump through hoops for you UnTIL they have your money then your just pushed to back burner. They will stop answering calls after they get your money. Then tell you they’ve been extremely busy. Uhhhhmm. Busy?? Seems like no one has been busy working on getting my house done. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Really regretting this decision to buy here. I should have listened to the lady at solitaire across the street when she told me to avoid them at all costs. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and have mad some other phone calls as well. I just want this nightmare to be over as I’m now paying rent of 75/day plus a house payment for a house I can’t even move into yet. Great business ethics. They claim to understand the frustration supposedly yet make excuses as to why it’s not yet done like they have other houses to set up or they didn’t order the right trim or car problems. You name it I’ve heard them all. If. This post keeps just 1 person from experiencing the nightmare my family are currently experiencing right now then it’s served it’s purpose. I just want my home finished so I can live in it please!!!!UPDATE******Weather is the issue they say they have no control over. And it only needs a few minor cosmetic things done.

We were going to purchase a home and found the exact house in Tulsa for 20,000 cheaper. They did come down on price but still werent honest about the pricing and still wanted more than the other dealership advertised. My best advice shop around at all options. This is our 3rd disaster trying to purchase a manufactured home and our last!

Prices are pretty decent and if you want one new and build how you want it might be able to be done.

You can buy a real house for the same cost if not cheaper than these mobile homes, mobile homes lose value quick and are a terrible investment. 13.5k down 137k for a trailer that is absolutely crazy. You can buy a real house for way cheaper and have the city help you with downpayment and closing cost and get a nice house and land for the same price. DO NOT BUY!!!

This place is a joke and the homes are not worth what you pay for them. I got my home just over a year ago and its been nothing but a nightmare the front of my drawers are falling off my doors are coming off the trimming is falling down my fireplace is messed up and I can go on and on of the problems Im having and all the can tell me is its out of warranty I dont recommend then to anyone you will just waste ur money on trash !!!!!

Save yourself time and money and go to a reputable dealer. During my interview all the guy could do was talk about how much they over charge customers to make their bonuses. Hes old school in the sense that he doesnt feel the need to be honest and really care about people. He told me he wanted me to start right away, then didnt call me back. When I reached out to him, he lied to me then ghosted me again. He has the maturity of a 12 year old. Thank God I didnt buy from them. Th he positive reviews they do have are from employees. Run from these crooks if youre smart.

Only getting 2 stars because in the beginning Matt did attempt to help/put work orders in etc. even though that took 4 months. However, it has now been over 6 months and SEVERAL calls and emails and remaining issues/work orders are not done and the managers are conveniently out almost every time we call or are looking into it and never call back. We are owed $1500 leftover on our contract and plan to pursue it legally if needed. Would be awesome to get a response! Oh and you will likely have A/C issues in the larger homes but Im afraid this is a Legacy design flaw.

Five stars!First off let me say, purchasing a home is scary. Its a big step, but these guys really know how to guide you through the process and honestly answer any questions that arise, because they will! Here they seem to really know how to take away any fears that come along with buying a home while leaving you happy with your decisions along the way. Will recommend to friends and family!

Sold a home to my good friend. The house has so many defects in the workmanship. Carpet does not line up with the exterior walls, window trim is mis-aligned, walls are not straight.Buying a new home should be easy. This dealer has not been helpful at all.I would be devastated if this were my home.

It has been terrible!! Right now I’m sitting in my house with no air conditioners. We had had to fix 14 other things that were done wrong. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES. Even though Matt said this is the first time he has heard from me, he has heard from my kids NUMEROUS times. I am 85 years old. The reason we refused the service this time is because we are still waiting for a repairman who was supposed to be here a month ago. It’s too hot to wait for a repairman to MAYBE come. I have to have air conditioning now!

We purchased a tiny home from Heritage Housing that was built by Legacy for our 85 year old, newly widowed mother. She paid an extra $3,000 for special items for the house. When it arrived at the lot we questioned Matt Posey about the flooring. She ordered vinyl plank flooring and got CHEAP peel and stick tiles. There were large gaps between the tiles and glue all over the tiles. We also noticed blue trim paint on the white front porch posts and decking. We were excited about her home and Matt assured us he would make the flooring and paint issues right. Three days later they delivered her home. The flooring and paint were not fixed. We also discovered the kitchen cabinet doors were crooked, the front door was not square and wouldnt lock, a door stop was broken, there was a hole in the bedroom wall, the icemaker was missing, the shower doors (which we did not want) wouldnt close and were so flimsy our mother would have fallen if she leaned on them, and the utility room doors didnt close. Later we discovered the Formica in the kitchen wasnt glued well and the bathroom light switch was improperly installed and didnt work. We contacted Matt numerous times. They sent one repairman who glued a few tiles down, brought the icemaker, and somewhat squared up the front door. He did nothing else. We spent a month making repairs. Matt blamed the builder and took no ownership even though he sold it to us. The builder wont even respond to us. We just got our mom in the house and now find out the air conditioner units were installed incorrectly and with no Freon. I put a bad review on Matts Facebook page. When I refused to take it off he removed the review section. Dont use them! Bad company!!!

Horrible experience with heritage housing. We bought our house in January and STILL have not had everything fixed that was promised! I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. DO NOT BUY FROM MATT POSEY
