I have minimal experience in renting storage and Stephen was extremely helpful. I did everything over the phone, it was quick and easy! It turned out once I saw the unit 2 days later that it wasn’t going to work out for me. Stephen was so kind and refunded me what he was able to. No stress at all! I felt awful cancelling on him, but he was understanding and really puts the customer first!

Nikki was very helpful and answered all of my questions! She helped me to my unit and made the process very easy!

I was here for over 2 years and never had any problems. Staff is very nice and helpful. My unit never got messed with and I was confident enough to leave my belongings there as I traveled during that 2 year period. I highly recommend.

Has really great climate control units. Though they did not have the size we needed we where able to store all our photography gear in one small unit. I am glad we got the smaller on it saved us some money. They were so helpful I am glad we went here.

I found these guys through google search, emailed asking to see a unit and within an hour I was signing up and getting access to my unit. Staff was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I rented a storage unit, had the unit over a year. Visited the unit only a few times. During which the gate was always left open, anyone was free to come and go. The exit key pad was worn so unless you knew where different symbols were, it was stressful to go out the exit, which meant you had to go back to the entrance. I called and spoke to an employee about what I needed to do to give up my unit and would I be given the money I paid for the remainder of the month. But upon going into the office and being told I would NOT get the remainder of my rent returned, and well it was only $80.00. To me $80.00 is worth getting back. Would I use this faculty again??? NO!

Seth did a great job taking care of our rental from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Security systems in place feel secure & property is clean/free of debris throughout the property. You must use your code to get in & get out. I had an indoor storage unit (10X10) & had enough space to get through the hallways with my large pieces of furniture (china hutch, hope chests, two dining room tables). I was treated with respect & consideration. Customer service is definitely a lost art these days. This crew has it right.

Prices way too high

Travis was very helpful. Just stopped in to get some packing supplies but i would definitely use the facility if i ever need to store items in the future. Location is centrally located and convenient.

Ive rented from the Classen location two seperate times and have had a great experience. The facility is very nice and always clean. The two girls in the office that Ive dealt with who are also managers, mainly Kaelyn and also Erica, have been extremely nice and friendly and really go above and beyond to help the customers! The Manager and his boss are incompetent, inconsiderate and have no problem lying to a customer which is done each time a new customer rents a unit, for example When they tell you the facility is secured from 9pm-6am that is a lie (pharmacist are coming and going all night) when they say they have a high-tech surveillance system thats monitoring that is a lie (they are not being watched after hours and are never recording) and if your stuff gets stolen they may come up with a nifty little story about some dumb thieves who were so smart that they were able to disable their whole security system with some kind of high-tech equipment just long enough to take your belongings which is why there is no video of the crime.I stored my work trailers, boat and had a unit at this location for years until my fully loaded work trailer was stolen along with 2-3 other tenets trailers. They couldnt care less about it even though they were directly responsible. The thieves used the managers (Seth) code to drive the trailers right out the front gate. (which he told me the manager was a she and that she had messed up big time) Eventually his story changed and he said it was the assistant managers fault. And one would think an alarm would sound or at the very least someones phone would ring when the gate was opened in the middle of the night but because there are pharmacist coming and going at all hours when the facility is supposed to be closed and secured there is no alarmThis was a great place until the new management took over several months ago and have steadily raised the rent every 3 months like clockwork it went from 56.00 to 75.00 in a short period of time. I also had to explain to the manager that the next step was to call the police and make a report, he was rambling on about doing an internal investigation but I finally convinced him to make a report which he did about 4-5 hours after I had filed mine and somewhere around 12-14 hours after the crime was committed. The back tracking of their original stories and new lies was becoming too hard to keep up with so thats when they just stopped talking to me all together, and they have been absolutely zero help in producing any evidence to help catch these thieves. They dont even try and act like they care not one time did the Manager (Seth Hotchkiss) or his boss ( Meredith Smith) so much as say sorry this happened to you, instead I got lies, excuses and then I was just ignored all together. Im still waiting to hear back from customer service and Merediths boss Jeremy H. from months ago.So I would not recommend anyone rent a unit from this place just about anywhere else is going to be cheaper and much more secure than this facility.
