Only issue is once a year they claim my payment did not go through and they call after they give you a late fee. Then some how my auto pay goes through

The manager is awesome! He is very helpful and friendly! The SecurCare company however, is greedy and dishonest. They will constantly raise your monthly rate and only do what is best for themselves. If i had a storage facility that was closer to me, I would definitely go there instead!
