The best customer service I have ever experienced at a UHaul location since I worked for the company while in GA! The staff bends over backwards during one of the most stressful life events. So glad I chose this location!

The office, register and all equipment were unlocked. I walked the property for 12 minutes to find the worker only to be told he rented out the truck I had a contract on. He then tried to tell me the only truck available in okc was in midwest city. Thanks U haul 😡

Got over charged on my mileage and even had a picture and documentation. Once I showed the documentation they said the manager would fix it. But guess what?!?!? Yeah that didn’t happen. The out mileage on the paper work was less than the actual mileage of the truck. And the gas was not where they said it was either. They made an extra $80. Please take pictures and be careful renting from them. Document and check mileage and gas before you sign anything.
We had plans to move a queen sized mattress yesterday with a borrowed truck. Unfortunately, mother nature had different ideas about us being able to get the mattress home without being soaking wet and needing days to dry out. So we turned to a last minute U-Haul, and this location did not disappoint! Chad and Anthony were both knowledgeable, but their customer service far exceeded expectations. Even to the extent of staying late as they knew we would be pushing closing time to come check the truck back in. They both stayed and helped as promised so we could avoid the hassle of the online check-in process, and neither one of them ever lost the smile on their faces. They were both genuinely pleasant and created a wonderful customer experience for us. U-Haul should be proud of the character of the employees that are representing your brand! Thank you both for going above and beyond for us when you didnt have to. Your small acts of kindness are appreciated more than you know!
Kentrick (I think that’s his name) was extremely rude.I had just made a reservation to pick up a auto transport dolly, and paid a mini deposit to hold my reservation at this location.I go there, and the employee as a bad attitude right from the get go. I show him on my phone how I was sent here from another U-Haul to come pick up this dolly and he told me that he didn’t know who it was but somebody already paid for it...(it was probably me!) and told me I would need to find one else where.I ask him if he can look up on the computer where there may be one available...and he starts getting super annoyed, and I ask him why he doesn’t want to help me, so I eventually got him to call one place...and they didn’t have one...he didn’t search around he just called one location, and after that he told me to just call 1-800 uhaul and figure it out myself.And...he wasn’t wearing his mask.
I spoke with Angie today at the Hefner location, I called due to a $20.00 extra charge and this turned into a amazing blessing that Neither of us was expecting, Angie reversed the charge and a little more saying that “ since I even had to call about it” she was lead to fix the entire issue. After doing this for me, I explained to her how I was having a not so good day due to other life things, and I explained to Angie how this amazing customer experience she gave me lifted my spirits in a way that I needed! We never know what others are going through in life, and sometimes just a kind word or gesture can bring them out of a not so good place, and Angie did that for me today! Thank you Angie! (God is good)

We use for monthly storage of my mothers household items. So far, so good. The video security sends extensive, gated/card access, fair monthly storage fees. We recieved first month free because we rented for a six month period. Monthly auto withdrawal of payments. The staff seen knowledgeable. Were pleased.
I talked with Angie she was very helpful & patient & willing to help. After having a bad week of trying to get our things moved out in a timely manner We came in thinking nothing was going to go good but Angie was Sooo much help i even got a free month storage
I’ve rented from this store 3 times! They recommend you go online to reserve to save a hassle of waiting! Each time I’ve been the only one in the office and mysteriously they get hmmm busy with something when I walk in! 45 minutes to an hour later I walk out! I felt like they had really been inconvenienced! By my presence!

My pickup of the vehicle was delayed by an hour because an employee took the keys home. I had set up everything online with two drivers information and the payment method set up and your person at the front desk COMPLETELY messed up the reservation and removed a driver. The truck had paint damage and I figured everything was known and good to go and when I returned the truck I was billed for damage that was done before I took possession. I will find another company to use in the future.
Walked in to get boxes and check on the price of a Uhaul next week. Girl working very aggressively asked us how she could help. I told her. She says, you know you can just reserve online. We tell her we know, we just came to get boxes. Then she huffed and puffed and made it very clear we were bothering her by asking about pricing. Then she told us she didnt have any trucks. Then she got very angry that I didnt know the exact date of next Saturday. So I said I was uncomfortable and left. And the staff member continued to mutter under her breath as I walked out.

Brie did a fantastic job. The 1800 folks made some mistakes, and Brie fixed their mistakes and made the experience wonderful. She and the rest of the people at this location were great.
Checking on car hauler, didnt have a the right vehicle to haul car.
I waited 30 minutes to get my reservation after my scheduled pick up time. They had one employee working and about 5 people waiting to pick up. Was not a very fun experience overall. Truck was fine and ran well but Ill go to a different location In the future
***Harassment*** Im still receiving billing notifications about a storage room I no longer have. I completely moved out all of my belonging using a professional moving service and a lock smith which I have both receipts from with the storage room # on them on Monday 1/7/19 from the Storage Room. My rent wasnt due until 01/14/19, so I moved out a week prior to the required move date. The day 1/7/19 I moved out I spoke to the person inside the store telling them I was moving out. He told me okay that he would take care of it. The following week I was still billed for the storage room via my credit card, I then called and spoke to same person which refunded me my money back. But for someone reason he is refusing to remove my name from this storage and sending bills frequent stating Im past due and still need to pay for this storage room with a late fee attached to the bill I dont have. I have also sent several emails to them at the Hefner location and still nothing is being done. This considered harassment and I will be cancelling my other storage room and Im never using them for anything due to the unprofessional business that is being conducted. Some one in management needs to get this taken care of asap, before I contact my lawyer.
I hate U-haul’s. Every time I Rented are load a u haul for a customer I’ve had problems breakdowns or something that’s real broken and unusable on the truck. U-haul is not very flexible nonnegotiable I would certainly look at Penske long before I was going to U-Haul. Special warning about west point storage U-Haul rental in Yukon Oklahoma beware of that place they are by far the worst.
The general manager of this place and all the staff Ive interacted with are 10/10. Super friendly and nice. However their systems are decades old. Renting my unit felt like I stepped back into the 90s. If I had a choice, Id pick somewhere else until uhaul realizes its nearly 2019.

, on Sunday March 31st I rented of u-haul at around 1 p.m. the gentleman was very courteous he was African American descent again very professional everything went smoothly. U-haul had on the door that they did not close until 5 p.m. I drove up at 4:40 along with a nother elderly lady that was returning a her u-haul. We actually walked in circles around the building looking for the workers because we saw that the overhead doors were still open for all of their equipment and supplies was. So and 501 p.m. The manager along with the gentleman that checked me out came to the door with a couple. She was very rude and said were closed you need to come back in the morning to check your vehicle in. Everyone knows that moving is very expensive so for someone to actually deliberately hold your money hostage and said of just politely refund in your money that way they will have more Vehicles for rent the next business day. I asked her would she give me my refund and check the vehicle in she told me to come down and if I did not call down she was going to lock the door and continue to do her closing and I would just get my money back the next business days. At that point I called corporate and have them on speakerphone when around 5:30 the manager that was there earlier when I checked the vehicle out walked around the corner and said he was on the phone with security because the alarm had been said off because his employees are in the inside scared to come out because they feel like Im going to rob them. The lady from corporate also heard the gentleman say this in 2019 we go through enough unnecessary killings an unarmed black man shooting because of people like this man that called the police through the security that was on the phone by telling them that I was trying to rob you Uhaul. Let me point out that I am a paying customer that had previously checked out the vehicle and he was a witness I use my credit card. They also asked for your current address and your past address along with your email and your phone number. I feel like Uhaul does not deserve any business from anyone African American or Asian Or Hispanic or any other ethnic race. If you want our money you need to respect every individual that is doing business with your company #Uhaul #Smiley Morning Show# Channel 5 News #boycott uhaul #UHAULcorporate. Because I dont want to die trying to get my money back for my deposit from Uhaul I left the premises. In fear of my life. Just imagine have the police shown up and he had made that false allegation my mother may be burying me this weekend. I will never ever do business with Uhaul again. I want my money back. I came and I opened up an account with U-Haul and I got a storage unit and I rented out a truck before it was all said and done under 24 hours they were accusing me of living there they lied repeatedly saying that I was caught sleeping in the truck even though the footage and the timestamps and all the rest of the evidence pointed to the fact that Ive been moving consistently using that truck throughout the time that ended up revoking my 24-hour access and stealing the truck what Im still using it I would not recommend going to because of the poor manager skills displayed by the manager by the name of Tiffany Grayson the general manager I gave it 1 star because it was the minimum but really I give it a zero star no stars at all
Ive rented U-Haul trucks 3 times in 3 different states and this business far exceeds any other place. Curteous professional surface that was easy to work with and competent. I was treated like a customer, rather than just another number like other U-Haul dealers Ive delt with.

Overpriced, limited availability to access storage unless willing to pay dearly for special access. Anything less than $100/mo is so badly maintained/configured that your stored items become spider/rat/bug infested and covered in dirt and grime from insufficient door seals and no interior walls(sheet rock or plywood, nothing) or a ceiling.
