Ive used morning star storage numerous times to assist my moves. Its easy to use, and staff is very polite. Thank you Ivan for assisting me with getting a storage unit.

This location has cheaper units here than say their Midwest City location. When comparing the two, the Midwest City location is way more EXPENSIVE. I dont really understand why that is, & dont consider it as very right. Nor is it very fair. There is nothing different at these locations besides the LOCATION! & if you trust in your own security or surveillance than you wouldnt think the LOCATION would matter. Ive rented from this location TWICE in the past but their other locations are NOT REALLY Affordable. Which was disappointing & I now rent through another company due to PRICING AT MY NEAREST MORNINGSTAR STORAGE BE OUTRAGEOUS💸🚽 & DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME!!!!📈

The facility is clean and quiet. They have climate controlled units, and flat bed carts are available for use, useful for moving boxes and other heavy/bulky items. I used the free moving truck priviledge to move into my new home, saved me money on my moving expenses. Kelsey was professional and courteous when renting the storage unit.

The lady in the front is always nice. However, my door has been broken and they have had my extra key for several months to fix it yet it still hasnt been fixed. I have to prop my door open with something to even be able to go in there. Just saying. Its not what I signed up for.

Cant rate this location, only took someone over there. There seems to be a lot of storage area, but is higher than the one use.

This is probably the most pleasant interaction Ive had with a business ina while. They were extremely considerate and accommodating. I believe I spoke with two different ladies and each one was very nice. Prices are good and the extra features are really nice. They also take the Covid-19 situation very seriously which is refreshing. Most business just care about their money but these guys actually care about their staff and customers safety.Bravo Morningstar!

Morning star has many locations and that made it very easy becaus I was able to pick between a storage location close to my new place or to my current home when moving and it was very convenient. They also have a truck that is very inexpensive to rent and use to move stuff and since you can do it all at the same place it was super convenient. The staff is very helpful with my moving process and I really appreciate that.

First off, the question is asked is this a storage. Very concealed and private. Nice grounds, nice atmosphere, very quiet area. Clean facility, grounds and office. Staff is very helpful, attentive and great customer service. Will definitely use again.

I like this place I even got a second unit,the staff makes everything so easy. They dont bug me, I get a email when my payment is received and thats about it. Ive had no issues, pretty easy to go in and out of the gate with my security code.

The manager was very helpful. I came in to get a unit the other day and in that process I was asked if I minded if she helped another customer with a payment real quick. I said sure no problem. As she was helping this other customer the customer was very rude and aggressive over something that could not be help. The manager continued to handle the situation very calmly and professionally. After that customer left she finished with my process. She was very nice and very helpful

Nice enough people, really nice and helpful actually. Their prices are NUTS, the storage building I had was barely bigger than my bathroom and it was a total of $73 d**n dollars a month!!!! I had one where I use to live that was as big as my garage that was only about $40 a month. How on earth do places like this get away with these prices? No temperature control or pest control for that price either. Plus at one time MY lock got cut off my building and it had to be replaced!!!! I so would NOT recommend this place, but the people are GREAT,

This storage was amazing from the very beginning. The process to setup the storage was so easy and the manager made us feel so welcomed. After being here a few weeks we needed to get a larger storage and it was an ever simplier transition to the larger unit. We used the moving truck which made hauling our furniture a piece of cake. I recommend this storage facility byo anone that needs a place for their stuff.

I was very pleased with the whole experience, from my initial phone call to walking away with the key. The Property Manager, Ron Plunkett, is extremely pleasant to deal with. Professional, yet personable, and knowledgeable. If youre searching for a storage facility, I highly recommend this location (Penn South, OKC). Clean and tucked away. 24 hour access. Security cameras, lights. Secured key-in-code gate entry. Ron even walked me to my unit to show me its location, and ensured my gate code was working. Reasonable prices. And...the best surprise...they offer a moving truck free for 4 hours to move your stuff in! Just fill it up with gas when you return it. How awesome is that?

Customer service is terrible, not the manager onsite but their answering service. An older lady or maybe shes a heavy smoker (IDK) was so rude, talking over me, snapping at me because I didnt follow her list of interrogation tactics; I asked her name yet she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value receiving appropriate customer service.

I just moved into this second location, after moving out of their location in Norman Ok; The Manager Steve is surely a man that reflects the light and compassion of Christ. He was gracefully accommodating, if you are reading this in Norman Ok or Oklahoma area, please visit the Church in the Park every Friday evening starting at 7:00pm. Morningstar Storage help sponsor this Christ cause for the less fortunate residents of life in the streets and communities within Norman. I will be donating much to the cause so that giving to those in need as Christ have given to me, renting storage at the Norman location was a true spiritual experience in action as everyone there was very patient and understanding each time I and my friend used the free truck to move our belongings into his location and again, as we rented a second location and kept the truck over the allotted time, due to an unfortunate circumstance. I thank God for Steve because he reminded me of the patience and the provision that Christ works for our good; There hasnt been any additional charge thus far for the over usage of the truck and the attitudes of the staff were still offering other help upon our departure. Been at this facility for over 10 years and been in a controled unit for the past 3 years. When this company took over, my rent went up for mandatory insurance. Then just discovered this morning that my rent went up another $13 and Im fairly sure i didnt get a notice. Called the location only to hear that their system says a notice went out to me and that Im guaranteed a rate lock for 1 year. I havent had a rate increase since i moved into the controled unit building! Conveniently, they can only go back to when they took over earlier this year, so where are all of the records from before? The only help they guy would give is to take off the insurance price if i can show i have homeowners or renters insurance or to emil the district manager. It would be a big help if they wouldnt hike the rent of their long-term tenants.

I was lied to when we opened our account. we were promised 4 free hours of using the truck with no limitations for each unit. we got two. used the truck once. went to use it again to move out and was told it was on my for moving in.
