This is the nicest U-Haul facility weve ever used. The staff was very nice, and it was pleasant to see the owner actually running the business. Even though power went off as I was paying, the staff adapted seamlessly, and we were not delayed by that at all. Folks were very professional picking up and dropping off.
Tried to rent from U-Haul at Quail Springs location on Memorial Road rented a trailer online like I have done many other times with U-Haul. I lost my license two weeks ago and got a temporary license from the DMV. U-Haul does not except those and would not help in anyway cost me a day of work.I will not use them again terrible customer service terrible policy.
They won’t rent a space to you without giving them someone else’s full personal info. I understand wanting and emergency contact but why on earth would you want their address? And they want two contacts. When asked why, she had no idea but couldn’t rent to me without someone else’s info. Seems like they’re doing a private info scam and no one has contacted the authorities yet.
Had a great experience with Candice and her team. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The team hooked my auto transport up to my 10’ truck and loaded my car in safely for an 800+ mile ride. I even called once for advice on something in the cab and they were thorough and reassuring.
Was originally supposed to rent from a different location, after booking rental online I received a phone call telling me I had to pick up from the location near Quail Springs. When I got there the lady at the counter was very much not helpful, rushing to get my rental completed, and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. She told me that due to me not wanting to have to drop the truck off back at their location, but to my original location I was attempting to rent from but did not know how many trips I would need to make she said she could leave drop off info blank, I told her how far I would have to drive from their store, to pick up my stuff, and then to drop off the stuff, after hearing all this she puts on my rental 1 day and 30 miles. It was over 30 miles from their store to the place I was picking my belongings up alone. After she completes the contract she did not go over ANYTHING on it, I have NEVER had a U-Haul place not go over the terms of the contract with me, I have also never had them completely neglect to inform me of something as important as making my rental a one way and charging me $170 for literally NOTHING, only to have the drop off location attempt to charge me for the same rental, I went to their store once again and the guys working literally YELLED and argued with me. After spending 45 minutes trying to get them to fix their mistake, they said they would call the other store and cancel the charges, at that point I leave. Then the next day I get an email from drop off location they still want their money. THE MANAGER NEVER ACTUALLY CALLED THEM TO CORRECT ANYTHING. I was fleeing a domestic violence situation, and I feel completely taken advantage of during one of the worst times in my life. I will never rent from U-Haul again, this time ruined it for me completely, renting at other locations was polar opposite from what I went through here. I will be sure to discourage any and everyone needing to rent a truck that I know from going to these people.
One of the best experiences Ive ever had with u-haul, I worked with the store GM who just happened to be at the counter. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
They do not communicate from store to store. Went to pick up a vehicle and was told while I was checking the vehicle out there was an additional $100 deposit on top of what I was already paying. Need better customer service.
The employee who helped me had zero personality...borderline rude. Unless she was a robot this type of service wont bring customers back. Smile. Be polite. Easy.
Had an appointment to install a hitch. Arrived early, they did it right then while I waited. Then they took the time to show me how to use it. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them.
Big shout out to Angie Wolf. She did a fantastic job with assisting me with my move. We needed a 26 truck and she made the process super easy. Literally two days in a row she made my day. Moving can be a painful process but each time I came in she was supportive and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly. Each time I came back she remembered me and made me feel special. Thanks to uhaul and making my move experience easy.

My family has used this location for several years when needing a truck or trailer. We have had nothing but great customer service. Every employee I have spoken with both in store and over the phone have been very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Our family will continue to use this particular location as needed in the future. This customer service has been terrible, first truck died on me on the highway and almost crashed from it, roadside assistance did not answer. They were trying to charge me for the miles on the truck that died and tried charging me for 2 days. Very terrible service.
Took multiple calls to get a simple answer, was transferred to someone who might know the answer to a simple question about common services. I was placed on long holds to then be given misinformation. Will never do business here again. Burned twice. My last experience was years ago so I had hoped service had improved. It has not. Be warned. Unprofessional, clueless, untrained staff. You will be overcharged and your time will be wasted.
Avoid if you can. The GM (Ryan) was quick to help me set up an account, which included giving him TONS of contact info and set up auto payment for my unit. Thats the best thing I can say about this location. Come back 2 weeks later to have home supplies delivered to my unit and my lock was cut off and replaced, management didnt tell me why, but there were 0 contact attempts and I gave them 4 contact phone numbers, email, and addresses w/ auto pay. Management didnt have a key to the new lock, as the key was transferred to a Midwest City U-Haul store. They would only use their locksmith, which took 1.25 hours to get there while the delivery guy and I waited. After waiting the 1st 30 minutes, I asked the manager on staff if we could use an alternate locksmith. She called the GM (Ryan) to get the OK and I could hear him tell the manager on staff tell him if he wants his s**t, he can drive to Midwest City to get our key. Never returning here.

I’ve purchased and rented from this particular uhaul on two separate occasions. I found them to be highly professional. They are very upbeat, friendly, helpful and ready to take care of your needs. When I say friendly I mean it... My husband felt the same way and he hasn’t had many positive experiences with most uhaul establishments. He said, “If we ever move again he is going to come to this location without a doubt” Believe me, that says a lot.
By far the worst experience renting a truck I’ve ever had. My reservation wasn’t properly taken, then it took forever for the employees to get it all straightened out. On top of all of that the gas gauge and the odometer where entered in wrong causing me to have to call the 800 number to get checked in. Lots of unnecessary stress on an already stressful day.
Normally the customer service here is great. Today it wasnt. Pick another place to rent.
Had a hitch installed. They broke my bumper putting it back on (they offered to pay). The wiring job the did was actually very dangerous. They went through shocks, wrapped the hot wire around where the muffler connects to the engine which melted and blew the fuse in less than 1 day. Im going back to have this rewired. But why should I have to?
The attendant was rude and i felt like they charged me more than what I was told...
I was given a whole free month of storage! Really great deal!
I have rented here before. What I requested was not what they entered on my agreement. Their mistake tripled my bill. I believe they techinally do this to gouge people. It is legal on paper but this is down right unethical. Looks like a scam. Read the reviews before you rent. Check return date on paper. Use budget or crosslands for trailers. I wont EVER do business with these crooks again. Obnoxious people.
Very good service.Wouldve given them 5 stars apart from the fact they gave me a wrong (too short) estimate on when my car was going to be ready after a hitch installation then stalled me another 2 hours.
Beware of bed bugs! The back drivers tail light and blinker were also out. Very unsatisfied with the fact that I now have to spend money on the removal of these pests.

I rented a 15 with 3/4 tank. When I handed it in I informed that the gauge had stuck and as a consequence I ended giving it back full. Both the clerk and the manager just looked at me and said nothing. They made a Penske costumer out me!!!
Doubled my bill. I had the truck for 1.5 hrs, they charged me for 2 days.Took lots of phone calls, was transferred over 10 times and hung up on 3 times. Everyone said it was normal to charge so much and I couldnt do anything about it until I got to the last person I talked to.They dont understand their systems, and will admit it. When you call the store, you almost never actually get to talk to someone at the store, and get sent off to a uhaul call center, so all they can do is email the store.Would highly recommend getting a uhaul from another site in OKC or edmond.

Dont buy propane here.Didnt reset the meter when he started filling and was charged for 17.7 gallons for 2 - 30 lb. bottles. Complained and dropped it back to 14.3 gallons. Had 4.1 on the meter when he started, guess they cant do the math.
