I stopped by for a refill of propane for my RV. They have a great canopied area for propane refill. The area surrounding fill-up is wide enough to pull in easily. They were quick and efficient with the process.

It was the most satisfying experience of vehicle service that Ive ever experienced! Nathan was awesome and very accomidating. Got our car in and out quickly for our hitch install. Keith at the Edmond store really helped us out as well, communicating with Nathan at the other location, and getting us fixed up quickly and professionally. If I owned a business, I would go after these two guys to run my business!!! They were awesome!!

Our lights werent working on our trailer. The team at this location were incredible! They were very kind and went to work on it quickly! Job well done!

Avoid if you can. The GM (Ryan) was quick to help me set up an account, which included giving him TONS of contact info and set up auto payment for my unit. Thats the best thing I can say about this location. Come back 2 weeks later to have home supplies delivered to my unit and my lock was cut off and replaced, management didnt tell me why, but there were 0 contact attempts and I gave them 4 contact phone numbers, email, and addresses w/ auto pay. Management didnt have a key to the new lock, as the key was transferred to a Midwest City U-Haul store. They would only use their locksmith, which took 1.25 hours to get there while the delivery guy and I waited. After waiting the 1st 30 minutes, I asked the manager on staff if we could use an alternate locksmith. She called the GM (Ryan) to get the OK and I could hear him tell the manager on staff tell him if he wants his s**t, he can drive to Midwest City to get our key. Never returning here.

Friendly staff, even when things dont go as planned. I scheduled a trailer hitch Installation on Sunday, but their staff wasnt able to complete the order. They quickly found an alternate location able to do it and transferred my service their. Not an ideal situation, but they handled it so well!

General Manager Ryan was outstanding. Great service over the phone, great service while I waited for my hitch installation. Install tech, Ray, had it installed and tested in 16 minutes!! They exceeded all my expectations.

We rent vans from this store frequently and often last minute~ They go above and beyond to help us out and are always friendly and professional! (unlike their counterparts, just a few blocks).

This place is Under New Management now. They fired the guy who used to manage the place and now they have got a guy named Josh who is excellent.

Crooks and down right rude owed me money and I didnt get it they cursed me out even the management
