Everyone here has been helpful and professional with the exception of Dena. I spoke with a male employee approximately 5 days ago and made payment arrangements. Dena called me today, was incredibly rude, insisted she had talked to me two weeks ago (she hadnt), then accused me of lying. She refused to take my credit card payment when I questioned why the amount was more than the employee had told me 5 days ago. I hung up, called back, spoke to the male employee who remembered our conversation, and paid my bill. We will definitely not be renting our next instrument from here.

Ive been renting my daughters viola here for six years. The staff is always friendly and helpful with anything from sizing up to changing strings and repairs. I recommend them to everyone looking for a place to rent a string instrument. They donated items to our school orchestra fundraiser too! Great people! Thank you!

I rented from Inner-City violin studios when I was younger and ended up buying an excellent Viola from them after I graduated high school. There is no better place for classical instruments in Oklahoma!

This musical instrument and sheet music retailer is OLD SCHOOL! The staff are incredibly nice and treat you like family. I had played string bass for 7 years and recently went back and the staff still remembered me 6 years later. The interior is very crowded with instruments and has a vibe of a crowded antique store, very unique! (the store is in an old house and isnt even renovated)They have a large stock of accessories for string instruments and it is also one of the only places to rent a string instrument from. It is in a convenient location and the staff will do their very best to take care of the customer.

I have been doing business with Inter City for around 25 years--since childhood. Early on, they furnished me a rental and gave me credit on the rental money for a violin when I was ready to buy. They have an encyclopedic knowledge of the strings community of central Oklahoma, so for anything you need, whether its to rent, to buy or to find an instructor, Inter City should probably be your first call.

The customer service is top notch. They never fail to take care of any issues weve had with our cello rental. If my child sticks with orchestra, I will deffinanty look at purchacing her first cello here.

Customer service was on par. They have moved to the northwest corner of nw 30th and classen. Entrance is the south side of the bldg. Parking is on the west side of the bldg. Ring the door bell and if it is not available just call to be let in. Turned in our viola for repairs today and we will see how it is when finished.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced at any musical instrument store the people that work there could not have been nicer and understanding as I am a brand new beginner playing left-handed they answered every question I threw at them and were very knowledgeable and very kind I dont care what I buy from now on I will go to nobody else

Just now realized that when we went to pick up a repaired violin for my son and another for his teacher in late April or may, the bow is different.Although the violin may not the best, I spent money refurbishing it and bought a nice replacement bow with mother of pearl. I have my receipts for my bow. The bow was replaced by this shop with a cheap plastic glasser bow.Thanks a lot. With so much going on with my family, Im distressed to find this out at this point in time.
