I just learned about this store today when I was searching for a new tie after ruining the one I was wearing. I went in looking for the most basic tie I could find but couldn’t resist getting something much nicer with more color. I also walked out with a new pair of shoes. Customer service was wonderful. The gentleman who helped me (who I was told later is the son of the store’s founder) made me feel so welcome. I have to say as a person of color I often worry about feeling comfortable in such places, and felt so welcomed. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the very near future.
