Ordered online and still had to wait in a long line to get into the store. Wasnt to long of a wait, maybe 7mins. Store was pretty crowded so I understand why.

Im not a fan of how the store is organized. However, everyone is super friendly. They used to carry more of the Bigelow line of lip balm etc., but I didnt see it. There was only a small selection of lip care. They do have lots of scents though. A little something for everyone.

Love this store. Found some new fragrances and ordered one from earlier the season. Melon and cucumber can be bought on line only and each is only $5.99

Great customer service here!! Much easier to get in and out compared to the mall. They are so helpful that even a guy like we has no idea what to get my wife, they always help me find something she loves!!

Came in looking for a specific Halloween plug-in. Attempted to show an employee a picture as I didn’t see any. She didn’t bother looking at the picture, instead pointed and said “these are our Halloween options” and walked away. I walked out without looking at anything further since I was clearly and inconvenience. The store was not busy at the time I was there.

This B&BW WAS OUT OF MANY DESIRED SCENTS, so be sure to make sure they have it before traveling there. I remember haone B&BW having a hot cocoa station one year. Complete with whipped cream, sprinkles and toppings. They do manage not to hover, but if you want your space, go early!!! They get very close passing by when helping other customers. It’s a convenient store for me.

I seriously work with the most amazing coworkers ever. Kendall is my manager most of the time and I have never had a manager so kind and caring. Joy stocks the shelves and knows everything about our store, she is a literal joy to work with and sure to make you smile. Tiffany is one of our sales associates and she works so hard to help customers, she relates to each one of them and is always a team player. Loreal is one of our sales associates as well and the way she helps customers is unbelievable. She is to the point, informative, and overall a blessing to work with. Finally there is Trinity. She is one of Bath and Body Works newest members and what a great addition she is! This girl greets every customer with kindness. You could not take her smile away if you tried. I just wanted to say thank you to all of these people for making my job so enjoyable.

Lol please stop sending me emails about all the sales.....lol also offering me a candle bag does not help my bank account.

I absolutely love this store and it always smells great. They have wide variety of soaps, hand lotions, body sprays, sanitizers, candles, wall plug-ins etc. Unless you ask someone it is difficult to find what you might like because things are spread out in the store. They do have great and welcoming staff, excellent customer-service, and plenty of baskets to help you carry your products. Even a sink try some of your soaps and testers. I do think they are bit pricey unless you have a coupon or if you purchase in bulk. I do enjoy their various soaps.

I love Bath and Body Works as a whole. My experience at this location left something to be desired. My suggestion world be not to go to this location unless you know the scents you are looking for. The mall location has more of a selection of lotions and perfumes where this one is more geared toward home fragrances. The mall location also has coffee beans stashed in strategic locations so you do not get overwhelmed by the smells, this is a fabulous idea! This location does not have this. The sales associates were very welcoming and friendly. I gave it the 3 stars due to an issue I had at the register but in the end I was allowed to purchase my selections.

Great store. Are very proactive to the new norm changes we need due to the current situation with COVID. Have all their regular items... just missing more options for travel hand sanitizers I like to have in the car. But have an array of sprays to choose from.

Being a guy, we like to run in and out when making any purchase. I was in a time crunch and Lee went above and beyond in helping me select a couple of gifts for some female friends of mine. Customer service skills were top notch and definitely will come back to shop and also recommend.

Really enjoyed a scent my friend had and she said it was Winter Candy Apple from Bath and Body Works. They had a sale going on that is buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 and get 3 free. Choosing between those options was a no brainier so we walked out with the 6. Very wide range of scents and a huge collection of winter and holiday favorites. Worth checking out if you have a special someone that would enjoy different fragrances.

Awesome Bath and Body Works location! The girls who work here are friendly and kind. Wonderful selection of soaps, body creams and candles. Has become my favorite location since opening last year, nice to have one in Olathe closer to home

This one takes the prize on watch you shop while black and the rudeness. Not friendly not helpful. I tried to make small talk with the person ringing me up but it felt real cold. Two stars for 75% sale minus three for customers service skills. As soon as we came in the door the girl ran right up on us but never asked if we needed help.

No stock and the sales girl in the front putting more candles out thought it was funny when my cane slipped on the ice and I fell into the slush

I enjoyed all of the multiple scents and lotions that they had to offer. I did Not like being followed arround the store. I understand about an employee to get info about a specific product, however I felt uncomfortable because some of the employees felt the need to keep watching me as I looked around the store testing out the many fragrances. Im sure as a woman they would understand that you must try out the many scents to figure Which one is the right scent for an individual woman . May I suggest that you install security cameras instead of having your employees watch (hover) over customers that come into the store. If I didnt know any better I would think the store was racial profiling customers. I have been to many shops that Bath and Body Works have and had never been treated like I was that day. Hopefully, when I return I will have a much better experience.

If you find a particular item sells out get more of it like a lot more of it. And do you have to cram 15 items in the smallest bag you have youre a little tight with your bags.

My biggest mistake in life is taking my daughter into this store to kill 10 minutes. She could spend hours. The have a great assortment of hand santizers, frangances, lotions and candles.
