Worst experience ever. This guy “Raul” was so rude, He was answering question like he wants you to leave ASAP. Looks like he is not happy in that job. I’m sorry for you buddy. I will recommend the store but if for reason “Raul” is the one attending you please Ask for someone else. I know what I’m telling you.

Noel was great. Shared all options with us and made process as good as one could expect when upgrading four phones. Process is slow but he was so knowledgeable and patient and transition seamless!!
Absolute terrible customer service. The employee told me up front he did not have the model and color I was looking for as he walked to the back room before I could tell him to not bother, and instead came back with another one. I explained again exactly what I was wanting. He started to look online and then stopped, turned around and proceeded to text on his personal phone on the back counter for about 2 minutes while I stood there waiting. He came back and returned to his search to assist me. Said another store might have it, called the location from his work phone (not the phone he texted on earlier) and then told me they had 3 but I probably wouldn’t be able to get one because their appointments were booked. I asked if one could be held and he shrugged and said no. At that point I had to say no thank you and leave. Worst experience I’ve ever had in one of these stores. I will go online from now on.
I have a family plan with sprint, I would like to greatly appreciate Noel for always helping me, through with all my accounts. He always goes beyond the customer service to help me choose a great plan for all of us. We have been following Noel ever since we became sprint carriers. He is very knowledgeable on everything. I was there last week and guy named Noel really helped me decide Apple or Samsung..I decided on Samsung based on my business needs after he showed me some differences. On top of that he helped me choose the right plan where Im not worried going over on Hotspot data. Its where I plan on going from now on.
They didnt have the phone we wanted, could not tell the differences between different models of the same phone and kept trying to talk us into phones that would not get the job done. When it was Sprint the displays told you the differences

Came in twice to this store and had the worst customer service both times by a female associate. Sorry I didn’t get her name so have to describe her by her race she was Asian. She was so rude!!! When I asked questions her answers were very short and she looked angry no smile at all as if she doesn’t like being there or helping me. No customer service etiquette at all!! I will not come back again. If I do, I will ask to be helped by another associate.

Came in on a Tuesday to add two phones and change my plan to the 4 for $100. No lines at 11 AM. Raul took care of me. He set up the new plan. He also set up one of my phones. My other phone was not compatible, so he suggested a refurbished one that was a good price, and then set it up.All in all a great experience.
Despite having T-Mobile service and many lines over 13+ years, I hate going into their stores and dealing with their staff. Arrogant snotty young adults.
Excellent customer service!I worked with Andrea to switch to Sprint for the first time. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door along with Ashley. They were even working with other people and still took a second to say hello.Andrea helped me out for a few hours due to an issue I had with my now previous carrier. Once I found out I could not keep my own number due to that issue I was bummed. I left sprint and went across the street to see how another carrier could help me. Found out if I went to that carrier I could keep the number but pay a huge price up charge and didn’t have as great as service. I went back to sprint now and waited for Andrea to assist me. I picked out the phone I wanted and thankfully they found the last one in stock. Andrea was able to verify I backed the phone up and helped me get started on the upload of the new phone. Ashley and her make a great team and very personable. Definitely will be back to see if Ashley or Andrea to get help if need be.
Best all around service that was actually personable and genuine! Andrea led it off with the greetings and follow ups on how the process was going... taking note of our names, and remembering them! Like I feel I could go there in a week and she’d remember. Then Kevin was very fast and got us all set up on backing up phones, and starting them up! It was a long process for 4 phones... but it seemed like nothing because Andrea was so personable and Kevin very good at his job!

Ashley helped me get an iPhone 11 today (December 1st 2019). She was super helpful and beyond amazing. She was super easy to talk to and answered all my questions. She was also good at keeping a conversation while my phone was backing up so a 2 ish hour trip didn’t feel like 2 hours at all!! Amazing customer service and a big thanks to Ashley for helping me!

Prior to today my family and I were customers of a competitor for more than 10 years. Due to some recent service issues that couldnt be resolved, we needed to change providers. I did my due diligence and it lead me to call this Sprint Store. Im so grateful that it was Nick that was on the other end. He was extremely knowledgeable about their services and products as well as answered ALL of my questions. I was so impressed, we scheduled an appointment for my family and I to come in. Nick was ready for us. He was personable, professional and more importantly he was patient. He was able to make our 5 line transition painless and seamless. He made great recommendations and was very thorough. I have never had such a great experience making such a significant change. All I can say is if you have any cell phone needs go to this location and ask for Nick, you will not be disappointed.

My two recent experiences have both been fruitless and unpleasant.1) I was FLAT OUT lied to by a guy purporting to be the manager. Too long a story to write. I got everything properly sorted - for no extra charge - at another Sprint Store.2) I was given the wrong SIM card despite my repeated protests that it was the wrong size. All they wanted to do was argue with me - whats with that?!Sure nuf - as you might have guessed - the card did not fit the slot in the hardware. Another waste of time.Anyhow, those are my experiences. Other stores are better and have more pleasant staff.
Was just in today to switch from Verizon to TMobile/Sprint. Have to say it was day 1 of the start of TMobile as the primary. Luckily I was paired up with Quincy (previous Sprint) and Cody (previous TMobile). They are in the middle of merging two companies and integrating systems which if you’ve been through that before in business is a complete mess. However having both of their expertise with the previous systems the switch of 5 phones was a breeze. Saved me a lot of money and we’ve had nothing but issues for the last 6 months of Verizon coverage. Hoping Sprint/TMobile with be an improvement. Thanks to the team at this store it’s starting off in a positive light!

There was no waiting time probably because it was a Sunday afternoon. The associate that attended us was a new hire, very professional and the veterans where readily available to assist that it didnt affect the quality of service that we received. We were pleasured and generally satisfied with their service.
This is a 5 Star rating specifically for Store Manager, Quincy. I had been in this store 4 times since joining sprint because the setup was done incorrectly which caused over charges. Quincy actually listened and took it upon himself to the fix the issue. Sprint would have lost my business today if Quincy wasn’t there.

The customer service at this store is horrible. I went in the other day to get help upgrading my phone and the associate that helped me was curt, indifferent and unhelpful. I ran into an issue while trying to upgrade and he did not offer me any help to overcome it, such as calling customer service or another store. He told me to go to the other store myself and then come back the next way and did not seem to want to answer my questions or concerns. The other staff was also very unprofessional and as I was talking with him they were talking and laughing so loud that I couldnt hear what he was telling me. One of the staff cursed out the other staff member right in front of me and I couldnt believe what I had just experienced. Definitely would not recommend this place.
Went in to upgrade phone from an S5 to an S7 edge. Got in, got the phone activated, got the protector. The phone cost me the standard $60 for the sales tax and $30 for the upgrade fee. Tempered glass protector was $30.Overall, spent as much as I expected and the visit was super quick. Took about 25 minutes from the time I walked in the door. Ashley helped me out and was courteous and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend this store over others in the area.

Employees are rude and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience just by walking in the store. It was a Sunday afternoon and all 3 employees were assisting families. I get that, but I wasn’t even acknowledged and there was no way to “get in line” and I wasn’t even greeted. I waited 40 minutes until 2 of the 3 employees weren’t occupied with customers. I stood up in the middle of the room to ask how much longer do I have to wait to be acknowledged. Poor professionalism.

I have tried to come this location twice and will not be returning. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do not greet you or ask if you need help. The customer service person that I tried to approach was very rude and said she was busy.

Unprofessional, arrogant and just not interested in being bothered. Will never step foot back in this store. Unbelievable. No way anyone is leaving good reviews for these guys unless they are relatives or personal friends! Visit was 10am Sat 9/9/17! No business transpired, wasnt brave enough to put anyone out after a simple question was answered in a way to make it clear I was not welcome - there was only 1 other customer at the time, so wasnt because they were busy. Someone else on personal call and another Meandering around the corner eating a banana was very unbecoming when a customer is being treated like they are invading your space! Been with Sprint since the days of PCS, why would you throw out professionalism and customer service when its critical to keep customers to survive. Even for a big company like Sprint, this should be one of the top priorities! I guarantee people pay more for better service! And you allow these unprofessional people to represent your company?
Short version: The 3 people that I have contacted at this store do not know what they are doing. If there is another store you can go to, try to avoid this one.Long version: I went in about a week ago and tried to switch my phone from another provider as well as my fiances phone from another provider. We went through a whole process. They had a deal that if you trade in an existing paid off iPhone 6S you will get $375 off of the iPhone XS. They gave that deal for my fiances phone but when they tried to verify it on my phone they said that my 6S was not eligible. I questioned them about it and they had no idea why. They made up the reason of it might be that we dont take trade in phones from your current provider. I thought this was ridiculous but I went ahead with the order anyway. That was a bad idea. I should have walked out right there and cancelled everything. The next day I called sprint customer service and they told me that my phone should have been eligible. In order to get the trade in value I completely reordered everything over the phone and it was 10x easier than doing it at this store.I was told when I called this store that I have to wait until the order comes in (they were out of stock) in order to cancel the order but that I should be able to do it over the phone. I called again today, over a week later, to check on the order and they said that they had the order in (they didnt call me to tell me). They also changed their story again and said that I have to go into the store to cancel the order. Im tired of these people and them not being on the same page and having terrible communication skills.Also, as far as their customers service goes, they are rude and very short. I understand that this is an annoying process but the way that they act is unacceptable. Avoid this location.

Went to buy new phones, but this location claimed we didnt own our previous phones and were still leasing. They tried to charge us $55 per phone (we have 3) just for the privilege of replacing them and spending more to buy new phones. They could not show us anything that said we owed more money, but kept insisting, to the point of being rude. Today we went to a Sprint owned store rather than an affiliate, and they assured us we did own our phone. We switched to ATT.

I am writing this review about Kyle Marlin, the assistant store manager. Kyle has been my point man for the past 6 years when I took my business from a competitor to Sprint. I can honestly say that I never bother to write reviews. But the customer service, care and concern I have received from Kyle through my years of doing business with him is second to none. He is ethical, prompt in responding to any concern I have, and always willing to go the extra mile for me or for my family and for my employees. My account is not a big one, but Kyle treats everyone on my account like it is the most important account he has. I actually will wait until I know Kyle is working if I need to go in, because I know he will be waiting for me to arrive and ready to help me with any issue, large or small. Customer service plus! That is what Klye is all about.
Kevin was a great help in getting me set up with my new phones. Ryan showed great patience in helping me resolve my follow up questions and fixes. Even though the tech support is no longer there, the reps here are very knowledgeable.
We went in, unhappy with Verizon, and got to meet Levi. He was so helpful and patient while we decided the best plan for us. He was super friendly and took his time. We didnt feel rushed and we didnt feel like we were just another paycheck for him. He is the best and I would recommend everyone to go see him!!!

Joel Bach was a phenomenal employee! He directed me right where I needed to go in the store for a charger (while it was a very busy time in the store). He helped me find the correct one, and though I was in a hurry, he convinced me to try an Otter box on my phone since he noticed it was getting beat up pretty bad with my work. And it is awesome!!! l will never have a phone without one! I will definitely be back to this store soon! Thanks Joel!

One of the sales reps at this store FORGED MY WIFES SIGNATURE on a new contract. We had every intention of leaving and made that clear. Come to find out two months later a new contract with my wifes name magically appears out of nowhere with a wierd signature on it. My wife isnt interested in a legal fight which is the only reason he isnt in jail, and corporate wont help us. This is the only way I can fight back, and I beg you if youre reading this to go to any other carrier since Sprint seems to be fine with forgery and could not care less about you the customer.

Despite the fact that when my daughter and I entered the store, everyone was busy helping other customers, we were still greeted as we walked in.Our issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We have been with sprint for several years now, and have never once thought to switch carriers.

Activated a phone. Alicia helped activate it but didn’t assist in setting the phone up. The phone was owned previously through an insurance company. The refurbished phone had a passcode by a previous owner that I was Unaware of. I had To shortly come back to the store for assistance. She stood there and in a tone told me “You must have done something, We can’t do anything, that’s not our issue.”Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced

Kevin Smith is a tool, he wants to rush to make a sell but he doesnt know his product. Telling me a phone has 8mp (camera) when it actually has 5mp. He meant the other phone though, Nope! that had 5mp too. Bought else where, thanks for making that easy! Only wish I had went back and bought from a different sales rep while he was there.
Wanted to transfer ownership of account:Over the course of 2 weeks:Came in an spoke with Raul about getting a new plan, adding a line from another provider. Told him I would return with the account holder and according to Raul, wed be able to take of all of it in one day.The following week I came in to do whatever it was Raul said I needed to do get my account started. The man helping me was the store manager on this evening. Since Raul probably wanted credit for opening 2 new lines, he did not share the option of the change of ownership with me.Although very nice, the store manager who was very nice did not seem to know how to do a change of ownership so that we could keep our original numbers. We were there, in the store for 2 hours waiting for this guy because his system kept locking him out of the account. Eventually, my boyfriend was able to log into his own account on his own device. We waited 3 - three segments of 20 minutes because we kept getting locked out of the account. The first time was because my boyfriend couldnt remember the password, the other 2 were because of the guy helping us. He told all 3 of us that it would take 5 days for Sprint to approve the change of ownership and that wed each receive an email informing us of that. He told me that everything I needed to do was done and that by this Friday I would be able to come in and get everything straightened out.Today - called the store and spoke with Raul who then spoke with the store manager, confirming that everything had been done and that I would receive my email after 5 business days - so it was possible that I wouldnt receive the approval email until this following Monday. Well, I called Sprint today and of course, the process was not completed properly nor were we instructed to do anything else except wait for this email.In sum, after speaking with the much more knowledgeable ladies over the phone at Sprint, it will be yet ANOTHER 5 days before we can change our numbers over and port one over from another provider. THANKS for all the misinformation guys at 119th. At least the people on the phone knew what they were talking about. So in total, nearly 2 weeks just to change our plan and add a line.

I like that at this store you never go more than 30 seconds without a welcome to Sprint they are always busy but always give every customer attention at the same time. I ALWAYS deal with Joel when I visit and am generally in and out very fast. Knowledgable and friendly staff goes a long way!

Raul Duenas was a great help. I had been at the Apple Store all day, literally 4+hrs to end up dissatisfied. I walked into the sprint store and Raul had me hooked up and on my way in less than an hour. Thanks man. I dont know what I was thinking going anywhere else.

Ive been with Sprint for over 10 years. It looks S very rare that I receive accurate information from any store employees or customer service reps at the call center level. Today was the last straw. We switched to the iPhone Forever Plan 16 months ago and we were promised the ability to upgrade any time a new iPhone is released (so long as we have completed 12 mos of service with the current phone). We entered the store on 95th & Quivira and they told us we could only upgrade at the store where we purchased the phone. So, we made the trip to the store location where we purchased our current phones. Although we have the same plan and we purchased both phones on the same day, they told us that only one phone was eligible for the upgrade. When I told them it must be a mistake, they argued with me and refused to offer any assistance to correct the mistake. The supervisor refused to deal with me and they couldnt explain why they couldnt honor the contract. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told (by the associate as his supervisor stood next to him) that I would just have to call the customer service line. This seems to be a recurring issue and none of the employees are on the same page. After over a decade of loyalty, I shouldnt have to travel from location to location and speak to person after person to get THEIR mistakes corrected. Needless to say, I am switching from Sprint immediately.
Sprint customers beware...this is a third party store. They do nothing to promote Sprint or go the extra mile to even remotely try for customer satisfaction. Terrible Experience, just to try and upgrade my phone. They are sells folks only. They do not work for Sprint.This store is why Sprint gets such bad reviews. What a shame.Go to Sprint online, to a Corporate Sprint Store or Best Buy etc.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
The staff at this location were marvelous! I was having a problem activating a new unlocked cellular device; the store was in the process closing. The staff was very determined to solve my problem and even offered several solutions. I would definitely return to this store in the future.

There are not smart people at this store. Take your business to another store. Daughter went in to get phone looked at because it was not getting text or making calls. They said it wouldnt upgrade after spending some time troubleshooting and to take it to store on 95th street. Went up to 95th and within 2 minutes of looking at phone tech had fixed it. Turns out it was on GSM network instead of CDMA, pretty much basic troubleshooting that this store cant figure out.
Raul is always so helpful. He makes sure you get the best deal and are taken care of before you leave.I have never had a bad experience in this particular store and dont plan on changing stores anytime soon.

Switched to Sprint to lower our bill. We opted for the buyout program from at&t. The guy did it wrong. No biggie, they said they would fix it. This was in November. We have been paying 2 phone bills and are taking on a second job because Sprint STILL hasnt corrected the problem after being in the store multiple times. Its May. Im filing a former complaint with corporate.

I went into the store to buy a new case for my iPhone 6S. I just wanted a case to protect the phone, but the sales associate kept insisting that I needed to buy a glass screen protector as well. I repeatedly told him that I wasnt interested in it, but he kept pushing. So, instead of getting a $50 sale for a case, he got zero dollars today.
Easily the worst Sprint store Ive ever been too. Not only have they give me multiple LG g4s for overheating. Which isnt their fault and they get two stars for replacing. But their customer service is well below par. Ive scheduled multiple appointments, been early and never even acknowledge upon walking in. Waiting well over my appointment time and watch them take care of people who walked in WELL after me. I now drive to Town Center if I need service.
Do not do business at this store! The people there will lie to you then take your money. I am having to contact corporate Sprint to try to get a refund back for getting absolutely nothing from them. They took almost $400, then called the next day and said they made a mistake and we were back at square one and had to return the phones. We were told we would get a full refund and the gentleman was very apologetic at first. Since then we received a partial refund and have been told they are working on it numerous times as well as the remaining money would not be refunded. We got nothing at all out of this experience except losing some money. This is not OK this is stealing money from people.
