Visiting from out of town and have to say my experience at Pour was exceptional! Not only did they have amazing food and great Coffee but the staff was extremely helpful and kind! To top it off the had a very nice atmosphere that was a great place to hangout or study. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
If I lived close I would probably go every day. I’m not a coffee aficionado but I can tell you I really like the taste of pour coffee. Great list of bakery options. Laid back coffee house vibe. Always people inside and on the patio working or talking. Worth stopping in and trying.
I was riding bicycles with my girlfriend Maggi and some other cyclists the other day and after riding through Cedar Creek we decided to stop in at Pour Coffeehouse for a short break. I was surprised they offered a Bottomless Cup of Coffee for only $4.00. I also ordered a Chocolate Covered Old Fashioned DoNut. The Coffee was Great and the Old Fashioned Was Even Better.
Good coffee and plenty of baked goods to choose from (all tasty). Im a fan of the pop tarts and old fashioned donuts. The cinnamon roll (warmed) is also excellent. They also have alchemy cold brew.Outdoor seating is excellent and shaded.
Ive always been a fan of this local favorite and they really upped their game when they started roasting their own beans. The Golden Ticket is hands down one of the best cups of coffee in town. They deliver it with a sense of humor... not to mention a huge selection of pastries, many of which are gluten free. Pour also has Lawrence coffee favorite Alchemys nitro brew on tap.
Amazing little coffee house with the best group of beristas! Ive never had a better cup of coffee anywhere else! Their mochas and my favorite, the white chocolate mocha are always made to perfection without variation with whichever berista is making it! And dont forget to grab some of their delicious pasteries!
The coffee is great and the staff is friendly, but it’s ALWAYS slammed. Waited 30 minutes for a Togo online order and they were out of cold foam which we paid for but didn’t get.
Great coffee, fantastic people. I love this place. Highly recommended.
Ive been here a few times now, and I love it enough to drive the 15 minutes out! I have about 4 coffee shops near me, but none scratch the coffee itch like pour does. Wonderful food, beans, service, and drinks!
This place has great coffee and was nice and welcoming atmosphere, the staff was very nice and had great attitudes despite being very busy during morning rush and the barrister knew her way around the espresso machine and was very efficient.
Great set up, nice environment, quality equipment, very poor technical coffee execution. Caught them in a busy time and that might have been the difference. They overstretched and burned the milk in both drinks, and the shots were not dialed in at all, incredibly sour.
A good cup of coffee and homemade pop tarts...what could go wrong?
Nice atmosphere, kind workers, and delicious dirty chai.
Such a cute coffee place! Went for the first time today with my daughter. I got a honey cinnamon latte and she had one of their starwberry poptarts. Both were amazing! They also have a small market place where you can buy some local merchandise which is a nice touch! The gals that were working were really sweet and whoever made my latte did an amazing job!
French toast latte and pour over where great. Baristas where friendly and worked quickly.
Love love love this place i come every tuesday morning and it’s just so very inviting and it’s a great place to study if you can with a bit of chatter
Lovely service, atmosphere, and lots of gluten-free options!
I enjoy coming in here a lot. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable baristas that make wonderful coffees. Great pastries! (Chocolate old fashioned donuts are the best) Veggie burrito is delicious. Cant go wrong here
Great place. Staff was friendly, good music playing, excellent coffee. Dark but not very acidic, which I like. 10/10 would come back.
The service is fantastic every time! I try my hardest not to get a pastry or food but their selection is great and its displayed beautifully to entice you, and it works! I recently moved to the area and this is going to be my place for coffee!
Best Gluten Free Quiches, cinnamon rolls & donuts! Always friendly and welcoming!
Most amazing coffee ☕😋 Very friendly staff They also have some very yummy pastries
Ive had so many Blended caramel mochas I cant even count them, and they made the best one Ive ever had and ever since Ive gone there a bunch, ps. I would recommend their lemonade fruit smoothie.
I recently found out that I have to be gluten-free. I was so sad I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to eat anything like cookies or cakes again. Then I found this coffee shop it makes me so happy everything here is amazing. Thank you guys the GF options are amazing LOVE this place.
We were disappointed. We are new to the area and wanted to support local. The shop was super busy and they had a lot of pastry options but they tasted a bit stale. While watching the barista make my drink I noticed the carton was 4-16 for expiration and today is 4-22. The milk poured out chunky and lumpy. We didn’t want to make a scene so I took the drink and after trying it threw it away. It’s not worth possibly getting sick. We won’t be back.
Very nice décor, coffee is not the best but it decent for the price.Edit: I have since visited Pour many times, and my thoughts have changed drastically. It seems I first visited at a time when they did not have a steady barista staff and the coffees werent consistent. They now do, though, and Pour has become one of my favorite coffee shops. Very friendly staff and great coffee.
Great experience. Staff took time with the customers and answered the questions.
MY NEW FAV COFFEE PLACE, LOVED MY CARAMEL MACCHIATO. Forget to add : Better than Starbucks.
Really enjoyed my coffee date. Laid back atmosphere. Yummy breakfast and lunch choices. Can order online and they bring it to your car! Fun place!
Stopped here while traveling through. The espresso was spot on and quite delicious. Amazing bakery to choose from so had to take a few extras with us. Cute cafe to sit in.
The pastries! My word, the pastries in this place are fantastic. I had an apple fritter that I will now make a special trip to get.
Cute coffee shop with great coffee. It’s the only small coffee shop non-chain option where I actually like the coffee. They have stevia which is something I have noticed some other coffeehouses overlook. They have excellent options for pastries and good breakfast burritos as well. It was odd having a homemade poptart but it was pretty good. Their donuts are good and I can’t wait to try their protein bars and other options.I only wish they had one in South Overland Park so I didn’t have to go so far to get some.
Coffee alright. Interior cute and comfy.
The Cappachino and Latte were just so-so. Cinnamon roll very poor. Apple Fritter very good..
Dynamite coffee and delicious gluten free treats for my son with Celiac. We love this place.
An amazing small business with a wonderful coffee menu. They also serve Emily Kates gluten free items which are so delicious. The gluten free cinnamon rolls, pop tarts and donuts are our absolute favorite. Its so nice to be able to go somewhere and get tasty treats that are safe for our dietary needs.
Will not return 30 min in a line and than my food was was cold.
Staff was good but neither the coffee or hot chocolate had any flavor. We basically got 2 cups of warm milk. Breakfast burrito was burnt.
I love it! I get a mocha with blueberry! So delicious!!!
Todays visit left me with mixed emotions. I chose to come get some work done tonight while my daughter took a class nearby. I ordered a house specialty- the lavender honey- and a GF pumpkin muffin. Both were delicious. However, the barista informs me, when Im elbows deep in work I had planned to spend another 45 minutes on, that they just closed. Much to my surprise since I made sure to check online for info in hours. I recommend that you either update your public info or adhere to your published hours.
Pour has a great selection of awesome coffee. The baristas are always friendly and great offering suggestions.Great selection of food and GF options.Always enjoy going there.
Love the vibe here! Great pastries, kind staff, plenty of outdoor seating. Bathrooms currently closed during the pandemic, but makes sense. Love the 913 - a must try! My only con is the location - very much on the edge of Olathe - quite the drive for us - but worth it! Im sure their successes will drive a second location before we know it. Thanks, guys! Great coffee, great experience.
This place has that little quiet coffee shop atmosphere while still cranking through orders quick. Their breakfast burritos are absolute fire, and their coffee is top 2 in the area. We love it a little more just because of the location. The staff are lovely and very diligent on orders. Love coming here.
Awesome coffee, great food (highly recommend the protein balls and the homemade pop tarts!), and very friendly staff!
Great coffee, food, and people. This is our go to place now for coffee. Im glad Olathe finally has a place that does pour overs. I like to try the new coffee they suggest and I have yet to be disappointed. The pastries and burritos are great as well. And as an extra bonus, they play great music. I highly recommend this place.
Wonderful space inside with plenty of seating inside and outside! So many delious pastry options!!
Such an amazing place!! I always feel very productive and active when I come here. The atmosphere is great to study or work. Their drinks are also da bomb!!!
Loved their coffee and baked goods!!
Really nice and beautiful interior/vibe.I think I need more places to store their stuff because their inventory is all over the back end of the shop..... looks relatively trashy.I am 100% sure that’s just them being lazy so they don’t offer a public bathroom..... NOTHING to do with COVID. I would never go back nor recommend this place to anybody until they open up the bathroom to the public.
Wonderful, prompt, and courteous service with market prices. Ample selection of gluten free food, and quality espresso drinks. Inside is too small for gatherings larger than 2, and small enough to be noisy.
Good coffee. Italian sodas leave a bit to be desired
I love Pour! My favorite is a toss up between a 913 with dark chocolate instead of white chocolate or a mocha. You just really cant go wrong!
Our absolute favorite coffee shop. Coffee and environment can’t be beat. Always delicious pastries that my son loves.
Such an amazing place. Come give it a try. Youll get more than just coffee there. You can get a great breakfast or treat and the feeling that they really care youre there! I live taking my kids there as well!
My favorite coffee shop in the KC area...and possibly anywhere! Their pastries are incredible and I highly recommend the homemade pop tarts! I also can’t get enough of the sausage and bell pepper quiche. The coffee is absolutely to die for! It’s always perfect and I have been so impressed with everything I’ve ordered. The Mermaid is my all time favorite! The atmosphere here is so great, it’s a perfect hangout spot. Staff is always super friendly and they do a wonderful job. I come here as often as I can and I would recommend it to anyone!
Awesome little coffeehouse. Literally my only regret of not working in the area any more is not being able to visit every day for my coffee and breakfast burrito.
Gluten free baked goods selection is the best Ive seen in a coffee shop. Half or more of their offerings are GF, and everything looks and tastes very good. I tried a frosted vanilla doughnut, a lemon bar and a chocolate torte, as well as mocha coffee. Nothing was overly sweet, just perfect. Service and atmosphere are excellent. Dont miss this place if you are GF looking for a sweet fix. It will not disappoint.
Ive only been here once. It’s not super convenient to me so it won’t be a go to but it was delicious. Will be a nice treat every once in a while. I ordered the Karen and a donut and both were so tasty.
Great atmosphere. Great coffee. Great food.
Great coffee and beautiful shop! Hannah was so sweet and had a conversation with me. Will definitely be back!
Great, polite atmosphere and wonderful choices for gluten free baked goods and coffee options.
If you want a homey cafe experience go to Pour. I used to live in Japan where one would sit for a long time at coffee shops and I felt like I could at Pour. Their drinks are reasonably priced considering their ingredients are of high quality. The only reason I give them a 4 is because I felt that the food was a little on the expensive side. Again, they use great local ingredients so I completely understand but with the prices not being listed we spent more than I wanted to. Would totally go back to try all their coffees. Really good coffee shop.
Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee for the road. Ordered a medium roast type coffee as Im not into dark coffees. Coffee had a smooth aftertaste and was reasonably priced in comparison to other similar coffee shops like Starbucks or Caribou Coffee.
Always a wonderful experience and Ive loved everything Ive gotten there. Met my gal pals today for coffee and I spilled my big, beautiful tasty Black and Blue drink all over me after taking just a few sips and they remade me a new one for no charge (which they did not have to do) at all. Such a fun, friendly and relaxing place.
Very good coffee. Lots of notes of berries and other tart flavors that are often present in a high-quality roast. Sometimes the staff needs to be reminded to make your drink because they forgot. But they are always very nice. This is a place for serious coffee-drinkers.
Cool local coffee shop with great coffee, doughnuts, and pastries. Will definitely go back!
Great coffee, wide variety of scrumptious pastries. Breakfast burritos even! Good vibe.
Cozy! So many choices! Such good smells!
Excellent honey cinnamon coffee 🙌.
This is such a great coffee shop. They have good coffee but if you go, you cant miss the pastries. I wanted one of everything! The baristas are kind and personable. The seating is limited and Im sure it fills quickly, but we were able to snag a table right when we arrived. Its a good change of pace from the normal Starbucks run!
I really enjoy this Coffee House and their wonderful drinks! Pour is located right by my work so I stop in when I have time, usually for one of their lattes. All of the pastries are truly delicious; I only wish the pastries were priced cheaper, because then I would probably purchase them more often. Their coffee pricing is pretty fair though!
Pour Coffeehouse is the best coffeehouse in the whole area. The staff is incredibly friendly, they constantly have new drinks (in addition to their seasonal and house beverages), and the building itself is gorgeous. Ever since I found Pour I havent found somewhere equally as good, and I doubt I ever will.
Love this place! Great variety of excellent coffee and tasty treats!
Excellent coffee! Quiche was tasty for gluten-free option. We did not like the apple fritter, it was too sweet and not donuty enough. It was like the hot sugar glaze soaked completely through the donut making it too sweet.
For whatever reason, this place has become disgustingly dirty. Hair, food and crumbs all over the place. The floor and glass windows look they’ve never been cleaned. Even the pastry glass window has old fingerprints all over it. I usually order a flavored latte, but I never taste the flavors coming through in it. Lastly, and I can’t figure this out for the life of me, the staff always insist on serving everything in a to go cup. I specifically asked for a white mug and NOT a to go cup this time and still got a to go cup. The one plus are the pastries, which are very good (made by a third party). A broom, mop and some Windex would work wonders for this place.
Great coffee and great service
Cure little coffee shop. Great latte
Service here is frustrating. Numerous times I’ve ordered something simple- a cup of coffee and a scone, not warmed up. 4 people behind counter and 1 person making drinks. Had to ask after waiting too long for coffee, where the coffee was at which point another person walks over and pours the coffee into the cups that have been sitting out. Then I had to ask about the scone after being given the coffee but not the scone. Had it been any type of elaborate drink or food order that warranted that type of wait, fine. But, when it’s literally pour the coffee and put the scone in a bag, that should take less than 2 minutes. It’s a shame because it’s easily the best coffee in Olathe and is a cool place but the service is so slow and could be improved.
First time at this Starbucks... very friendly staff and clean. Kind of hard to have a bad experience at any Starbucks. So this gets a 5 star for me. Plus its kind of tucked away and in a quiet area. When coming here in the summer, my drink would somehow be a little wrong
