I absolutely love my new glasses. I already got one pair 2 days after ordering and my second wont come until 2 weeks from now. Which is totally fine. They have a lot of great frames to choose from. Ive been coming here for years now and they have a very welcoming staff! I will always come here for my glasses needs and my optometrist is next door. Very convenient!!

I waited in the waiting room and it had a very nice atmosphere! Gabby was very friendly and polite and made the process more enjoyable. There was what looked like some dog fur on the seats, but they were comfortable. The optical illusions on the wall was a nice touch!

In and out in less than 30 minutes all told with a new pair of glasses! I usually buy glasses online, and I lost my only current pair right before I’m going on a 10 hour drive. (Can I see without them? Yes. Can I read road signs? Not so much.) The staff were super welcoming and helpful, hooked me up with a deal on lenses, I grabbed a $20 pair of cute frames and then my new pair were ready in ten minutes, no joke. This has been a total life saver! Thank you!

In the days of bad customer support, my experience here was the complete opposite. I was in the store on a Friday early evening and was second or third in line. A worker approached me to find out what I needed. I was there just to order some prescription sunglasses. With prescription in hand, I was asked about insurance, which I provided. Copies were made of both while I shopped the various frame options. After finding three that I liked, I sat down with Valerie, the store manager. She was substituting from another location in the state. Her knowledge, patience, and expertise was top notch. She knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and directed me appropriately. There was no wasting time. It did take some time to gather all the information needed, but I didnt feel rushed. Along with my prescription sunglasses, I even got a pair of regular eyeglasses that were ready to take home in 6 minutes. They made the lenses right there in the store. The lenses form my sunglasses took a few weeks, but I wasnt in a rush. Valerie handled my insurance and my overall cost was much lower than expected. My payment method (two HSA cards) was unusual, but accepted without a hitch. Overall, I can say in my experience of eyeglass shopping, this was my best ever. Thank you so much for the detail and quality. I will definitely be recommending you guys to others and will be back for more business in the future.

I have been buying glasses from this location for more then three years. The manager and staff have always exceeded my expectations! They always go out of there way to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I always used my optometrist until I visited the Olathe KS store. I will never shop anywhere else for my eye glasses!! Eye mart has a great one year warranty but it’s also hit people that want to help you see and be seen. I was nervous for my first pair of glasses so I just picked a pair I didn’t hate and got out of there!!! Several months later they were so stretched out they would fall off multiple times a day! After trying on 32 pairs, with the employees being so patient I found a pair with 180° arms!!! 5 minutes later I was walking out happy as a clam with great eyesight!!! Thank you ladies. I really like this place and recommend it enthusiastically. There are enough employees that you don’t have to wait a long time if there are a couple other customers ahead of you. They take insurance and handle ALL the details for you.Nanette helped me and she’s amazing; informative, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and not at all pushy. They offer a large choice of frames with costs ranging from very affordable to “not in my price range”. I ordered a pair of clear lens glasses and sunglasses. I left the store expecting it to take about an hour. Both pairs were done in 17 minutes! Go there, you’ll love it.

I had called and spoke with Paul about a replacement frame. Unfortunately my frame has been discontinued. Paul suggested I call another location to see if they might one. The other location need the SKU #. I called back to the Olathe location. I asked for assistance with the #, the young lady said ok. I’ll have to get some help with this. Before she puts me on hold I hear her yell out “ oh my god”.After I received the #, I informed her that I heard her. She offered no apology. Her name is Brandy and she is the manager.Paul was very helpful. Sounds like Paul needs a promotion to store manager.

I’m not the type of person who leaves reviews in general for places, especially bad ones. But this was overall a terrible experience and the manager was very rude. I went here to help my mom look for a new pair of glasses, as I had success finding my own here in the past. We went in wearing our masks, as they still say they require them and no one was wearing them. No one greeted us and told us how things were being handled, so obviously we went around and started looking at the frames. My mom had already tried on five pairs when the manager comes out of the backroom and yells at us all the way across the store if we had signed in or not. We were shocked by the attitude and said no because we weren’t told anything and she very rudely informed us that we had to sign in and go wait in the car. I recommend buying glasses from anywhere that is Johnson County Karen-less. Would give zero stars if I could!

Brandi and the staff were life-savers. We were in and out in less than an hour with two pairs of glasses for my son who had just broken his glasses. I will definitely return in the future for glasses and highly recommend this store.

I was hoping to have a great experience this time like I did last year but my husband and I walked in to a store with 2 people in it and were told they were at maximum capacity. Heres the thing. 20 minutes earlier I went in to see if my prescription was still valid and there were 3 sets of couples in the store and no one was batting an eyelash. And here my brown husband and I come and two people in the store and the lady doesnt want to let us in. NOPE. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

We were on our way out of town and needed our lens cleaner refilled. We had a bottle with us that looked just like the Eyemart one but didnt have their logo on it. This location said they wouldnt refill it. I guess I understand but felt this was very petty. It took 2 people longer to decide they wouldnt refill it vs just doing it. Wont buy anymore glasses from here.

Went to the eye doctor next door which is not affiliated with eyemart but they where awesome took 30 mins for my appointment then got my Prescription went next door tothe same lady i worked with 2 years ago. She helped me pick out a frame in 10 mins set up on the lenses i wanted paid for it and out the door i went took less then 25 mins. Love this place. Being able to have them made in house is awesome.

My experience at the Olathe Eyemart Express was excellent! Nick was so knowledgeable about the insurance and discounts, and he was so helpful with my frames. I was able to get two pair of glasses for the same price as one at my doctors office. The prescription is spot on. Kenny was very nice and helpful when I called to check on my glasses and when I came in to pick them up. This place doesnt have tons of frames, but the ones they have are really nice and trendy. All in all, a great experience and I have recommended them to everyone that comments on my new glasses!!

Great assistance from Trevor. In about an hour and a half from the time I walked in, I had my two pair of glasses - a pair of progressives and an extra pair of single vision for computer use. Very good selection however, I wish they stocked the Oakley line - maybe next year.

Loved this place! I went after work once a co-worker recommended them. The ladies were so nice! I not only received my glasses in less than an hour but, I also received a second pair FOR FREE. When going to pickup my glasses they still had the sign up sheet which was fine. The problem was they were not adhering to it. They were serving people without them checking in. Therefore the wait was ridiculously long. I finally walked back in so I could get my glasses.

Dont waste your time. Waits are ridiculously long, all wait in your car (wasting gas) even when no customer is in the store, and no appointments taken. Find someplace else that still believes in a quality product and service.

Needed glasses for the first time and got my prescription/exam somewhere else. Decided to give eyemart a try since some reviews said they got their glasses the same day. There’s a good selection to choose from. Very stylish frames to choose from that won’t break the bank. I was very surprised at my total cost. I ended up paying around $210 for two pairs of glasses. My main one had the fancy stuff added to the lenses (I forgot what I choose). And my second pair was a basic lenses back up. I did not have any insurance and paid out of pocket. It was about 2 hours before close and the person who helped said they could squeeze in my glasses and be done within the end of the day. Only thirty minutes later both glasses were finished. Very satisfied customer and they had good customer service who was patient and made the process fast and simple. Will definitely be going there again.

Nanette was extremely helpful and sincerely listened to my particular needs. She asked the optician to come out and suggest the best lens for my vision issues, as well recommending less expensive frames, that would work best with my prescription. Dave did an excellent job of putting my glasses together. Bottom line; great personable staff, done very quickly, at a very good price. Wow. Where do i start. I came in around 6:10 pm (they close at 7 pm). Warmly greeted by Nanette. She was very welcoming, i never felt rushed and she gave me great details about my vision insurance that even i was not aware of. 5/5 stars!

My eyes were dilated when I went in to look for glasses. The tech took time with me and gave her opinions about glasses and also asked other techs to come over and give their opinions about my selections. I loved the price point of the glasses. They were about a third of the cost that I was expecting to pay. I have progressive lenses that cannot be done same day. The ETA is sooner than what was told to me...BONUS!!

While i was taking my sweet time and trying everything on, they went ahead and made his eyeglasses before I even paid them. By the time I got my frames picked out and paid for everything, it was 6:45pm and they were closing at 7pm. I got my glasses the next day before noon.I would highly recommend this store and the staff. You will be greatly surprised and will probably not go anywhere else again, I know I will be back.

We just used Eyemart Express to get lenses put in 2 frames we brought in for our 4 year old. They got them both done in 30 minutes (it was going to take our optical shop 7-10 days, for the same price)!! We took them to our eye dr to have the rx double checked and the lenses were perfect. Highly recommend and we will definitely use this place again!

Weve gone there multiple times: Initially for my wifes glasses, then for mine and Rx sunglasses, then back for her Rx safety glasses. Trevor is AMAZING. Every time we see him, he remembers my military (veteran) discount. Hes not only knowledgeable, but fun and relatable too. He never seems to be bothered and always has a positive attitude despite how busy this location can be.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the wide selection of frames. Not just the same old square or round frames but all types of sizes, shapes and cool colors. Shae assisted me throughout the whole process and was very pleasant to work with. Amazingly it took just about an hour from coming into the store to going home with four pairs of glasses!

Two pair for $85 with insurance. Picked a $150 frame. One pair free ($19 frame). Ready in an hour. Not bad at all. Not the best choices for the free pair but good enough.A week later we needed 2 more pair. They rushed ours even though they were swamped. We couldn’t wait til the next day. All 4 were done in two hours. Look great.$89 each including a free second pair and a $30 one year warranty for each. On a normal day it takes between 27 minutes and and hour. On Saturday they had the busiest day ever, 43 customers I think they said. Some had to pickup Monday.Monday was still really busy but the longest wait was only 24 hours. Ours were done in 87 minutes. Not bad for a very busy day.

Always seen commercials for this place on TV and I always wondered if it was legit and affordable. I was very impressed!! My glasses were ready in two hours and price was very affordable with my insurance. Also because I used my insurance I received a cheap pair of glasses for reading purposes for free!!!

First impression was great! No waiting,walked right in and was helped. The young lady I was working with started out wonderfully butbut drop the ball, after faxing insurance and prescription to her she said she would call the insurance and get everything completed so I could pick up the glasses the following day I called several times that afternoon and evening being told she was busy and would call me back,well she never did. The next morning when I called I was told she was off and I had the pleasure of speaking to Richard after explaining the situation he told me to come in and I did and he completed the transaction with ease and a smile. Americas Best no more. Eyemart Express is cheaper and more convenient location. I am very satisfied with the quality of lens and frames. Remember even if they dont honor your insurance, most insurances have out-of-network reimbursements. I got $110 back for out-of-network.
