Dr.Baker is professional, knowledgeable and kind. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I very highly recommend them!

Rude, unprofessional, wont give you your prescription.I went there last year, they couldnt get my glasses right, they never gave me my prescription, Dr Andrea Baker never followed up with me like she said she would. I am a glaucoma suspect and I have to make sure my vision doesnt get worse. She was supposed to get my records from other doctors and compare and call me back but that never happened. I had to go back 3 times because they had equipment at another office. They could have just had me go to the office with the equipment the first time so I would have to only go once.With my insurance I can only go to the eye doctor every two years. Since they never gave me my prescription I wasnt able to get contacts or glasses and now they refuse to give me my prescription because, the receptionist said, of the hippaa laws. They cant email them to me with the email on file because of hippa laws???They dont know what they are doing.So now I have to wait another year to go to an eye doctor who can actually help me.

I will never go there again. And I would not recommend anyone else using them as well. I had to schedule weeks in advance. Took a day off from work for the appt and then they waited till day of appt to inform me they no longer except my insurance. Now to late to find another doctor and have missed a day of work. This appt had been set a month in advance. Never again will I use there clinic

I got extra charges for drops that they did not give me and now it turns out that they send me biles to my house no I do not recommend

So friendly. They go that extra mile.
