Diane did a great job listened to my concerns about my eyes and did a great job explaining what was going on after a checkup. Her and staff are friendly amazing people. My husband and I both love talking to her. Will not see any other eye care.

Best eye doctor I ever had Dr Galbrecht is the coolest person ever. Her staff is wonderful too. They ALL treat me like a person with my issues that does not happen much at other doctors or even out in the real world.

This family run business is awesome. Theyve been our go to place for years now. We have been treated like family since day one. Highly recommended. They have top notch equipment thats state of the art.

Ive been going here for years and every time these down-to- Earth folks exceed my expectations.Friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, conveniently located.....Dr. Galbrecht and her staff ROUTINELY go over and above!I moved to FLORIDA a year ago but ALWAYS schedule my appointments so that they coincide with my visits back home here in Olathe.I guess that says it all.Dr. Galbrecht and staff have me spoiled!!!

Called for an appointment last minute and they were able to get me in same day. Staff was great and the doctor was amazing! Most doctors I’ve been to have been “wham, bam, next”. Not her, Doc was very caring to my situation and took the time to ask questions and really understand what was going on. It shows she really cares about her practice and her patient’s.I’ve been to several doctors, so for me first impression are important. I can say that without a doubt, she’s amazing! I will go back again, 1- because I have to for a follow up and 2- dare I say it… best doc and staff in Johnson county. Thank you!!!Also, I paid them to them to write this review! Lol!

Doctor was fantastic! Zero issues with the doctor herself! The younger receptionist however made some unnecessary rude comments. Acted as if it was inconvenient to work with the customer. Very clean and very easy scheduling though!

I have gone here about 3-4 times and I can’t say I’m impressed. I will make this review short as it would take numerous paragraphs explaining each visit. Here’s a quick summary of what I’ve experienced each visit.1: the eye doctor Diane is incredible! Super nice, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable.2: sadly, Diane’s mom (Joanne) who is the office manager is very rude and disrespectful. She just makes you feel like walking out the door :(3: If you don’t order contacts through them, they make a huge deal on how you can’t get a 2 week supply until you get new contacts from somewhere else.Overall: I highly recommend the eye doctor but the staff (especially Joanne) makes you feel very unwelcome.

The doctor herself was absolutely wonderful, but the older receptionists were extremely catty with the younger receptionist. It was hard to be in the room and not say anything.

Excellent eye care. No eye to complex for Dr Galbrecht. She has kept my tired diabetic eyes working now for years. Always with a bright smile and wonderful chair side manner. A true Olathe keeper...Had another great visit with Dr Galbrecht. It is amazing having someone that can work with your eyes knowing their idiosyncrasies and giving them the best care.

Ive been a client of Dr.Galbrecht for a few years now and have always enjoyed working with her but cant say the same about the receptionist. My husband who went in last year called the office to get his prescription for glasses and instead of telling him that it had been over a year so he needed to get seen again he was just told no he couldnt have it. The receptionist didnt say why they wouldnt give him his prescription so he told her she hadnt been helpful she then said well you can SOMEWHERE ELSE. I dont think we will be going back.

Two other eye doctors could not get my contact prescription right. After a few visits here She had me seeing fantastic in contacts and found me a pair that was comfortable. Her words were You were a hard nut to crack. I recommend going here, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Galbrecht and her staff are wonderful. I just happened to find her office when I was searching online for a place to get a vision check- I called on a Tuesday and my appointment was set for the next morning. I was concerned because I had my two young daughters with me (2 & 4) and wasnt sure how well-received they would be or how they would do for an hour. As soon as I walked in, my girls spotted the coloring sheets, crayons and little seats that were available for them and got busy. My oldest daughter didnt want to leave when my appointment was over, she was having so much fun! I cant tell you how much this mom appreciated those little touches! In addition, Dr. Galbrecht was wonderful- she is thorough, chatty, funny, and really makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend. Thank you so much for making my experience so fantastic.

Ive gone here a few different times to be seen and each time I had the same experience. The doctor is great however the receptionist (her mother) not so much. She is ALWAYS so rude and unhelpful. I, along with many other people I know who have had the same issue, will not be going back!

Dr. Galbrecht is one of the most up-beat, friendly, caring, supportive persons I have met in a medical profession. I have a bit of an advantage knowing the Galbrecht family before seeing her, but her service and attention to my eye needs are above all others Ive been to before. She knows her stuff, isnt boring, very efficient and even takes the time to ask about my family and show a genuine interst in my response to her. I highly recommend Dr. Galbrecht to anyone, but especially if youre looking for a new eye Dr, she and her staff comprised of her family will take great care of you and your eye needs too.
